Opening textfile in my webhost account

Hi PROs!! i have some problem. The main problem is How you can store data to retrive them in your website.
so i got some idea about using textfile. but the problem is... i cant get the directory of an textfile in my webhost account. i can do it if the directory is "c:\myfile.txt" but even if i try this. "/myfile.txt" or "myfile.txt" there is an error... Please please help me.... Please help! use some examples please... tnx Pros!

I already review the accounting and is pretty fine.
The system creates document type WE and RE for the Goods Receipt and Invoice Receipt.
Unfortunately in transaction FBLN the system shows as a Open Item, and honestly I don't know the reason.

Problem in getting opening balance for multiple GL Account

It is a tranparent table which is getting data from the 2 other tables,the filling of this table is right. The execution of this query is right in the program but the problem comes when it is trying to calculate the opening balance for the respective GL Account present in the query it is not doing it. i.e. if there are 2 gl account ids having 3 rows of data each it is not calculating the of it in a single row.. i hope it is clear now...

Is it possible to run an SQL query in SBO that shows the opening balance
of a GL account based on a date entered by the user?
This is similar to how the general ledger shows the opening balance of a GL account based on the posting dates entered.

Thanks for that idea.
I am thinking of the following:
1. Create a virtual table (#TEST) from a SELECT statement that gets all journal entries for the specified GL account BEFORE the specified posting date.
2. Perform a SELECT statement that sums the debit and credit from (#TEST).
This should show the opening balance of the GL account right?

Clearing of open items from one Bank Account to one or several customer A/C

The requirement herein is to do the Posting & clearing of open items from one Bank Account to one or several customer Accounts. We will have to use the Standard program RFBIBL00 to achieve this because the program can do the posting and clearing of open items. I know that we will have to use the structures BSELK (Header) & BSELP (item) to get the clearing functionality as well. Now the question is to which field we will map the Bank A/C No. and the Customer Clearing A/C. I need help on mapping the data to correct structure fields. I thought about it and I think the data should be arranged like the following:
BGR00- Session Header
BBKPF- Header
BBSEG- Doc. data (Bank Account BBSEG-BANKN )----Can you confirm ??
BSELK-AGKON (Customer A/C- open item/ Header )
BSELP - Line Item
BSELK-AGKON (Customer A/C- open item/ Header )

I know that the clearing can happen from one Bank A/C to several customer accounts. I am thinking on building up data in this format & then writing it to a file to sumbit the file data to RFBIBL00. Customer open items, transfer to new account number

Does anyone have experience in transferring customer open items to a new account number?

Thanks for the reply, the situation I have is there are existing postings on a customer account in SAP. The client wants to create a new account number and transfer the balances from the old account to the new account. There are a significant amount of items on the old account. Normally I would use transaction F-30 for a small number of postings but this requires posting each line item individually to the new account. I was hoping there was a more systematic solution.

How to upload Opening balance of G/L accounts from legacy system to SAP, and also Vendor and Customer balance.
My Doubt is when you upload the customer balance and vendor balance will it effect the sundry debtor account and sundry creditor account if not the how will the sundry debtor account and sundry creditor account will be posted with the balance. Please send me the general entry passed for posting the same.
What I understood is that when we are uploading the customer and vendor balances through LSMW, no entry will be passed and it will update the customer and vendor sub ledger in FBL1N and FBL5N but it will not affect the sundry debtor account and sundry creditor account.
To give effect to sundry debtor account and sundry creditor account we need to manually pass a journal entry as follows.
1) Sundry debtors account A/c -
DR
      TO clearing account A/c
2)     clearing account A/c -
dr
     Sundry creditor account A/c
Please let me know whether iam correct
Also please tell me what will be the scenario for uploading of the assets balances through LSMW.

     When you uploading any data from legacy system to sap normally we will be using LSMW or BDC,thru this we will be uploading master data like G/L,vendor,Customer and asset master these are the some examples and we will upload transaction data also that is P&L Account and Balance sheet.When we do uploading data thru LSMW system will update all the values of vendor,customer and asset values as well as subsidary ledger also.No need to do manully.

If you are in ECC with Doc Splitting, SAP Recommend that, once doc posted with non open item selection GL A/c,
SAP Provided Information:
(Create a new account with the correct account assignment. Post your
items to the new account. If you want to use the original account number, you must bring the account balance to zero, change the account assignment, and repost the items. You can remove the old items by
archiving the documents.)
1 u2013 Create New GL A/C with same activity with open item check box.
2 u2013 Transfer Balances from Old GL A/c to New GL A/c.
3 u2013 Block Old GL Account.
If you are in up to 4.7
1- Make it Zero this GL Balance
2- Block for posting GL A/C
3- Select Open Item Mngt Check Box
4- Run Program in, T.Code SE38, Program :RFSEPA02
5- Remove Block Indicator for this GL

Press Win +X, then open the Run box, type Gpedit.msc, when opening the Local Group Policy Editor, navigate to the following path:

On the right pane, find the above policy and then enable it.

Itunes constantly trying to open in logged in users accounts on Vista

My new computer is constantly trying to open itunes in all logged in users accounts. Once it opens in one of the accounts it will continually make an error noise everytime it tries to open again because it obviously can only open in one account so the other accounts are getting the "unable to load.." message. When the logged in users go back into their account it will have what seems like 50 of the error messages. It is even trying to open in the users account that does not have an itunes account. This is very annoying. Please help! Thanks

If it is a new computer and you haven't installed anything except firefox, maybe there was something preinstalled on it. IIRC some Roxio software can be configured so that it starts up iTunes at system start for example.
One way to investigate this is to do a selective start up using MSConfig. Start off with just the essential items and the iTunes related programs as in this article.

If the problem disappears with the selective startup, start adding stuff back a few items at a time until the problem comes back.
It's a bit of a sledge hammer to crack a nut I am afraid, but it should allow you to identify the problem.
