OpenDocument ReportPart (The session has been logged off or has expired)
Hello,
We are using OpenDocument-Links to embed 3 Report Parts in a single HTML site of the company.
It works normally the first time, but after refreshing the site we get the error „An error occurred: Unable to reconnect to the CMS AbC. The session has been logged off or has expired. (FWM 01002)”.
I think the problem is that 3 user sessions are opened at the same time, but should this be a problem?
We have configured Windows SSO btw., so no login is needed.
Any ideas? thanks!
We discovered when we are using Google Chrome, where SSO is not supported, it works always.
Any ideas what yould be the problem here with IE and SSO? We are using an iFrame for each report part. When we open the 3 report parts in 3 different browser windows it works, but not when we embed the report parts as iframes in a single html site.

Hi my airport router ( ateast i think this is where the problem originates) has been turning off intermittenly for the past week, when it does this NO devices recieve internet connection, mac, pc,iphone, ipad, wireless or hardwired directly to the router. However they all show to be connected with their corresponding bars and the ip's are all fine. Earlier today it started flucuating on and off about every 5 min making work impossible and now it seems to be completely broken (im currently on my iphone connected though its own internet) Does anyone know how or ehy this happened and how i can fix this? Hi - some clarifications would help narrow down some symptoms - just what has been turning off? - has the light been solid green but the modem isn't providing wi-fi? - or is the light flashing yellow with no internet? - which can mean several things - does the light go out completey? - so if you can report on exactly what is happenening and when, maybe someone can help you - we also need to know if there any error messages along the way - we also need the types of devices involved and how they are attached - kind of like a nework map - the more info that you provide, the more answers you will get.

My computer has been shutting off auto mystically and when I go to log in, the screen goes to lines and I can't turn it on
Make sure that you haven't saved Uppercase and Lowercase versions of that name and password.
Remove saved Password(s):

When making an outgoing call from my i phone, an icon of a microphone with a slash across appears. I can hear the recipient speakin but he cannot hear me. What has been turnedd off, and how do I turn it on?

I have restored my iPod classic and everything has been wiped off, now when I connect it to the laptop, iTunes doesn't recognise it and windows won't format it, an error message comes up "unable to format". Can someone please help me sort this problem, it's so frustrating!!!!!!
It could be an indication or a damaged or dying hard drive. I would recommend doing a disk diagnostic on the iPod's HD using the instructions given by turingtest2 in this older thread. He also covers what the resulting numbers indicate.

I have an I phone 4S and I usually back it up threw I Cloud but since my phone is pretty old and has been shutting off on me I decided to back it up in I tunes. I connected the phone and clicked Back Up Now. When it was done I picked up the phone and tried to open an app and discovered that all of my apps have been restored as if I had just down loaded them from the app store. So I lost all progress on them. Is there anything I can do to change it back? And I don't understand what I did wrong.
This means the iPhone has not been connected or synced with your computer since the passcode lock was enabled on the iPhone and too late now.

Accessing old versions if the document has been moved off of iCloud?
Can older versions of a Pages document be accessed if the document has been moved off of iCloud?
Well you can try this, but I'm not sure it's going to work if this is an entirely new ID.
Go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password. -
