Hi all. I recently restore my old iphone 5 on my new 6. I'm having problems with bluetooth devices. The ones that were already paired with the old one are not showing in the list, and most of them(not all) are not working or pairing. I already restored network settings to no avail. Any ideas?

What's more, they don't even show on the bluetooth devices list..

  • App Server 8.1 cluster not all members starting up.

    Hi,
    Solaris 10.
Two instances of app servers, each in a separate zone, on same machine.
App servers were just configured with the configure-ha-cluster command to operate in HA mode.
When restarting the cluster with two members, only one of them comes up:
    ./asadmin start-cluster --user admin --passwordfile domain1.pwd idm-cluster
Not all server instances in cluster idm-cluster were successfully started.
Failed to retrieve RMIServer stub: javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: management/rmi-jmx-connector
Command start-cluster executed successfully.Funnily enough, it's the instance on the local machine that will not start up. I had a similar problem earlier where creating a hadb domain could not contact the local hadb instance...
The node-agent is running though, but the instance will not start up.
    ./asadmin list-clusters --user admin --passwordfile domain1.pwd
    idm-cluster partially running
    Command list-clusters executed successfully.
    ./asadmin list-node-agents --user admin --passwordfile domain1.pwd
    idm1 running
    idm2 running
    Command list-node-agents executed successfully.
    ./asadmin start-instance --user admin --passwordfile domain1.pwd idm1-instance
Operation 'startServerInstance' failed in 'servers' Config Mbean.
Target exception message: Failed to retrieve RMIServer stub: javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: management/rmi-jmx-connector
    CLI137 Command start-instance failed.Any pointers or ideas?
    Thanks!

Hmmm. I seem to be having the same problem.
Both node agents are running fine, but the DAS is unable to talk to the cluster.
    Exactly the same error occurs.
Doesn't seem particularly robust software, imho. Happened several times.

  • In iOS8 not all my photos automatically downloading (Photo Streaming) to my PC

Only some of my Photos are downloading (Photo Streaming) from my iPhone6 to my PC?

You have a couple of options to get them in your photo stream:
    Open the photos one at a time and take a screenshot.  This will add a new low resolution copy of the photo to the camera roll, which will then upload to your photo stream;
    Email the photos a few at a time to yourself, then save the attached photos to your camera roll.  This will add a copy of the photo at full resolution to your camera roll and upload to photo stream;
Use an app like PhotoSync, which will allow you to wirelessly transfer copies of all your old photos to your computer all at once.  Then delete these photos from your camera roll and use PhotoSync to transfer them back from your computer to your camera roll.  These will be the original resolution and will upload to your photo stream.  (You need an app like this because iTunes will not transfer photos back to your camera roll, where they must be in order to add to your photo stream.)
Or, you can add them to a shared stream and invite yourself as a subscriber (see http://help.apple.com/icloud/#/mmc0cd7e99).  The shared stream will appear on your iPad and you can either leave things this way, or save them to the camera roll on your iPad and delete the shared stream.  They won't be in your photo stream but they will at least be on your iPad.

  • Shifting images between projects - not all are displayed

So I'm importing say 2000 images into a new project, call it Project 1. Obviously I can't archive 2000 RAW files in one project on a DVD, so I create additional projects and end up with Project 1A, Project 1B, Project 1C, Project 1D etc, each one about the right size for a DVD burn when I've finished with the images.
I've learned from experience to let all the previews generate before shifting images; if I don't the thumbnails sometimes get mixed up and image 200 shows the thumbnail for image 457. Bit weird, but fixable.
What I haven't found a solution to is the way that these new projects will sometimes only show 60-ish% of the images that have been moved to them. The images are there, but when I scroll down to the scroll bar limit, I've only got about 2/3 of the way through the images. If I click back to anothe prroject and come back to the problem project, sometimes it will display correctly, sometimes it takes a few tries.
Does anyone have any ideas on what's causing this, and how to stop it happening again? It's not a big problem, but I'd like to solve it. I could import set volumes of images into new projects, but importing once and then shifting works much better.
    Thanks.

    Thanks Ian,
Now that you mention it, I get the same problem with my Save As dialog box; I'm given the list view minus scroll bars, but every time I use it. Must inform the Captain...

