Open STO reports with route determination

How to get  Reports for open STOs with route determination.

ME2N will find the open STO's but I agree finding them based on route is not standard
or even vl10g can be used to find STO's needing deliveries
after delivery creation data based on route can be found in many way's
hope that helps

    MB5T gives you Details of STO which have stok in transit.
    ME2W gives you supplying plant wise STO details.  Also in ME2W , in the ALV report output, if you select  the "delivery Schedule line" icon , you will get details such as , STO qty, Issued qty , undelivered qty etc.

  • I want to run an open order report with no goods receipt

    I'm looking to run an open order report with no confirmations(i.e.the order must have no status like LA,Z4,Z5,Z6)and no goods receipt.
    ME80FN is still giving me orders that have no confirmations but closed.
    I tried using a logical database but no luck.
    What can i use to achieve this open order report?

    Hi,
    You can write a small report for this requirement:
    Just select all the PO's from EKKO and EKPO table into an internal table(ITAB) with the given where condition.
    Write a select statement for the MSEG for all entries in ITAB into an seperate internal Table(ITABM).(nothing but all GR's entries)
    Compare Both internal tables and delete all entries which are present in second Int table ITABM from the first.
    That's all.
    The remaining entries are nothing but the OPEN PO's without any Goods Receipt.

  • How open a report with Viewer 2008 without using Visual Studio and Java

    Hi,
    There is a way to open a report (with parameters) save in a web server with Crystal Report Viewer 2008 without using Visual Studio or Java ?
    I've an asp page and i want to open this report using some command (I know asp, vbscript and html)
    In the past it was very easy because we use CR 9, but now it's already many days im looking for a solution but seem impossible.
    I know the craxdrt.dll is not included with Crystal Reports 2008.
    It seem me i can use OpenDocument, but i'm not sure. Someone has some easy example to help me ?
    Remember i have only Crystal report viewer 2008 on the server and on the clients.
    Thanks in advance

    If you are looking to create a web application or view report through a web server using only Crystal Reports then you do have to either use Java, or .NET.
    If you have Crystal Reports server or Business Objects Enterprise you can use OpenDocument to view managed reports but this does require one of our server products.

    I deployed SSRS report in Report Manager but I am unable to generate that report. Am getting following error.

    Hello,
    Based on my test, I can specify the data source type as Oracle after deploy the report to Report Manager and open the report Data source propertity page. If the report use the shared data source, you should check the specify data source at the Data Source

    Hi,
    I am trying to open a BO Webi Report through Xcelsius LiveOffice. Unfortunately I am getting the error messages LO 02010 and LO / LO 26315 / RWI 00226).
    It says the report doesn't exist or you have no rights to open the report or you can't connect to BusinessObjects Web Services (LO 02010). The document can't be retrieved (LO 26315). The Report Engine Server couldn't be initialized (RWI 00226).
    Has anyone had the same problem? or does anyone have a possible solution? Thanks.

    Hi Markus,
    Would you try whether you can open the Webi report in InfoView with the same user? Then try it in Live Office?

  • Can't open XL Reporter with Vista

    Whenever I try to open XL Reporter it hangs while connecting and then throws the error:
    "Unable to connect to XL Reporter. Error! Server communication failed!
    Cause: Server (local)
    The connect information provided in MetaInfo.xml is wrong.
    (Please contact the administrator to change ChangeDbPassword."
    I am using Windows Vista and have Office 2007. I have checked the box "Trust access to the VBA project object model" in Trust Center Settings.
    I removed the client completely, deleted the XLR folder and reinstalled. Same error. I opened the ConnectionManager.exe in the XLR folder. I can't connect there with (local) as the db. If I change it to my machine name\SQLEXPRESS then I connect. However, when I go back to open XL Reporter from within Business One, I get the same error.

  • Login error with report viewer when opening Crystal report with subreport

    Hi
    I have a problem with a login error (database vendor code 18456) when I try to open a crystal report to view it.
    The report uses data from an external payroll database but I'm running it via our Accounts system (it's a convenient front end for users to run the report from). This works fine for another report that doesn't have any subreports. However when I run the Crystal report that has subreports, the report generation process works but when the crystal reports viewer tries to open the report I get the login error. It doesn't seem to be passing the login details for the payroll database down to the subreport.
    I'm using Crystal Reports version 11.0.0.1282. The Accounts system is Technology One. Tech One have provided a report template that has several formulas designed to allow Tech One to play nicely with Crystal. One of these formulas allows me to enter the nickname of the external database that the report needs to use. The external database's connection details are fully specified in the Tech One configuration section (server console). So in this case the report says use database U1 & the server console identifies U1 as being the payroll database, specifies the connection path  & has the username & password required to logon to the payroll database/server.
    The report is running ok & retrieving data, but for some reason the viewer is erroring. If anyone has any ideas for how I can get the login details used to run the main report to flow through to the subreport it would be much appreciated.
    Thanks
    Sue

