Open Orders Block

Hi Gurus,
I want all Open Orders & P.O's  > 15 days to be assigned a Reason of Rejection and dumped.
Can anyone suggest?
Thanks & Regards,
Vinod

Hi
Either you have to do it manually or prepare a report to list all the open orders and then filter them at item level and finally list all the open line item and then a a reason for rejection should be assigned with help of BDC. THe system check the table VBUK and VBUP for the status.
Thanks,
Ravi

  • Open Orders and blocked deliveries

    Hi,
We have different blocks in Deliveries. The requirements is deliveries which are blocked i.e delivery created but no picking and PGI happened, should be visible as open orders as they will take the total quantity required for the open orders for  production planning and other reports.
    How to do this?
If any customized report to be prepared, how can we check that the order will be going for a block due to credit?
    Regards,
    Ajit

    Dear Ajit
You can see a standard report VL21 in which all deliveries created but not PGId will be displayed.  For the status of the delivery, you can check in LIKP table.

  • Credit Management - block of last sales order and not of all open orders

    Hi,
We are testing the FSCM-CM and try to figure out this:
We have for a customer a number of open sales orders that are all below the credit limit.
Now someone creaetes a new order and with that amount the limit is exceeded.
The system reaction is that all open orders are blocked.
How can we set the system that only the last one is blocked?
    Thanks in advance
    Hein

Ok i got the answer on my own in configuration part. Thanks everyone.

  • To exclude Open Order Value in Credit exposure for Delivery credit Block

    Dear All,
I have assigned the credit Limit block at the Delivery Level.
For the credit Exposure, i have removed the ticked for Open Sales Orders.
But when i created sales Order, that open order value get added to the exposure. I want to have only the Open Delivery values and other pending Invoices.
Is there any option for me to avoid the open sales Order value get updated in the Credit Exposure.
    Thank U,
    Uwanthi

    Hi,
Remove Sales document type from 'Assign Sales Documents and Delivery Documents' node and assign only delivery credit group.
Check configuration in OVA8 for both the credit groups.
In FD32 if sales value is already added as open items and exposure is updated, try using a new customer to test your requirement or reset the customer.

    Amit

  • Report for open orders and amount of product confirmed

    Hi All,
Can some one give me an idea on a report which shows open orders and also shows amount of product confirmed against these open orders?
    Thanks,
    Neelima.

    Hi Veni,
Incomplete order are the order's in which some data is missing so that particular order can't be further processed, that is what you could check through "Incompletion Log". Whereas Open orders are the orders which are open for further processing viz. deliver billing(but open order is a complete order i.e. no data missing).

  • How to get the open order quantity for a material

    Hi All,
We need to get the open order quantity for materials. At present we are using the following logic...
    SELECT VBAKVBELN VBAPPOSNR VBAP~KWMENG
        INTO TABLE IT_VBAP
      FROM VBAP
INNER JOIN VBAK ON VBAKVBELN   = VBAPVBELN
INNER JOIN VAPMA ON VAPMAVBELN = VBAPVBELN
                      AND VAPMAPOSNR = VBAPPOSNR
INNER JOIN VBUP ON VBUPVBELN = VBAPVBELN
                     AND VBUPPOSNR = VBAPPOSNR
    WHERE VAPMA~MATNR = IT_OUTPUT-MATNR
       AND VAPMA~WERKS = IT_OUTPUT-WERKS
        AND VBAK~AUART  IN S_AUART
         AND VBUP~GBSTA NE 'C'.
But the Query takes quite a long time as it does a full range scan on all the tables. Is there any way the query can be improved, may be by creating an index etc? Or is there anyother way by which i can get the required data?
    Any input is appreciated.
    Regards
    Brain.

  • Reminder  for open Orders of Costumer who made a  New order

    Hello Experts
When adding a new Order to costumer, I want a Reminder or a Pop-up Block/notice That will tell me if this Costumer already have open orders in the system.
And this for the reason of merging or combining a few orders together into one package for same costumer.
Sometimes orders shipped out without notice that another order had shipped a day before to same costumer.
Is it possible to make this kind of pop-up/block/Reminder?
Is it possible to make this reminder  written in the Order Document edit?
Thank you very much for your help.

sorry for some wording mistakes - English is not my native language.

