Opportunity - Sales Prospect: List search results if more than one match

Hi CRM Experts,
in the Opportunity our users have to enter a Sales Prospect. PC-UI allows to enter directly a Name like "Wolf". But when you press enter after this step the first match is filled into this field. But this can be the wrong Sales Prospect. I want to have a functionality that when the Name is entered and there are more than one match a list of the results should be displayed. Then the user can choose the correct partner.
Regards
Gregor

  • How to display result in more than one jsp page

    Hi all,
the result is a very large it will take more than one jsp page in this senario how we will display the result in more than one jsp page.
    Thanks in Advance.

The magic word is "paging". Look around using this keyword.
Basically it's all about subquerying, (eventually) caching and sublisting.

  • I have music files by the same artist but they are listed in itunes in more than one album hod can i add then to just one album pf that artist

I have music files by the same artist but they are listed in Itunes in more than one album hod can i add then to just one album of that artist I am using windows 8.1 .

iTunes will group songs into an album when:
All songs have the same value for the Album and Artist field, or
All songs have the same value for the Album and Album Artist field
All songs have the same value for the Albumfield and the Part of a Compilation flag is checked.
If you want to group all the songs by one artist into a single "album" you can do so by following one of these rules.  However, it may be more useful to create Playlists to group music like this and retain the original release information.  One Smart Playlist for each artist you're interested in would meet this need without over-writing information about the source albums.

I am trying to drop a user and am following this blog:

Below is a series of screen-shots of the issue. Please assist. Thanks, Mark.
    Mark

    Hello,
Based on your descritpion, you create a SQL database with WEB edition and try to connect to the MASTER database from Windows Azure Management portal. But it is failed with "Sequence contains more than one matching element" occasionally.
Due to the uncertainty and randomness factors, it requires higher level troubleshooting methods.I suggest you contact Windows Azure support team by creating a support ticket at
http://www.windowsazure.com/en-us/support/contact if you recevied this error again.
As for drop login, it may caused by the premssion. In SQL databae, only server-level principal login (created by the provisioning process) or the credentials of an existing member of the "loginmanager" database role can manage logins. If you are not use
a server-level principal login, please ask the adminstrator add the login to loginmanager databaserole:
    EXEC sp_addrolemember 'loginmanager', 'login-you-used';

  • Search Query Help – more than one word

I have been struggling with this for weeks.  I used Dreamweaver to set up a lot of this and I think it is hindering me as I make changes to the code.
I have a search interface that takes the input from a user (in the form of text) – searches though the db to match words – then return the results based on how many times the input is located in the db.
I have this working very good for a single word input.  If you search for one word only – it works great.  But, if you try to input two words together – it returns no results.
I have tried several different things to get this to work – like exploding the input then searching the db for each word in order.  The problems I get, I think, is that this conflicts with the code Dreamweaver wrote – I think where the code requests the value string.  But, each time I think I find a fix for one error – it creates several others – not just in the php code above the header – but in the php code in the body when I try to retrieve the results.
It seems that I am just going around in circles.  But, there has to be simple way to search for more than one word in the db – count the matches – add the matches from each search together – then return the results ordered by the largest number of matches.
I have even tried using a foreach statement – but received errors that I have never seen before.  Then after researching and trying to fix those errors – just received more and more errors.
Please help.  If it cannot be done given the code I have – then please point me in the right direction to rewrite the code.
    Code is attached.

Based on what you explained as your requirements, it is very easy. I'll just speak in psuedo-code.  You will need to parse the input into seperate words. If there can be an unknown number of words you can store those in a string array.
Then just use the array to build your where clause using the IN predicate or using the = and OR operators.
    Select count(*), keyword
where keyword in (term[0], term[1], etc)
    group by keyword
    order by count(*) desc
If this is not what you meant, then you will need to explain your requirements in more detail. As you have discovered, once your requirements exceep the capabilities of DW's behaviors, you will need to become very familar with sql and your server side scripting language. If you don't understand what the DW code is doing (as evidenced by your comments in the attachment), then you really are not ready to start modifying it.

  • Check/uncheck record results on more than one step at a time

I have one hundred plus sequence files and several thousand steps total. Checking and un-checking record results one step at a time takes a long time. I'd like to be able to select several steps at a time then check or un check the "Record Results" option for all those steps at once. How do I do this? I'm using TestStand 2.0

    Hi Kevin,
    Thanks for contacting National Instruments.
Do you want to disable result recording for ALL sequences on this station? If so, you can turn on this option in the TestStand sequence editor (Configure >> Station Options, turn ON checkbox "Disable result recording for all sequences").
However, if you only want to do this for selected sequence files, then Ray is correct - you would need to write an external routine that will automate this for you. Attached is a zipfile containing a VBScript that will iterate through one sequence file ("c:\test.seq") and change all steps (all sequences, including Main/Setup/Cleanup) to turn off "Record Results". It first saves a backup copy of the sequence file, makes the changes, then save
s the modified sequence file. You can enhance this script to work for more than one sequence file by using Microsoft's FileSystemObject.
The VBScript uses a DLL I created, which exposes the TestStand 2.0 Engine object as an ActiveX DLL. Before you can run the VBScript, you will need to register this DLL:
    regsvr32 TSEngine.dll
Then, the VBScript can be executed just by double-clicking it. Hopefully this helps get you started toward creating an automated way of solving this problem!

