Opening balance is not appearing in cash journal printout

Hi,
Recently we have upgraded our sap from R3 4.7 to ECC 6
Now while taking printout for cash journal, opening balance is not appearing in cash journal printout, but it is displaying in the screen.
Could any body let me know what the issue might be ?

Hi,
Go to FBCJC3 transaction 1. SO10, open necessary text for editing.
2. Menu Insert - Symbols - Program symbol.
3. Select program RFCASH00 (or add it in the list)
4. Press DDIC fields.
5. Select RFCASH (double-click) and then SALDO. Also there are other fields, like cash journal currency. OR
use opening and closing balance like in program RFCASH20.

This happens if you have different Excise Registration Number assigned to Series Group and Excise Group.
Ensure that you have maintained the same Excise Registration Number for Series Group and Excise Group.
Also Please check whether you have activated NCCD indicator for Excise Registration Number.

Open in does not appear

I just downloaded the reader app and tried to put an email in the reader. When I tapped on the appropriate icon the open in did not appear on the list in the window that opened.
What do I do?

Just to be clear though, the Reader does support opening PDF attachments from email. If this is what you are trying to do, you may need to try a long press on the attachment.

All open items are not appearing in f-44 for vendor

Hi friends,
I am unable to find all open items in f-44 to clear vendor open items.
I checked in BSIK, it has 3 line items and in FBL1N also having 3 line items.
2 line items are debit and 1 line item is cr.
Dr line items are appearing in f-44 where are Cr (Vendor cr (31) is not appearing in f-44,
Please help me.

GL Open Item does not appear in F-03

Hi Friends,
I am trying to clear the GL open items thru F-03, while I see all the open items that appear in Line item display through FBL3N (total 25), out of them only 24 appear in F-03, I can not see the 25th item.
I have checked the document in BSIS table, it appears as open item there. The FBL3N also shows this open item.
What could be the reason that when going for Clearing thru F-03, it does not appear.

- Check some table fields in the missing documents using Transaction SE16. The following conditions must exist for the missing document numbers in question -
BSIS-XOPVW = X (Indicator: Open item management, only for G/L accounts)
BSEG-XOPVW = X (Indicator: Open item management)
BSEG-AUGBL = space (clearing document number)
BSEG-DISBN = space (discount document number)
BKPF-BSTAT = space (document status)
BKPF-XSTOV = space (indicator reversal flag)

Account description not shown in cash journal

hi
when i am looking the cash journal report in S_P6B_12000118 than i am not able to see the respective GLs from which i have done entries. how can i see the GLs , so that i can do proper reporting or there is any other way to check it

You can develop your own query(t.coide SQVI) by joining the following requisite tables based upon the requirement. The following cash book tables especially TCJ_DOCUMENTS and TCJ_POSITIONS and TCJ_TRANSACTIONS mostly have the data you need. Just check up and after you feel satisfied with the output of the query a t.code can be developed by your abaper.

Itunes installed open but does not appear.

Everytime i try to open my itunes, nothing appears on the screen. It says that my itunes is already open but there is nothing on my screen or on my taskbar that relates to itunes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled itunes but it seems that its not working at all. My ipod still charge when i connect it to my computer but my itunes just wont appear.Its really frustrating.Someone help me please!??

some preliminary questions aimed at narrowing in on possible culprits.
(1) do you have Norton Internet Security 2005 installed on the PC?
(2) try launching your QuickTime. does it:
(a) launch perfectly fine?
(b) fail to launch with an error message? (if so, what does it say?)
(c) exhibit other peculiar behavior? (if so, could you describe it for us?)
(3) reboot the PC. bring up your Task Manager, and click on the "Processes" tab. now try to launch itunes again.
does an "itunes.exe" process appear in the Processes tab? if so, does it persist in there or does it disappear after a few seconds?

Data Migration Opening Balances are not updating in the Report F.08

We have uploaded the GL balances in 2008 for the year 2007. But they are not updating in the F.08 report when i executed for 2008.
Why they are not updating in the report. In which table can i check the Data migration values in the system?

Hi We have uploaded all the values in 2008 with 2008 date. fiscal year is K4.
F.08 Report for the year 2008 is showing only 2008 accumulated values. But not showing the Opening balances which we have uploaded in 2008 for the before years like 2007.
Why it is showing like that?

XLR - Incoming Payment - Open Balance field not found

I'm trying to build an aged debtors report in XLR and the last piece I need is the Open Balance (ORCT.OpneBal) on an Incoming Payment that was made on account. I've not been able to find this field in XLR. Does anyone know if its available from inside XLR, and if so, what its called?

There is no Open balance available in XLR. To get aged debtors report, you can use invoice and credit note field. Payment is only part of formula. I don't think it holds enough information to create this kind of report.

Open applications manu not appear in options in sy...

i m using c7,open applications manu is not appear in options and after restarting the device it fixed .I am using symbian anna updated

I seem to remember that this Patch has dependencies, not only on the likes of CalcMgr 303, but also on a prior Planning patch 300 (as 304 bizarrely is not a fully rolled up PSU). Presume you must already have Planning 300 as the opatch apply fails dependency check if it is not present.
There is also an ADF patch (16763038) that needs to be applied (again from memory it is to the Oracle Common home, rather than the EPM Home) so is a bit of an odd one.

Trail Balance opening balances are not matching with previous FY clsng baln

Hi,
We have done GL Balances carry forward to 2009 F.Y, here GL code 1042600002 carry forwarded with 'Zero' balance and we have run the Trail balance sheet as on 31.03.2009 in T.Code ALR87012310
Here also it is showing Zero balance for respective GL.But when we run Trail balance as on 30.04.2009 with Fiscal year 2009 for 1st period the system is showing beganing balance Rs 38213.00
Why is system showing beganing balance? even we checkd up with T.codes FBL3N and FS10N there is also no closing balance.
Plz advise me how to proceed in this case
We are unable to analyse the sytem behaviour. Could you please suggest us the solutiion.

We have carry forwarded GL balances in F.16 successfully now the problem is one GL balance has been forwarded with Zero balance but when we run the trail balance sheet (S_ALR_87012310 or F.08) as on 30.04.2009 with FY 2009 for period 1, the system is being shown opening balance.
Plz provide me possible solution

Total amount in Cash Journal printout is different

When we print the cash journal, the total amount field is not showing the total amount. It is showing first line item amount as total amount. How to fix this issue. Pl help.

FBCJ-Opening and Closing balance do not appear in Language Hungary

The default log in language is DE (German). I agree with you if the problem is with description, but the problem is with amount in opening and closing balance and description is proper, so what is the relevance with support package to do with amount.