    Dear Heather,
Thanks for trying to help me with my problem.
I am familliar with Pick & Pack and it does'nt sutible for our company. maybe in the future, but for now; the inventory quantities are not always 100% correct in our SAP records (We are a small company and still not perfect) whice causes some issues with this Manager (because it's always rely on Available qty).
But thanks again for suggesting it.
About your question: In my company, a Sales order is being made by the Clerk, Then sent to the Stocker to Pick the package, after full Packing of the pallet, the stocker notify the clerk. then the Clerk is able to produce an A/R Invoice and arrange shipping.
The problem happening when one order is being packed and put a side for waiting shipment. then another order for the same Client is being proccessed, the Stocker pick it up, and pack it. this causes a cituation of two diffrent packages for same client.
The first package could sent out during the picking of the other one or even an Hour before. it's the same principle. eventually there are two shipping cost for us. instead of pack it all together in same pallet.
I would like to create a FMS query (as gordon suggest me) to triger inside the Order form, during the adding new order. and putting the clients name. it will triger a note or warning on a rubric i choose.
IF [Cardcode] has open orders THEN note "Attention - client have open orders!" , ELSE do nothing.
I'm sorry for the non proffesional wording of the query, but this is the general idea that i have.
Maybe Heather , you could help me formulate this query.
    Thanks a lot.

  • Does Simple Credit Limit Check Include Checking for Open Orders

    Hi all,
I have this issue here where I have configured the system to use simple credit limit check with error message. I did not use the standard/common automatic credit limit check since user insist on a pop-up warning and that the order could not be saved. But, I realized that it does not take open orders into account too although I have set the risk categories. Is it true and what solution is there for this issue then.
Thank you for all your help in inputs.
    Regards,
    Yvonne

    Hi,
Please follow the below configuration settings for Simple credit check process.
Simple credit check: In simple credit check the system compares the credit exposure with payers credit limit. The
credit exposure results from the total of the net document value and the value of the open items.
We can set the following system responses at when the credit limit has been reached.
    A u2013Warning message
    B u2013 Error message
    C u2013 Delivery block
    Specify in VOV8  Credit limit [C]
    Configuration settings:
Sales documents types u2013 Credit limit check: Transaction code: OVAK
    Path:
     IMG
     Sales and Distribution
     Basic functions
     Credit management/Risk management
     Simple credit limit check
 Choose sales document type OR
     Specify value
    [ ] = No credit limit check
[A] = Run simple credit limit check and warning message
<b> = Run simple credit limit check and error message
[C] = Run simple credit limit check and delivery block
     Save and Exit
Define credit control area: Transaction code: OB45
Credit control area is an organizational unit that specifies and checks the credit limit for customers. A credit control
area can include one or more company codes. It means we can assign one credit control area to number of company

    Data for updating SD fields
Update [000012]: Open order value on time axis, delivery and billing document value. This field value controls
when the values are open sales orders, deliveries, billing documents are updated in LIS. We can specify the
following update groups for updating credit related statistics.
     Update group 000012:
Sales order: Increase open order value from delivery relevant schedule lines.
Delivery: Reduces open order value from delivery relevant schedule lines.
    Increases open delivery value
Billing document: Reduces the open delivery value, increases open billing document value.
Financial accounting document: Reduces open billing document value
    Increases open items.
     Update group 000015:
    Delivery: Increases open delivery value.
    Increases open billing document value.
Financial accounting document: Reduces open billing document value
    Increases open items.
     Update group 000018:

Billing document: Reduces open delivery value.
    Increases open billing document value.
Financial accounting document: Reduces open billing document value.
    Increases open items.
Fiscal year variant [K4]: It indicates specific fiscal year variant for particular credit control area. The fiscal year
variant is essential when a credit control area covers multiple company codes whose fiscal years are different. Then
the values of the open orders are updated by posting period.
Specify risk category [001]: 001 = High risk
    002 = Medium risk
    003 = Low risk
This risk category entered in the related control area of the customeru2019s credit master record, which is automatically
created when a customer is created in a company code.
The credit master record is automatically maintained when at least one of the below fields is maintained for the
    corresponding control area.
    (A) Risk category
    (B) Credit representative group
    (C) Credit limit
Credit limit: The credit limit that we enter here in the specific credit control area of the customeru2019s credit master
record. This is automatically created when a customer is created in a company code (in XD01).
NOTE: This credit limit is not a total credit limit for the control area.
Representative group [001]: Define credit representative group in IMG.
 All company codes: If we want to tell to the system that, this credit control area is permitted for
postings in every company code we have defined.
     Save and Exit
NOTE: After this create Risk categories and Credit representative groups and come back to this step and assign
these values to our credit control area.

System creates customers credit master data automatically when we (FI/CO) people) configure credit control area in
    IMG.
So as to perform simple credit check we have to specify customer master payers limit in the credit control area, and
create customer master in XD01 transaction code.
 Specify reconciliation account number (GL account number)
 Payment history record: Check payment history record control in payment transaction tab. It is the
control parameter to update the payment details that are made by customers and system will show the
    payment details in the FD32.
 Specify the credit control area in credit control area field in billing document tab.
     Save and Exit
 Go to VA01 and raise the sales order
Check the system responses in each and every level of sales document processing and check whether the system
blocked the delivery document (due to the setting in VOV8 of OR in check credit limit field [C] = Blocked for
    delivery).
 To release the delivery go to VKM4 and release the delivery document.

