OpenGL isn't updating- already at version Mac OS X 10.5.8
Right now I have version 1.2 of OpenGL, but I need at least version 1.3 to access the application DAZ Studio (an application that I want to use).
I am already in version 10.5.8, after just recently updating my software- but my OpenGL STILL remains at 1.2!
How can I get version 1.3 (or higher) of OpenGL? Is there something wrong with my computer (I just found out that the OpenGL is supposed to update at version 10.5.8 of Mac OS X)?

As of Snow Leopard's release, Leopard was limited to OpenGL 2.1, which would be a greater version than 1.3. Sounds like you missed an update from http://www.apple.com/downloads/

Whether or not OpenGL 3.0 or higher will work with Leopard I could not find out.

I have upgraded my software to OS X Snow Leopard. Now I want to update that to Lion. How do I do that? When I look at the Lion software available for download on the apple site it all seems to be update software for people already a version of Lion.

This maybe a dumb question but...If I buy Aperture are the updates already installed into the purchased version or do I need to update them after the prograam is installed?
Should come updated from the Mac App Store. Obviously, it's tough to keep things up to date when they are sitting in a box on a store shelf.

You need to purchase a Mac OS X 10.6 DVD, which requires an Intel Mac with at least 1GB RAM. Run Software Update twice afterwards.
If you're already running Mac OS X 10.6, run Software Update until it gives you the option of installing iTunes 11.

As an update, I installed an update 5.7on my Mac laptop, now the Lightroom 5.0 has become a "Lightroom Mobile" version. How can change it back to the laptop version 5.7?
Thanks for any help you can provide.LR on your laptop is still a desktop version. It is just now able to upload to the cloud to replicate photos to either http://lightroom.adobe.com/ or an iPad that has LR Mobile installed.
I think you probably just want to change the LR 5 identity plate back so it doesn’t mention LR Mobile all the time. Hover over the identity-plate area, and click on the little triangle that appears, then choose Change Identity Plate. -
I have just updated Acrobat to version 10.1.13. I am using a MAC Running Yosemite. When I try to scan a document, after the printer scans Adobe Acrobat quits and I get an unexpected closure error. I am running Mac OS 10.10.1. This only started happening when I installed the update of Adobe Acrobat.

Is the printer connected wirelessly or wired?
Go to Preferences and under categories go to > Convert to Pdf then select the Image Capture and then hit ok button.
Close Acrobat and then relaunch it and see if it helps you while you do scanning.

I inherited this app and signing the third party jars is how it was setup, I was wondering the same thing too, why was it necessary to sign the third party jars?
The applet runs in either JRE 1.6.0_13 or JRE 1.6.0_27 depending on the other Java apps the user uses. JRE 1.6.0_13 does not have the mixed code security (so it is like is disable), but JRE 1.6.0_27 does have the mixed code security and the applet will not launch with mixed code security enable, so we have to disable it. With all the hacking going on in the last two years, is important to improve security; so this is a must.

Ever since updating to latest version of Firefox it has been painfully slow on my Mac running OS 10.5.8.
Websites just hang, and never get to where they are supposed to go. The status loop on tabs just spins and spins but never loads the site. Go to the same site on Safari and there in a second. It is like dial up slow. Have tried all the troubleshooting tips(reset, delete/re-create profiles, uninstall/reinstall, updated flash) nothing works.
