Opening Adobe Muse
When I try to open Muse I get message 'Further account information is required to use Adobe muse You will need to sign in to continue', I then click 'next' and get the following message 'Please connect to the Internet to continue. Your computer seems to be offline. An Internet connection is required. Please connect to the Internet and try again.'

please do the following steps and you will be all set.
1. Sign out from Muse By going to Help > Sign out. (if you see the option to do that)
2. Sign out from Creative Cloud Application. (Steps are mentioned in the link Sign out, Sign in | Creative Cloud Desktop app), then Quit Creative Cloud Application.
3. Rename the "OOBE" folder to "OOBEold"
MAC : (This folder can be found at Finder > Go > Go to Folder> Type ~/library/application support/Adobe > Hit return)
Widows : ( This folder can be found at C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Adobe )
4. Relaunch Muse, Sign in with your Adobe ID.
Please let me know if the steps above do not work or if you have any confusion.

I cannot open Adobe Muse. (Unexpected error code: I-72)
Hello,
I cannot open Adobe Muse. It asks me to sign in with my Adobe ID at the beginning. After I sign in with my Adobe ID (I have a CC paid subscription), it gives this error message:
'An unexpected error occurred processing your request. Please try again later. I-72'
I tried maybe thousand times in whole day. Nothing changes.
I couldn't find any answer related to error code I-72. There are only answers for error code I-200, which I also tried but it didn't work too.
I also unistalled and installed again. It did not work too.

Please follow the steps below to delete current preferences for Muse :
If you are entering the Lessons using Jumpstart, you need to delete the current
preference files for Muse by following these steps:
1 Exit Adobe Muse.
2 Locate the AdobeMuse folder as follows:
• (Windows) The AdobeMuse folder is located in the folder
[startup drive]\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\AdobeMuse.
• (Mac OS X) The AdobeMuse folder is located in the folder
[startup drive]/Users/[username]/Library/Preferences/AdobeMuse.
Remember, the folder name may be different depending on the language version
you have installed.
3 Delete the Local Store folder.
4 Start Muse.
After uninstalling the folder launch Muse and check if it works or not.

Keeps asking me to update when I open adobe muse
I have loaded the latest update of Adobe Muse and every time that I open the program it asks me to update and directs me to CC to do the update which has already been done.

Unable to open Adobe Muse: "Subscription Has Ended"
Everytime I've downloaded Muse I am prompted: "subscription has ended." I've never used the app and have an Adobe CC membership. I've deinstalled and reinstalled. I'm unable to purchase the product also as it gives me the same prompt. Any ideas?

Hello, always that i close and then try to open adobe muse, i got an error that says that i need the "Application Manager" to launch it, so i went to download it. After i entered in the page that it provides ( www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager_es ) it says that if i'm an already member of creative cloud that i should follow a ling that it's there, wich redirects me to download the creative cloud app. . Ok so i download it and installed, and then it works at the first time, but when i close Adobe Muse the error happens again, so i went directly to download the application manager, but when i'm installing it another error pops up and says that it can't be installed, that i should download Adobe Support Advisor ... ... ok so i went to download it, but i just went to find out that the application has been discontinued ... i had this problem since i installed Adobe Muse, so, i just uninstalled Creative Cloud and then re-install it (took me around 30 mins. or so) ... but i don't want to do that everytime i need to use adobe muse, those errors shouldn't happen i was so excited because i got adobe muse ... here are some screens

I installed creative cloud again and it worked, but when i close muse everything starts to happen again ... the only solution for now is that i have to uninstall creative cloud and then re install it, or it wont let me use adobe muse. I downloaded an old version but, can't work with newest proyects so, it's not useful at all because i can't continue the projects in the updated one -
Cannot get the latest version of Adobe Muse to update and install
When I open Adobe Muse it asks me if I'd like to update it, I say yes to the install. It then transfers me to the Adobe Application Manager where it says that there are not updates and that I have the latest version already? I know that this is not the case as many of the "new" functions advertised on the u[date aren't present in my version. I have already tried updating my Mac's operating system to Yosemite what apart from taking ages didn't make any difference I have also uninstalled Muse and reinstalled it but it still didn't make any difference! Help I really don't know what else to try?
A reply to myself! Thanks to Adobe support I needed to update the Adobe Applications Manager to the Creative Cloud App which so far appears to have fixed the problem

Create and send EDM using Adobe MUSE and Business Catalyst.
There is just one thing missing in my armour as a graphic designer – creating and sending EDMs.
Given the success of creating websites using Adobe Muse, an EDM functionality would be a fantastic addition to MUSE and Business Catalyst (BC). Imagine this:
1. I open Adobe Muse.
2. I select "New EDM" (instead of "New Site").
3. I design and build my EDM to spec.
4. I test my EDM using 'Preview' or a single send to myself.
5. I publish my EDM to Business Catalyst.
6. In BC, I review my EDM and add 'FROM NAME', 'FROM EMAIL ADDRESS' and 'SUBJECT'.
7. I import my database.
8. I hit SEND!
After my EDM has gone out, I can review a report in BC - just like any report for a website.
As a designer that does not know code but can build a website using MUSE - creating an EDM is the one thing I can't personally offer. Using a digital supplier can be expensive and website like Mail Chimp aren't professional enough.
To the Adobe Muse team, please – for the love of humanity – consider this as viable addition to MUSE. You will save a lot of heart ache and win a lot of hearts.

Windows Firewall has blocked Adobe Muse
I open Adobe Muse for the first time and I'm trying to use it, after going thru some updates and questions I get Windows Firewall has blocked some features of this program. Does Adobe Muse need to have an Internet or network connection for anything at all before I publish? the Publisher is Unknown according to the alert I get from Windows. Do I need to check the box for Private networks or Public networks, I couldn't find anything related to it on Adobe Help and when I searched for Firewall on Adobe Muse Help I get results for other applications instead that I don't use like Flash Media Encoder.
Yes, you would need to tick both the checkboxes and click Allow Access after that.

I have Creative Cloud, paying the student prices for it... I've been using it for a little while and it's worked fine. I recieved an E-Mail yesterday saying that they've taken payment and the next payment date will be January 11th.
Today I tried to open Adobe muse but it said i needed to sign in.. upon signing in, I was told I do not have product, saying I can't access it. The payment is also currently coming out of my bank account.

I tested this site on Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer version 11.0.9600.17358 and the site seems to be working fine.
And I believe you are right and this seems to be a browser specific issue and that too some older version of a particular browser possibly IE (older versions).
Can you please confirm any specific browser version?
Also, If at all this issue arises in some older versions of any browser, I would request you to inform your client to update to the latest version of the browser so that the rendering of the content of your site is not adversely impacted.
