OPK8 PDF Form Print Program

Hi Experts,
I can see in OPK8, we can maintain Scripts and PDF Forms, but in Print Program, there is only 1 program mentioned and I could see code for SAPScript in the print program. Where is the print program for PDF Form maintained ?
Also, the forms can be assigned at plant level but the print programs are general for all plants. Is there any way we can restrict a particular print program at plant level.
Thanks and Regards
         Vivek

Hi swamy!
This has nothing to do with your print program.Probably the assignment of your form in the NACE is creating this problem.
When it is working for you on your id. there should not be any problem with others.Check whether the clients have changed.
Also as per my knowledge there is no code for detecting correct output device.
Also you can get the output device name of the user and check with your id.Please let us know the result for further help.

  • Urgent! Multiple PDF FORM printing

How to make PDF form print multiple times depending on the amount of lines in the interface table?
For example, as Import we get the table with 5 lines (positions of a document). So we need to print same pdf forms 5 times (data printed will be changing according to the positions data)
    how to make it?
    help please!!!

    Hi Julia,
The Parent Subform should contain only the header part (i.e Column Headers). i.e. all the Static Contents
and the actual repeating data should be inside ur Child Subform. Since u have set the Subform as Repeat Sunform Property in the Child Subform that automatically adds rows dynamically in the form.
    Follow the Hierarchy :-
--> Top Most Subform (Type - Flow Layout, Flow Direction - Western Text)
    > All the Table Headers
    > Parent Subform (Type - Flow Layout, Flow Direction - Table, Allow Page Breaks within Content (checked))
    > Child Subform (Type - Flow Layout, Flow Direction - Table Row, repeat Subform for each data item (checked), Minimum Count - 1)
    > All the Table Row Elements.
Hope u are clear with this now,
    Regards,

  • Where do I find the form & print program for Trip Results printout at PR05?

where can I find the form and print program for Trip Results printout at PR05?
    Thanks,
    Ven

First design your custom form and configure that form(assign to appropriate node in SPRO) in SPRO under following path: Travel Management->Travel Expense->Dialog and travel Expense Control->Forms->PDF-Based Forms->Set up feature TRVFE for settlement form (Execute).
Give the custom form name in that node.

If you're lucky you can find the print program by entering the form in SE71, then Form -> Check -> Texts, Enter. The print program should be listed there. It could be SAPLF150. You'll need to get one of your Accounts Payable people to set up a test case for you in F150.

  • PDF Form Printing Text, but no Form

I have an accountant trying to print a PDF Form.  It cannot be saved, but only printed.  When the form is completed and printed, it only prints out the entered text, and nothing else.  All other PDF docs print fine
    IT conditions:
She prints to an older Panasonic Copy machine
    Her printer connection is Shared
Another PC can print the same form 100% fine and that machine goes through here PC to the printer.
    Completed Troubleshooting:
First discovered she was on Reader 10.1.3 and the other PC was 10.1.1
Did a complete uninstall of 10.1.3 to include deleting from registry
    Installed 10.1.1 with same issue.
Verified all a printer and reader settings are the same for both PCs
    Attempted work arounds:
Installed doPDF virtual printer to try and save the completed form as PDF
PDF prints text and form text, but not the field borders for each block
Installed Nitro PDF as default PDF reader, same issue.  Will not print out the field borders.
    Additional Troubleshooting:
Ran full virus and malware/spyware scans with no issues.
    Specific Form:
    https://forms.in.gov/Download.aspx?id=4722
Searched all over the internet with Google and have had no luck finding any suggestions

When you print it, the box that pops up should say, under the Comments and Forms box, "document and markups".  Hope that helps.

  • Why would my PDF Form print out the tab order on top of my form fields?

When this user prints out the filled out PDF form we created, it prints the tab order as a little square numbered box right on top of the form field entry.  The tab order prints over all types of fields, text entry fields, check box fields, etc.
I am not sure if this issue is related to someone using a non-Adobe PDF reader, or an issue with their printer?   Unfortunately, we cannot duplicate this issue ourselves and are hesitant to interrogate our client futher on the matter.
Has anybody else ever seen this type of print out from a PDF form issue?

