Operations plan brk details+break D/n chart +equip repl

Dear all
I just wants to provide some solutions to the client. But it seems to be non standard in sap wise
1. We have the workshop they are doing the job and providing the mtc services to all depts.mech spares materails almost providing by this workshop.
total plants section wise they are issuing th jobs.
my req is workshop wants to plan the jobs and it will show to all users abt thier planning as sap wise.
Also workshop is carrying some jobs in some times (ex : 2hrs) daily. for completions they needs 10 days.
So they need these datas in sap log.
today 18th jan -planning hrs 10 am to 12 pm
after completion the same conf day, time they wants to see at sap.
like 2mrow 19th --planning hrs ---11am to 1 pm
etc ........
2. in plant wise, equip wise i needs the MTBF, brk down & available duartion graph in some period with sap to show to thier mgt.
3. Here i have the motor (equi no: xxxx) 1 its is dismatled and replaced by other which is taken from stores .
The same is insatlling at old motor place ( equip no : not maintaining by dept since they are thinking the same equip like old) How to control the users ?
How to know the usage value ,periods of equips?How to monitors the replacemnet ?
Note : Sl No mgt is implemented in this case.

If you are the account owner, you can log into your My Verizon ccount online and view the usage details for all the lines on the account. If you are only an account member, you should be able to view some details for your line, but I am not sure exactly how much.

Cannot Apply Simple Operational Plan

Hi all,
I'm trying to create/apply a simple Operational Plan I create the plan by first creating an Operational Profile. The profile is called "Email me", Subtype "Server:", EC Shell script, which is a simple perl script which sends me an email.
I then attempted to apply the Operation Profile to one of our Server assets, an ILOM SP. I select the Plan, click "Apply", select the Server asset and add it to the target list, then click "Next", "Next", "Apply", and get the following error:
Exception in Create Job - Creation of job(Execute-DeploymentPlan) failed. No Tasks specified for job.. Refer EC cacao logs for more details.
The log file is just full of Java exception garbage.
Any ideas?

Nothing? no one uses this functionality?

CM38 considering orders of operative planning on the simulative scenario

Dear friends,
I'm trying to use the T-code CM38 to analise the capacity load of one LTP planning, but this transaction is taking into account some production orders of the operative planning.
I already checked in T-code MS32 to be sure that my planning scenario is not considering the "receipts", and all those options is not flagged.
I'm using the profile SAPPLAN01 or YBLTP01 to analise the capacity on CM38.
How can I see only the capacity load of simulation orders (my LTP scenario orders) in this transaction? Is it possible?

In CM38,under detailed settings check whether this planning scenario is mentioned before entering into the capacity details.

Query on open planned orders details with process order GR details

Dear Experts,
I need to create a query in SQ01 where the requirement is as given below,
Query output should display the open planned orders (Planned orders which is not converted to process order details) details for a material like Planned order number, Planned order quantity, Start date, Finish date and also the details of the list of process orders created for the same material with its details like PO qty, GR qty, Basic start date, Finish date, Actual finish date, BOM Component material codes, component quantity.
But i tried creating this query by joing the tables PLAF+ AFPO+AUFK+ AFKO+RESB . My input parameter will be the Material Number for which Planned order and Process orders are being created.
But i am unable to generate the output when i create a query by joining these tables
Is it possible to obtain the output for open planned order details and process order details in a single query ?
I am failing in my repeated attempts

Dear Bala,
as alternative , for use a query report and not a custom abap report, you can try to read data from MRP tables MDKP and MDTB . In these one tables you can find both elements (planned order and production orders) for to start to research all details that you need.
You can also use MDTB-DELKZ to filter only planned order (PA) and Production order (FE).
With the number order you can read the RESB table in order to define components details.
With this table would you the advantage to have always the opened orders.
If the following table are empty you should make a little customizing modification so that once MRP run will write them.
Give me feedback if i have been useful for you.

