Open PO not showing up on purchasing reports

We have a customer whos PO's are not showing up on our purchasing reports. I am thinking it has something to do with needing to run some type of process to maybe sync up addresses or something. Anyone have an idea!

HT4539 Preordered album not showing up in purchased

I preordered Nickel Creek's new album that was available last night. I got an email saying it is available and the songs are not showing in my purchased file or available downloads.

BTW, there was no link in the email to download the content which seems wrong. I've checked purchases, available downloads, etc. I've tried to report a problem but the songs do not appear in recent purchases even though I got 3 songs when I preordered.

My purchased music not showing in the purchased folder

I have purchased muisc and movies and they are not showing in my purchased folder, have only 8 songs showing as purchased. However, the purchased items are in my music library.

Did you recently hide your purchases?
If you did, try unhiding your purchases, as e4joker suggests here -> Re: Unable to see purchased music in purchased folder
To unhide your purchases
    Open iTunes on your Mac or PC.
    If you're not already signed in, choose Store > Sign in.
    Choose Store > View My Account. (You may be asked to enter your password again).
    On your Account Information summary, scroll down to the "iTunes in the Cloud" section and click Manage.
    Choose a content type by clicking Music, TV shows, Apps, or Books from the top.
    Click the Unhide button next to the item you would like to restore.
Note: If the item you are unhiding is not already downloaded on your computer locally, it will begin downloading automatically.

My apps do not show up on purchased list on the iPhone even I see them on iTunes store apps. That happened after that I changed my Appple ID email adress.
What is the soluton for that problem?

Go to Settings/iTunes & App Stores and sign out. Then sign in with your new Apple email ID.

Excel is not showing multiple Drill thru report selection option

You are trying to find a loophole to circumvent a basic rule that prohibits the transfer of purchased content from one Apple ID to another.
Content tied to an Apple ID are bound to that Apple ID forever. You can not merge or trade accounts. Well, not (officially) anyway...

Itunes content is not incliuded in the backup that itunes performs.
Audiobooks are not part of icloud and cannot be redownloaded.
You can try contacting itunes support and asking for an exception.

The Analysis -> Reports shows a list of views. Hence, once you create a report you need to complete two mandatory steps.
1. Create a View

it's a known issue. Everyone is experiencing this issue. Give it time for Apple to rectify the issue.

How do I get back lost apps that we're purchased ($50) but not showing up as purchased after IOS6

I did the latest update and lost all my apps. It was not synced before the restore. How can I get my apps back that I paid a lot of money for? They are not showing up as purchased. When I go to the apps I know I purchased it does not show that it was purchased or installed ? Can I get those previously purchased back without paying for them again?

As long as there is not another instance of that app on the device, you should. Just keep in mind, that as apps require updating, you'll have to sign in with different id's to update. Depending on how many apps and overall content is installed on your device, this could become confusing.

The last few song purchases that I've made on iTunes are not showing on my Purchased playlist on my iPhone. I do have Automatica Downloads turned on under the iTunes & App Stores settings on my iPhone. I've tried signing out and signing in again on both my iPhone and computer. I've also tried manually dragging the songs from my iTunes library to my iPhone through iTunes, but I'm when I click and drag the files from iTunes to the devices list, iTunes does not allow the songs to be moved to my iPhone. I had the same issue. Try this: go into iTunes, select your iPhone, go to Ringtones tab, check the Sync seclected Ringtones, deselect the ringtones that you pruchansed from iTunes Store. Now Apply/Sync the phone. When it's done, Go back to the Ringtones tab and select Sync all Ringtones. Apply/Sync the phone again. Now go to a contact and set a ringtone, you should see all the purchased ringtones. Good luck.
