Opening link in Chrome does not work, instead file is downloaded

Hello,
After publishing a Captivate 8 project, viewing it with IE works perfect. But if I use Chrome (version 35.0.1916.153 m) the html file is downloaded instead of being opened.

Is this a Captivate issue, do I have to make some setting to get this working, or is it a Web Server or Chrome setting?

The Ask Toolbar is causing that in the Firefox 3.6.13+ versions. Uninstall that extension.
There are a couple of places to check for the Ask toolbar:

link inside webpage does not work ( http://ochre.lib.uchicago.edu/marathi/ ). i was able to launch a java program by clicking the link in the middle of the page in firefox 6. now it doesnt work in latest versions. link works fine in IE9

For future reference, Safari Plugins are kept in Macintosh HD> Library> Internet Plugins.
To unhide the Library folder, open up Terminal (just type"Terminal" into spotlight) and type:
chflags nohidden ~/Library

Desktop software links and menu does not work

Hi,
i have a blackberry bold 9000 and installed the latest desktop software 4.6 from the blackberry website.
my device manager says connected. but if i start desktop manager, i don't see the main header menu (there is just nothing, where the text menu should be) and the icons in the main window does not work as links. there is no connection to anything.
i have uninstalled all blackberry software and installed it new. i have installed several runtime environments manually, including java and c++. but that makes no difference at all.
what could be the problem? what runtime is necessary and should working correctly for blackberry desktop manager software? do i need some tweaks in internet explorer security settings (active scripting or something like that) ?

I have a problem with bsp-views:
I open a new window via the JavaScript command

If I close this window via the 'X' on the upper right corner of the window and want to open the popup again it doesn't work. This JavaScript command passes correctly but no window is opened.
If I close the popup via a button where a submit is made to the calling (parent) document and open it again, everything works fine.
Now I have two questions:
1. Does anybody have an idea why the popup cannot be opened again?
2. If not, I would like to make a submit if the popup is closed by the 'X'. I tried this in my bsp-view:

Catching the 'X' does not work, but opening the popup twice is working. I used the following coding:

2) then in your view put the following;

I get the message "icloud Bookmarks extension for Chrome is required". Keep pressing the button enable but nothing happens.

This helped to know it is one-way and that is why my IPad got nuked. Is there any software you are aware of that can download or transfer photo albums, not camera rolls or those taken by iphone, toa disc? there are apps on itunes that I tr5ied but only worked on camera rolls or phtos take with iphone. I have over 1,000 photos and do not want to make 1,000 emails of redueced size photos that loses original jpg date and data.

Quite simply, using the open parameter #search=<keyword list> does not work at all if the search terms are partial matches.
For example, if a document contains:

If I use the open parameter #search="abc", this will return ZERO results.
If I use the open parameter #search="abcd", this will return ONE result.
Is this intended? Is this a bug? Is Adobe going to respond to this?
