Open URL was working and then one day...not...?

Hello folks,
I've had trouble opening a certain internet radio station; but found a way around it by opening the source, finding the URL and then inputting the URL into Quicktime for playing.
It was working fine for a few days, then one day I cut and past the URL and the player would not open. I bought QT Pro just to see if that might work...but still the same problems...
Any suggestions would be very much appreciated as the music of this internet radio station is central to my school work. Thank you
By the way, the audio URL ends with a "wma"

I visited the flip4mac site and I'm at a loss to what WMV version I should download for my situation.
Would you be able to give me some more guidance?
If I'm happy with the results, what level of WMV should I purchase?

Forgive me if my questions seem elementary--are you saying that I should use an "older" versions of QT Player that can be found on the Snow Leopard DVD?
Also will the fact that I just bought QT Pro and installed it means I have to uninstall that?

You can try recovery mode to see if you can revive the iPad.

My time capsule was working and then I added another Macbook pro. TC stopped appearing in Airport Utilities. I have tried resetting TC, I have turned if off and held reset button with pen for 10 secs. I just cannot work out what else to do?

Then the ethernet is not getting an IP from the TC.. there is no connection.
I am not sure where you mean when you say the green LED should be on. Do you mean the TC?

In order to help troubleshoot ethernet connections all routers use connectivity leds.. even APPLE.. it has one big LED on the front.. and 4 tiny leds beside each ethernet port. That light has to come on for ethernet to be active.. if you plug an ethernet cable into the port and the light doesn't come on.. then there is no connection.. either the other end isn't plugged in.. or the cable is bad.. or the ethernet port is bad.. something is wrong.
To get access to the TC you need this led to be green.. is it?
If it is green and the WAN is also green.. then I want you to unplug the WAN connection.. the blue wire in the picture.. the port slightly separated from the 3 LAN port.. computer plugged just into LAN port.. no airport turned on.. and press the reset again for 10sec until front led flashes rapidly.. then try and bring up the airport utility again.. assuming the ethernet led is green.
How old and what model is the TC?
The A number from the rubber mat will tell us the model.

As the title question states, I lost a really important file with iText Express. I've been using iText Express for a year or two now because it's just the one application I downloaded for writing and saving documents. I was working on one for a few months and randomly one day last month, when I went to open it to resume editing my work, the file was gone! I searched my whole laptop and trash. No, I already tried looking at that. The file that recovered was not in the trash, it appeared in my documents folder. I opened it up and inside was an iText Express document with coding. Then inside of there, was and then and this "SoftwareMap" document contained a bunch of coding and symbols and words.

Hi, I purchased an ipad from a private party a while back. The Ipad was working properly until today my daughter scew up the password and it now locked. I did a restore to the Ipad. Hi. My iPhone 4 was working perfectly until about an hour ago. Now it won't even turn on or update through iTunes. Anyone else had this problem?

Have you tried resetting it:
Press the Sleep/Wake button & Home button at the same time, keep pressing until you see the Apple logo, then release.

I was listening to music throughout the house all day so iTunes was sending to the Apple TV for the theater speakers. I turned everything off, did some stuff and then decided to listen to some more music while I worked. I turned on everything including the TV this time so I could select music from there. iTunes is on but it no longer can connect to the Apple TV. I get this error message.
An error occurred while connecting to the AirPlay device “Apple TV”. An unknown error occurred (-15000).
I double checked the TV input and it is correct. The screen glows slightly and if I press the remote buttons I hear the familirar beeps but nothing else is happening. There have been no power outages or anything else weird happening since I turned it off and back on beyond the passage of an hour or so. What's happening?
I will go disconnect the power and do all the usual stuff but there is no good reason why this happened and all the messages I could find concerning similar unknown error messages have gone unanswered. Does no one know what is happening?

I found this article while researching the issue you are describing named Error -3256 or -15000 when streaming to AirPort Express base stations using iTunes found here http://support.apple.com/kb/ts2278.
I would recommend the 10.5.1 or later section.

I am having a problem with Time Machine, the error msg is "Time Machine.app can't be modified or deleted because it is required by MacOsX". It was working and now it is not.

Should have added that I am trying to retrieve back-up images.

Adobe was working and then stopped.

I wanted to watch something on CBS.com (The big brother live feeds). I watch it fine for 2 days and on the 3rd day it worked fine. I paused the player and 15 mins went back and it said I needed to update flash to adobe 10. But the thing is, I was using 11.7 something. It's on my work computer so its hard to really do much. But i dont get why it all of a sudden stopped working. Anyone know what to do? Keep in mind, I dont have rights to update the player or uninstall it. Hope someeone can help me.

My iPod touch has stopped working in selective areas. The camera turns on, I can see the image but the buttons don't work. The camera then closes.

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Restore from backup. See:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

1. Double-click the Home button to close all Inactive Apps in Task Bar
2. Hold the Apps in Task Bar down for a second or two until you see the minus sign
3. Tap the minus sign to close Apps
4. Tap center of screen to return to Home Screen
5. Reset iPad. Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 second until you see the Apple logo.