Every attempt to terminate the operation ends with several errors at the log and the process continues in the stalled operation page. I cannot include all the errors, but here are some of the errors

BAPI to change planned orders details

Hi Experts,
I need BAPI to change Planned order details,which are created through SNP PPM's.I searched for Bapi and got one 'BAPI_MOSRVAPS_SAVEMULTI3' but this BAPI will change order details if created for PP/DS PPM's.
Kindly suggest will this BAPI only work or someother.
I want to keep the PPM name blank and save the order details through BAPI.
Pls reply asap.

You may please search on google, there are lots of tutorial on BDC, you will surely get the solution... in short BDC is to record a transaction & then use same recording to generate ABAP program & you can play with screen navigations & update the fields you required...

(Sales & Operations Planning) - Can we use RMCPSOP along with IDoc method

Hi,
While transferring data to demand mgmt(SOP) using the standard mass processing, sometimes the job is getting failed with error u201CNo period unit maintained in material masteru201D, after analysing the code which is triggering this error, we found that when ever an S076E is not the for corresponding Planning entry, it is triggering the error.
We are using the standard mass processing job using IDoc method to update S076((Sales & Operations Planning), we found that sometimes the S076E table was not getting updated with the Material/Plant combination. As suggested in SAP Note 500354 Program RMCPSOP can be used to synchronize S076 and S076E tables. Seeing the technical description of the suggested program it will create S076 and S076E entries based on PGMI and PGZU tables.
My question is
1) Can we use the RMCPSOP along with IDoc method, does it overwrites the S076 entries which were updated with IDoc method?
2) At what step should the RMCPSOP executed if we use IDoc method.

BAPI / FM to update planning hierarchy details

Hi,
I need to update planning hierarchy details. Please suggest.
I see some forums where they say there is no BAPI or FM. I also saw one where it said the BDC did not work.
Have anyone done updation on planning hierarchy details?
I would also like to know if it is a better idea to update the table directly.[For example: if i need to update details in table S350, can i just a update statement on that table].

The FM to copy the simulated planned order to operative planning

Hi Gurus,
Is there a function module which can copy the long-term planing results (Simulated Planned Orders) to the operative planning environment and create a PR, like MD43?
I found the FM MD_COPY_PLAF_LTP. But it seems too complex to be pratical. Or I just simply create the PR by reading the planned order data?

I have done the resource planning in the sop and it is picking the data's from the rought cut profile also. As per sap help it is mentioned that in sop we can use routing or rate routing also to do the resource planning in sop.
Where the setting to be done?

As per my knowledge T-code will be OPU4 for the Sales and operation planning.
The T code OPU5 is applicable for planned orders not for SOP internal orders.
I have checked the senario and reverting back to you.
Did you checked the senarios for the resorce leveling with out creating the rough cut planning profile by t code mc35?

Primavera and Operational Planning processes

I am actually looking into implementing a Project Management and Control Methodology using Primavera P6. May be this question will be more business related one, but I wanted just to get a clearer overview about Primavera capabilities. Some of the organization need to organize their planning activities through a special operational planning approach to make the planning much more organized an streamlined inside the organization.
Does Primavera P6 provide the needed capabilities to support Operational Planning management?

Transfer of requirement from LTP to operative planning

Hi,
I have run LTP for different 5 finished products by MS01 by creating one planning scenario.
After LTP run system has planned all the raw materials required for all five finished materials.
Now I want to transfer the planned orders for all raw materials to operative planning MD04. But I dont want to transfer the planned orders for the finised materials to MD04.
Through MD43 I can copy planned orders of raw materials to MD04 one by one (material wise).
Is there any way that I can transfer planned orders of all the raw materials to MD04 at once.
Please guide........

I dont think a direct solution is possible ,either you can copy the values from one version to another using T
code MS64.The source version will be the inactive version and the target version will be 00.
One more T code MS66 for copying Simulative Dependent Requirements.