    I understand your  frustration. We can do a few things. But really, it should be Technology One contacting us. To use an analogy (which you are free to share with Technology One). They built a car and sealed the hood. You bought the car, but he engine does not quite run as it should. You bring the car to the mechanic and all he can do is look at the car as he can not even open the hood.
    In any case, here is what I would do if I could open the hood (e.g.; if I was dealing with Technology One):
    1) Look up database vendor code 18456. This is simply the error our print engine is receiving from the database client and it simply passes it through relatively unhandled. This you should be able to do your self or ask Technology One to tell you what that means.
    2) Break out the subreport and see if it runs on it's own in the application (if this is a permissions issue - which I doubt -  it should come up here too). Unfortunately, this is for Technology One to do...
    3) Run the report (with the subreport) in the CR designer. Does it work there? If this is a win app and it works, we again eliminated permission issues. And we also confirmed that the report is good. Again, Technology One should do this for you.
    BTW.; CR 11.0 is out of support - not sure if you or Technology One are aware of this...
    4) Can the developer duplicate the issue on his development computer?
    Now, there are couple of instances where you say something like; "the report works and gets data, but the viewer errors out":
    +The report is running ok & retrieving data, but for some reason the viewer is erroring.
    However when I run the Crystal report that has subreports, the report generation process works but when the crystal reports viewer tries to open the report I get the login error.  +
    How do you know the report is retrieving data? From the error I would say the report never connects, thus the error / request for a logon...
    So, the short of all of this is; get Technology One to contact us. They can do it over the forums or obtain a phone case here;
    http://store.businessobjects.com/store/bobjamer/en_US/pd/productID.98078100
    Now, here is a warning. As CR 11.0 is out of support Technology One will have to upgrade to CR 11.5, before that can create a phone case, which for them and you brings up another bunch of issues...
    If you do not get any joy from the support person at you are talking to at Technology One, get him to escalate the issue. They are the ones that should be talking to us...

  • Open PO report with GL's and Cost Centers

    Hi Gurus,
    Is there a report that already exists where we can run open purchase
    orders not received for non-inventory items that pulls the quantity,
    price, GL account code, and cost center account code?
    Thanks
    Anusha

    Hi,
    May be the requirement will not be met in a single report.Please check the t code ME2K with selection parameter as we101 which gives you the open POs for that cost center or range of cost centers.
    EKPO gives price details.
    and check the table EKKN for GL account and cost center for that PO.
    If you want open POs check the T code ME80FN.

    It looks like the servlet failed to open the datasource connection while handling the FR requests. But there are several data sources. My questions are:
    1) Which datasource is corresponding to the issue? Is it EPMSystemRegistry?
    2) What is the recommended configuration for the connection pool max capacity setting? -- current setting for EPMSystemRegistry is 30
    3) Whether it could be a connection leak problem as only 90 concurrent end user is visiting and it failed to connect?
    Thanks,

        I found one problem when I open my Crystal Report from SAP B1 8.8 then it gives me error like
       "Failed to retrieve data from database.  Details : [Database Vendor Code : 156]"
       This report perfectly work while open in crystal report outside from SAP.
    Waiting for your replies...

    Dear Experts,
    I face the exactly same problem, please forgive if i am not suppose to ask the same question in other people thread.
    I am using SAP 8.8, PL09, SQL Server 2005, the Crystal Report is working perfectly after import into SAP B1.
    However, when i do the same configuration in my customer server, the error message prompt:
    Failed to retrieve data from the database.
    Detail: [Database Vendor Code: 156]
    Failed to retrieve data from the database.
    Error in File Temp {8090e857-e2a3-4fa9-80dc-9e776e5991b8}{0912E6A5-88EF-406C-BD89-0155AE10F045}.rpt:
    Failed to retrieve data from the database.
    Detail: [Database Vendor Code: 156]
    The server is using SAP 8.8, PL09, with SQL Server 2008.
    Could it be some setting require for SQL Server 2008?
    Please advice.
    Thanks.

  • OpenDocument - Parameters is lost when opening the report with token

    Hello,
    we want to migrate our BO Enterprise (XI R3) from Tomcat to IIS.
    We developed an application in which you can open reports by using the opendocument-url.
    It was no problem with our old BO-Enterprise Server (tomcat/jsp), but with our new BO-System (IIS / aspx) the parameter is not passed, so that you have got to fill out the parameter mask, before the report is opened.
    http://servername/OpenDocument/opendoc/openDocument.aspx?iDocID=1926&lsSParameter=307&token=....2082J38Mfsg5PvRXmk002080JuLfwCe5XZw0T0sT
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks,
    Peter

    So does it still prompt for the parameter even if you don't pass the token and you manually log on?
    If so, you're asking in the wrong forum - you'd ask in the report-type-specific forum.
    Sincerely,
    Ted Ueda

  • Open items report with Sales Group and Office

    Dear all,
    Our client wants a report for AR open items which shows amounts and sales group/ office for a customer.
    E.g.:
    Sales GR   Sales Offi    Net due date     Customer    Pay. terms      Amnt in loc. CUR
    100            1234            15.06.2011       123456        Z007              30.000
    Does anyone know how I create such a report?
    Thanks for any help.

    I don't think such a report is available as Std. You may choose to write a report based on VBRK, KNA1, KNB1, BSID and BSAD

  • Open report with "Save as" and "Open with" dialogue

    Hi,
    I'm using jasper reports within my application. I manage to open them in a new window but in that case the url containing JasperServer username and password is shown. I would like to open the report without showing the url.
    I tryed using a database procedure (http://sqlcur.blogspot.com/2009/02/jasperreports-in-apex.html) but all I get is a alert window saying "file does not begin with ' pdf-'". Couldn't see what is the problem (I used the same procedure as Ino has in his example) so I thought of another way. Is it possible, when someone clicks a button to open a report, to open that report with a "Save as" and "Open with" pop up window?
    The javascript function that I use:
    <script language="JavaScript" type="text/javascript">
    function openLAPopUpJasper(url){
    w = open(url,"winLov","toolbar=false,menubar=false,location=false,resizable=yes, //scrollbars=yes,status=yes,fullscreen=true");
    if (w.opener == null)
    w.opener = self;
    w.focus();
    </script>
    Thanks in advance!