Thanks for your reply!  Based on your suggestion I did a little experimenting.
This is a form saved to Enable User Rights so PDF viewers can fill out and email or save the form.   After seeing your question, I opened the form for editing (actually saving a copy first that was not restricted, and editing the copy).  I then toggled the Tab Numbers on via Tools > under the Forms header I clicked Edit > Other Tasks > Edit Fields > Show Tab Numbers.  After revealing the tab numbers I then tried to save the form as a Reader Extended PDF, but the Enable Additional Features option was grayed out.  Even if I wanted to, I could not save the form with the tab numbers revealed.
The form itself was also received by our company electronically and when viewed does not show the tab number order and when we print it, it prints as expected (no tab order numbers).
We are suspecting that this may be an issue either with the end users printer? Or possibly viewing and printing via an alternate viewer like Foxit?
Anybody run across this odd behavior?

  • Export Documents - Smart Forms - Print program

    Hello,
I searched the sap notes to find standard print programs from SAP for the export documents with message type:
    FECO
    FETR
    FEEU
The smart forms are easy to find.
    They are FT_COM_FEEU, FT_COM_FETR, FT_COM_FECO.
But I don´t find the print programs belonging to the forms.
    Greetings
    Mark

If you look at the SMARTFORMS they are all blank.
I would create your own SMARTFORMS and call them in a similiar way as the example programs listed below :
    SF_EXAMPLE_01
    SF_EXAMPLE_02
    SF_EXAMPLE_03
    Hope this helps.
    Cheers
    Colin.

  • PDF forms "print" as totally blank pages

I am using a Mac running Mavericks. I have created a layout in InDesign, exported a PDF, then made form fields using Acrobat Pro XI. I then save the form using the "Enable More Tools" option so that people using Reader can save and print. The problem is that when people open, fill out and save the form using Acrobat Standard X, they cannot print the file. Pages do come out of the printer, but they are totally blank. No field data, no background form layout. Nothing. Right now, we are working around it by using the advanced > print as image setting out of Acrobat X, or by installing Reader XI. While these solutions work for our internal people, these files need to be sent outside of our company where we don't know what software will be used to fill them out.  As a side note, forms originally created in Acrobat Pro X print fine. This problem has appeared after I updated to Pro XI and other users ar still on Standard X.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Are there any solutions that can be applied to the form PDF file itself, so we don't have to deal with software compatibility issues for outside users?
Thanks to anyone who may be able to provide insight on this issue.

I am having this same issue. I used photoshop to create my form layout, exported as pdf and imported into acrobat. I have tried a variety of different things (color modes, optimizing the pdf, different save modes, etc), none of them have worked. The only way to get the form to not print blank pages is setting to print in grayscale or print as image. You can't simply download the form, fill it out and press print. This solution is not viable for external people who use these forms.
I should note I have adobe acrobat 10 and the issue of printing blank pages only occurs in adobe reader 11. All other PDF reading programs (reader 10 and below and acrobat) work fine. I never had this issue before, only recently but my process for building forms hasn't changed.

  • Print programs for Goods Receipt, GI, ST, Subcont. TP, Consignment TP ...

    Hello Gurus,
There is a Business requirement to have a separate print forms for every Inventory transactions like Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Stock Transfer, Sub-Contracting Transfer Posting, Consignment Transfer Posting, etc.
We need to use the Transaction MB90 to print all the Inventory documents.
While checking the Output types, we find that basically WE03 is for Goods Receipt (Collective Slips) & WA03 is for Goods Issue / Transfer postings (Collective Slip)
I would like to know that inorder to assign a different Smart Form & Program (One for each of the transactions listed above) to the output types, is there a way around to work with these 2 Output types & have the 5 different Smart Forms - Programs assigned to these 2 Output types or do I need to create a copy of these output types & use them instead, one output type for each Smart form - Print program combination
    Regards,
    Zafar.

First, you can maintain <B>PRINT ID</B> in the IMG for each movement type<BR>
Second, you can create multiple <B>OUTPUT TYPE</B> - one for each.
Third, in MN21, create ouotput records using a combination of <B>OUTPUT TYPE</B> and <B>PRINT ID</B>
    <br>
    Example:
    GR movement types 101, 105, etc, you can have <B>PRINT ID</B> 1 and <B>OUTPUT TYPE</B> Z001
    GI movmeent types 201,261, etc. you can have <B>PRINT ID</B> 2 and <B>OUTPUT TYPE</B> Z002
    <BR>
Configure <B>PRINT ID</B>: IMG path: <I>Materials Management > Inventory Management and Physical Inventory > Print Control</I><BR><BR>
Configure <B>OUTPUT TYPE</B>: IMG path: <I>Materials Management > Inventory Management and Physical Inventory > Output Determination</I>
