Opportunities in Interaction histroy

Hello together,
we have the requirement to delete the transaction type "building constr." in the Interaction history of an account. The building constr. should not be shown in this assigment block How can i realise this? Are there any ideas?

    I was amazed then, and am still amazed now - and salute you.
    As we enter our seventh year of operations, and grow even bigger, on a personal note I am really looking forward to meeting new people and making new friends from around the world. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for being on the journey with us. I am truly blessed to be working with the group of moderators and gurus (and the community at large), and have really learned a lot the past few years here.
    And I am not the only one. Here's a few thoughts from some of the very special people who have grown with us along the way:

    I haven't done much "moderator work" but mostly helping users with tech problems and informing them about how to keep the notebooks working cool. I'm mainly active in the Spanish and English communities (with some visits to the German community as well) and it's very interesting to see that many times the questions and problems users have are the same, despite language, cultural differences and geographical location.

    "Congratulations to the  Community, which is made up of a very professional team.  I didnt read the forum before 2010 as havn't seen the needs for that - I used another branded PCs and laptops, including "self made". At the end of the 2010th....beginning of 2011 I looked for a new laptop for my personal usage and daily mobile work. As I had several mandatory requirements for laptop I've came to the Lenovo forum for solution, examples - my friends on our Russian forum, of course, mentioned about Lenovo forum. I've registered here one week later the laptop was bought. The reason was an error 1802 (yes, whitelist) I've faced with after BIOS upgrade. To be honest, my first post here seems a bit exacting but Bill (billbolton) and Aryeh (goretsky) were very friendly. That won me over.
    I think nothing has been changed for me since I've became a guru. I can't say "responsibility has risen" or "I have access to a secret knowledge now". Probably my relation to any work I'm doing is clear in my forum profile signature.
    I'm closer to the Community team now, gurus, mods, Lenovo staff. I see their attitude and trust. It's invaluable.  "

    Seven years is a milestone!   I'm looking forward to a 10th Anniversary and hope by then we are in more languages, and continue to build our global family and collaboration.
    When I called upon Jane, I had a vague notion of what we wanted to do and in hindsight, only understood community in a very superficial way.   If we did one thing right, it was to enlist the help of those who were already running successful communities related to Lenovo products.   I am very glad that so many have decided to join us on this ongoing journey.
    I am especially greatful to all the members of the community who have contributed so much time and effort to the benefit of others - it is there continued dedication and energy that makes this place great.

  • Account fact sheet, print version (PDF). Query regarding output blocks.

    I have looked at OSS Note 1066280 which explains exactly how to config the PDF fact sheet. However, on looking at the view or using the SPRO path I can see that there are currenty no settings in place at the moment. i.e. the view/SPRO is showing no data.
    However, when looking at the appropriate Smartform I can see blocks for:
    Opportunities
    Activities
    Interaction history
    Contact Person
    Relationship types
    Which all print out (display in PDF) okay, except there's also a Sales block in the Smartform which does not print. The logic/output conditions in the Smartform say PRINT_DATA-SALES_AREAS = 'X' and SALES_AREAS[] NE initial.  What controls whether this information prints, config-wise.
    Also, I need to add new blocks of data, which is probably going to be sourced from ERP, but config-wise can I control whether the PDF displays these newly created blocks in the same way as it does for the SAP standard?.

  • CRM Interactive reports not loading any data on WEB UI

    CRM BI client is setup properly by following CRM IR config guide C41.
    /CRMBW/CONFIG_WIZARD doesn't show any major errors. I am able to create
    the custom interactive reports but when these reports are executed no
    data shows up in the report.For example ,we are building interactive
    reports under opportunities area for a user, who has opportunities in
    the system.
    Our CRM Sytem is on CRM7.0 EHP1 SPS3.

    Hi Thirumala,
    if still relevant (sorry for the late reply): check if the user is assigned to a business partner (employee), which is assignet to a correct position in the CRM Org model, and that this business partner is the employee responsible of the sales documents you want him to see in the reports.
    Alternatively, the user's business partner can be a manager of such an employee.

  • Surveys with Opportunities

    Hello,
    We are sending out a survey to the contact person when an opportunity has been closed and saved. The survey is sent as a URL within an email and a smartform is used to generate this email.
    The URL opens up the survey correctly and the answers are saved within CRM (4.0 SP 9) as well. However, this survey doesn't seem to get linked to the opportunity and does not have the partner data for BW extraction as well.
    We have implemented the OSS note 700317 but without luck.
    As of now, we are using the standard PBO (CRM_SVY_EXAMPLE_DYNAMIC_PBO) and PAI (CRM_SVY_OPPORT_PAI) functions for the opportunities and I was wondering if we need to customize these in any way.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I was able to resolve this issue, in case someone faces the same, here it goes -
    1. Since the link to the survey was sent in a custom email (implemented using smartforms), the standard PAI method was unable to retrieve the transaction GUID from the Interaction Layer which was one reason why this wasn't working.
    The workaround was to append the transaction GUID as a request parameter within the survey URL in the smartform. Once the survey was answered, this GUID was read within a custom PAI method so that the rest of the standard code had the correct reference to the transaction.
    2. Another reason why the transaction was not updated with the survey data was since it wasn't being committed. Once the function CRM_ORDER_SAVE was called at the end of the custom PAI, the survey responses were linked to the transaction.

  • Interaction history in ICWC not showing dates

    The interaction history in ICWC(CRM 5.0,SP8) is not showing the date of the interactions viz., service ticket, interaction record. Is there any setting to be done for this? Please guide.