  • Expiring Lot-Controlled items and open orders/deliveries

    <h5> Hi,
We are writing a custom program to block lot-controlled items which are near expiry. The custom program query LQUA-VERME (available stock) field to determine the qty it can block. However, the LQUA-VERME field does not take open orders and open deliveries into consideration. For example, for an item, the available stock in the warehouse (LQUA-VERME) is 20. But there are 5 open deliveries and 5 open sales orders. So in reality, the custom program should block only 10 units. Is there a SD table/field which has consolidated open deliveries and open orders qty we can look at? Or available stock in WM after considering open deliveries and open orders? <h5>
    Thank you.

    Hi,
SAP does availability check based on IM stock and not on WM stock.
So I dont think there are any such reports available that shows WM stock with considering delivery and sales order quantity.
    regards,

  • Mass deletion of open orders

    Dear Experts,
I have more than 1000 open orders in system, and i found VKM3 ll be good option to close the orders even at item level & orders partially delilvered , is it right way to do it?
or do i have any other easier option?
    thanks & regards

    Dear Jitesh,
VKM3 is for releasing the orders which are blocked for delivery due to credit check.
You can try MASS and give reason for rejection as advised above.
But if i were in your place, i will go for a Zprogam which will call a BDC.
In the program i will call all the orders which do not have a delivery.
If you need to close the orders which are partially delivered, then you can write another condition to check the orders with delivery but delivery qty less than order qty and if so, edit the order delivery qty with the actual delivered qty.
The program will call the BDC (in which delete the sales order in case 1 and edit the qty field in case 2)
By writing a Z program, the advantage is i will be able to use this Zprogram in future, (i can even include the order type / order date etc as selection criteria in the Zprogram.)
    Thanks & Regards,

    Hi Arpita,
There is no such sis report available. You will have to configure and create two seperate reports and do the comparison.
If you want, I will send you the list of all T.codes used to generate reports in SD.
Revert back to me if you need the same.

  • Open order value and credit limit used are -ve

    Hi,
We are running into the problem  where there is a negative open order value and orders are bypassing credit hold.
The values are incorrect in the open order value and in the credit limit used.  These both show as negative values, which  is bad.
We have made settings in OVA8 correctly. Is there any other setting should be made in order to block the open order value and credit limit used ????
Thanks in advance. Appreciate if it is replied immediately.

    Hello,
Please take the help of the SD consultant in this regard. Because open orders means there are many like invoiced and not yet delivered. And the credit limit is also part of the SD to check.
Please check in the T.code FD32 to find out the credit limit detials of the customer.
    If helpful pls assign points.

  • Static Credit Checks - Open orders - Confirmed quantity vs total quantity

We are using static credit checks. Credit currently only sees open orders with a confirmed quanitity.
Customer orders 10 items we have 5 in stock. Credit check runs, credit is evaluated basd on the confirmed open quanitity of 5. The order gets a credit block. Credit rep releases the order.
A few days later the balance of the order arrives in the warehouse. The remaining 5 are confirmed on the order. Since the confirmed quantity has been increased and subsequently the confirmed open value, the order goes back to credit.
We frequently encounter this situatuion and are looking for ways to reduce the number of credit round trips.
If we wanted to base the credit check on the total quantity / order value, as opposed to the confirmed quantity / value what do we need to change.
    Insights are appreciated.

    Hi cann
As you are going with static credit checks, system will check the order and if it exceeds it will throw an message (error , warning )
Now again , if you create another sales order , that value will not be taken into consideration , system again will check for the credit limit amount
    For example :
    credit limit - 10000
    sales orders - 1010, 1011
    1010 sales order value - 11000
    1011 sales order value - 10500
Now when you create a sales order system will check the credit limit 10000. and once you save it and create another sales order (1011), again system will check for the same credit limit 10000.
The credit limit gets reset  once the order is saved ,in static check
Now any open quantities are there means and when it gets confirmed then system will check for those open quantity also
To minimize all these use dynamic credit check

  • Order Block effecting Ship-to partner

In SAP R3E, an order block on the customer master appears to prevent placement of that partner on blocked sales document types for the sold-to, ship-to and payer partners (if not others perhaps).  Has anyone tried to open this up a bit more for the ship-to partner?   My scenario is that I want the sold-to to be the appropriate type of internal customer number for the sales document type being used, but I want to allow the ship-to partner to be a trade customer (in effect drop shipping an internal type of order directly to a customer site).   The Order Block audit does not allow that trade customer to be put on my internal type of order as the ship-to party, and I can't see any way around it.  Has anyone ever tried a user exit for this, or tried to get a code change or "MOD" from SAP for this?

Problem has been solved by a external consultant ...
    Thanks anyway !