  • Exporting Versions - not all are exported

I have tried this twice, once with it set to export 50% JPG without a watermark and once with and both times, of 187 images to export only about 100 are exported. I'm doing this to a folder on my desktop and using Aperture 2

I have found that if the "preview" isn't finished rendering, it wont export.
If I use the retouch brush too much, preview wont render and I cant export.
Finally I went through the whole aperture library to update all the previews before trying to do anything else.
Aperture 2 was hanging on 7 previews.... through elimination, I figured out which ones they were and adjusted them so that the preview could be rendered.
Note: when trying to reapply the "retouch brush" adjustments I hade made, the preview wouldn't render...
Hope this helps....again, in this case, when previews aint done, export will take forever and sometimes fail....
Oh yeah, the program has crashed trying to render 1 preview!

  • Each time I check my mail some emails, not all, are downloaded time after time. Even weeks after they were first read and have been deleted from mu computer

It's all there in the sentence above

Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.
If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
If your problem is with Mozilla Thunderbird, please '''Tag''' this thread as being for Thunderbird in the right-hand column of this page. This question currently is in the Firefox queue for answers.

  • HT201272 my purchases are showing as downloaded but not all are actually downloaded how do i get them to download?

how do i download purchases already showing as downloaded but were never actually downloaded?

If they show as 'downloaded' in the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes then are they listed in your iTunes library e.g. if they are music tracks are they shown in the Music section where you would normally click on them to play them ? If they are then iTunes is seeing them and assuming that you have them somewhere, even if you don't have the actual music (or film, TV programme etc) file on that computer - try deleting that entry from your library and they should get the cloud symbol against them in the Purchased link for re-downloading.

  • SQL Server Reporting Services not starting automatically

    Hi,
I have Reporting Services configured on my SharePoint 2010 Foundation server and the service is set to start automatically under a domain account. However, the service does not in fact start automatically and requires me to manually start it otherwise when
I try to use SharePoint to read some Reports, it doesn't work. Once I start the service, it works.
Is this normal behaviour? The service will remain started until the server is restarted (Windows Updates for example). I would like the service to start automatically when needed i.e. requesting to read a Report on SharePoint site.
    Many thanks

Service should start automatic then, are you using some third party firewall that could block service?
And if you are using domain account for service, make sure it has log on as a service rights on local machine.
What is your event viewer saying?
In our domain environment we had similar problem with SQL and SSRS service, when I changed form of account for starting service from
domain\account to account@domain, problem was solved. I still don't really know how this helped.

Has anybody an idea what could be wrong?

    Hi Oliver,
If you are manually installing the component products then this is no longer a "NOWS SBE" installation. Any issues you encounter are related solely to the component products. OES Linux Installation questions should be directed to: OES-L: Install
In the mean time, to see if it is configured to start automatically use "chkconfig". For instructions:
    Code:
    man chkconfig
Is it configured to start automatically?
    Code:
    server:~ # chkconfig --list | grep novell-tomcat5
    novell-tomcat5 0:off 1:off 2:off 3:on 4:off 5:on 6:off
The response from the above command shows that novell-tomcat5 should start automatically for runlevels 3 and 5.
If it is not set to start automatically on your server, you can make it start by:
    Code:
    chkconfig novell-tomcat5 on
I am by no means a Linux expert. If this doesn't resolve your issue, I suggest you post in the appropriate forum where you will find knowledgeable people willing to help.

  • Since I work with Lion all my programs start automatically. I don't want this

Since I work with Lion , all programs start automatically. Takes to much time. How can I change this?

It is one of the over 250 new features of the World's Most Advanced Operating System called Resume.
When choosing Restart, Sleep or Shutdown there is a checkbox you can uncheck to prevent the apps from launching.
Also in System Preferences > General there is a hard-to-find checkbox under "Number of recent items" you can turn off.
If you want to turn it off on a per app basis, (TextEdit is by example, replace TextEdit with the name of the app)
Launch Terminal and copy/paste this at the prompt...
defaults write com.apple.TextEdit NSQuitAlwaysKeepsWindows -bool false
    Press return.
    To turn off Resume globally...
    chflags uchg ~/Library/"Saved Application State"
    Press return
The reverse of the first one is to replace false with true.
The reverse of the second one is
    chflags nouchg ~/Library/"Saved Application State"

  • FMS service fails to start automatically

I have Flash Media Server installed on Windows Server 2007.
I configured the Flash Media Server service to Automatic (Delayed Start), using a network logon instead of the local system account.  In case you are curious, I use the network logon for the service because  I need Flash Media Server to be able to access media stored on a  network share.
My problem is that, despite the Automatic start, the service does not seem to start automatically. Also, if I log out of that network account, the service seems to stop.
Any insights as to what I can do to make sure that Flash Media Server will always start, as well as keep it running even if no accounts are logged in?

I think this is related to how permissions work on Windows 2008 Server or on Windows 2007 . I think what is needed here is that your account needs to be an Administrator or with Administrator rights
