Opening project CS6 crash problem

Question

Opening an older project that I was working on collegues machine. Its an older version of premiere pro i think 4. I have Cs6 and am trying to open the same project. It says this which is fine;
Then I say ok, it goes on to locate media which again is fine, then when it starts to open I get this;
It says save project but as it saves it comes up with an error message 'adobe premiere pro has stopped working and this underneath it;

Hello,
Thank you, I would like you to try one last thing before I try and investigate it further.
Could you please recreate Flash Preferences before launching Flash? I just want to ensure the issue is not due to a certain setting that is written in to the Preferences folder. Follow this KB article to understand how to do it.
If you've tried this already, please let me know asap.