    IMG>CRM>Master data >BP>Accounts and Contact Persons in the Portal-->Specify Display Options for Interaction History/Activities/Opportunities
    Select the area as -
    SAP_CRM_CUST_INTERACT_CENTER or your relevant area
    and make the settings for interaction history. you should be able to se the Fact sheet details with dates

  • E-mail adobe interactive form without showing it..

    Hi experts!
    I am trying to create a WD apllication in which when the user presses a button an adobe interactive form will be called and e-mail, without showing the actual form.
    From what i saw in the corresponding tutorial, in order to attach the file to the e-mail, the file must first exist in pdf format.
    But, during runtime all i have is the pdfsource.
    So, the point is: how can i create the actual pdf from the pdf Source without showing it????

    Hi,
    actually I would not recommend that. That's something which has to be programmed completely new and does not exist at the moment. If you want to have it outside in the internet for externals you will force candidates to use Adobe Acrobat reader in a certain version and might get browser problems. So technical support might become an issue.
    So the only opportunities you have without creating something new, is using Web Dynpro standard or a third party tool based on flash.

  • Opportunities in account overview without partner function dependency

    Hello,
    on the account overview page we can see the opportunities as well as the interaction history for a account.
    In the interaction history frame we can see every activity and opportunity where the account is involved.
    In the opportunities frame we could only see these opportunities where the account has a special partner function in the opportunity.
    For example the main account role is prospect.
    This account is involved in several opportunities with several different partner functions in the opportunities.
    We can only see these opportunities in the account overview where he is assigned with the role prospect.
    We did a customization for the time-frame in IMG: Customer Relationship Management => Master Data => Business Partner => Specify Display Options for Business Transactions.
    Is there a similar way to customize the partner function dependency for display?
    Or is there another way to show all the opportunities (in the opportunity frame) where the account is involved, without partner function dependency?

    I believe you could influence this via the BADI CRM_BP_UIU_BT in enhancement spot CRM_UIU_BP_ENHANCEMENT.  You can edit the selection criteria CT_SELECTION_PARAM as needed. 
    You can review the code CL_BUPA_IL_OPPORTUNITY_COMP to determine what criteria is being pouplated before the BADI is being called.  In addition the filter value of the implementation needs to be 'BPQOPP'.  From what I have seen SAP is hard-coding the partner type selection for the opportunity selection.

    We currently have a strange problem when trying to search for opportunities in the CIC.  We go in, enter a partner number and select it as the main partner.  Then, we chose Opportunity as the object to find, enter a date range and click on start (all in the interaction info navigator area.)  We then get a short dump of :-

    A line is to be inserted or changed at position 1 in the sorted
    internal table (type SORTED_TABLE)

    The problem only occurs if a given partner has more than 1 oppotunity created - obviously, if the search logic only finds 1 opportunity document then when it appends the guid to the search results it doesn't cause a problem.  As soon as more than one document is found the code fails:-

          LOOP AT iv_search->gt_search_result INTO ls_search_result.
            ls_header_guid-guid = ls_search_result-fieldval.
            APPEND ls_header_guid TO lt_header_guid.
          ENDLOOP.
    I've search on here and throughout OSS but can't find any solution and to be honest, I can't see why the problem is occuring.  Has anyone else ever had this problem and if, is there a solution?

  • Additional search & display fields rqd for opportunities in IC Winclient

    I have a requirement where i need to add additional search and display fields in the Interaction history in IC Winclient.
    The search and display fields are for the opportunities search in the Interaction History.
    As SAP standard we have,but need to add few more for my client.
    Please can anyone suggest me is there any standard config to do it or we need to develop to populate the additional fields.

    What is the transaction to look at this query?  I have not seen any evidence that the program accesses this query, but it is worth having a look I guess.
    The sequence of Function calls are:
    CCMCS_BP_SEARCH_RULES
    CCMCS_BP_SEARCH_CONTROL
    CCMCS_BP_ADDR_SEARCH2
    CCMCS_BP_SEARCH2
    (Up to this point it uses structure CCMADDRESSFIELDS, and has accesss to HOUSE_NUM2)
    Then it calls BAPI_BUPA_MAIN
    It might be that I will have to repair CCMCS_BP_SEARCH2 in the end, but I'd like to be sure that it is my only option, as I do not want to change SAP standard code unnecessarily.

  • Interactive reports authorization issue ?

    I am working on CRM 7.0  , interactive reporting
    As per SAP CRM interactive reports standards, employees can only see their opportunities and managers can see only the opportunities created by his team.
    I need that all employees can see all the opportunities created by them or others and the managers also
    What are the settings t be changed to enable this functionality

    Hi!
    This is not possible with CRM interactive reporting unless you assign every employee to a manager role in the CRM Org Model (which would contradict it's purpose). Unfortunately, your request would contradict the central authorization principle behind interactive reporting.
    Due to this fact and because the expected data volume would also probably be too large to be handled by interactive reporting, I recommend to use BW reporting instead. BW is much better designed for large data volumes, and you do not have the Org Model restrictions as in interactive reporting.

    We are having crm 2007 and we are implementing the service scenario.
    When we create a contrat 123 for a business Partner ABC. Normally the reference/Interaction history etc shall also be
    displayed in the Business Partner. i.e. all the relevant  service transactions relevant to Partner ABC.
    Could anybody tell where can we set this in CRM 2007.