  • Can't search photos using more than one word.  Ruined ability to data base

I've spent hundreds of hours cataloging my photos by keywords and image titles and created a data base that is critical to my business. After installing iPhoto 11 I can no longer search using multiple words. This has made my data base useless. The "Faces" and "Places" fields will not help because those are not part of the search criteria. Is there a way to make this work? If not how do I go back to the old version of iPhoto?
    thanks for your help!

How were you searching previously? Adding both keywords and title text to the search box? Why can't a smart album do the trick?
You might consider using a DAM (digital asset management) application like Expression Media. It's a professional grade image management app that can be searched for any combination of keywords, description text, title text, etc.
You can learn about EM and the other pro DAM apps at the The DAM Forum. I strongly suggest you consider a more robust DAM app for your professional work.

  • Can I do a Boolean keyword search looking for more than one keyword on a webpage? (e.g. "Nonfinancial" OR "Satisfaction")

I know I can use Ctrl+F to look up single instances of a keyword, but I would like to be able to find all instances of 15 or 20 keywords all at once. Is there a way to construct a logic statement to find multiple keywords at the same time? Also, I'm not interested in bookmarking pages, etc. I need to pull up webpages in the browser and search within that webpage for all 20ish words.

Hi, this should sort out your problem:
    1. Type in "about:config" into the address bar, this will open the settings menu. Click on "I'll be careful, I promise!"
    2. Search for "keyword.URL" in the filter bar.
    3. Enter "http://www.google.com/search?btnI=I%27m+Feeling+Lucky&q=" into the value field.
I'm no expert, but I had the same problem which got on my nerves after being so used to being able to type anything in, and following these steps fixed it.

  • Spotlight won't search mail with more than one account enabled

Just upgraded to iPhone OS 3. On the whole good.
I have a .Mac mail account for my personal stuff and I have an IMAP account set up for my work email.
When both are active Spotlight on the iPhone won't find any Mail messages. Turn off the work account and it then works OK.
    Anyone else seeing this?

I had added the email account manually on the iPhone.
I just tried deleting it then setting it up on my Mac, then syncing it via iTunes
Same thing. If the work email is enabled then spotlight doesn't find emails in my .Mac account.
If I disable the .Mac account it doesn't find work emails, so I think it's not multiple accounts per-se but something to do with my work account - that said we do run a very antiquated Sun mail server, so my eyebrows are definitely not moving in an upward direction.

  • Matching more than one column result

    Hello again,
I'm using a Property/Estate agent database and one of the questions is: List pairs of buyers and properties whose expectation and feature set are exactly matching.
The way I designed the database was that each property is connected to a property_features table which is connected to a parent table features_list.
Similarly my buyer table is connected to a required_features table which is connected to the same features_list table
I need to match buyers and properties where their required and property features (can be more than one) match.
I have created queries that return the results for buyers and properties individually but I'm unsure how to link these queries to return only exact matches
    select b.peid
    from  buyer b, features_list fl, required_features rf
    where b.peid = rf.peid
    and rf.fid = fl.fid;
    select p.prid
    from property p, features_list fl, property_features pf
    where p.prid = pf.prid
    and fl.fid = pf.fid;All tables used:
    CREATE TABLE BUYER

         MAX_PRICE NUMBER(9,2),
         CONSTRAINT BUYER_PK PRIMARY KEY(PEID)

    select property.prid, property_features.fid, features_list.description
    from property, property_features, features_list
    where property_features.prid = property.prid
    and property_features.fid = features_list.fid;
    Results:

    PR110011 FE003 modern kitchen
    select buyer.peid, required_features.fid, features_list.description
    from buyer, required_features, features_list
    where required_features.peid = buyer.peid
    and required_features.fid = features_list.fid;
    Results:
    PE110036 FE003 modern kitchen
PE110036 FE002 family roomSo, the results from my individual queries show that person/buyer PE110036 has required features that match exactly with property PR110011's property features, I need to somehow write a query that provides this functionality
    Any advice very much appreciated!

I'm still struggling with this one, would there be a solution using PL/SQL?
Here are some sample insert statements from the tables involved

  • How can I select more than one song from the search results?

I want to create playlists based on certain words in the song title. For example, I may want to create a playlist of all my songs with LOVE in the title.
Doing the search is easy, but I can't select more than one song at a time. Is there any way in iTunes 12 for Windows to do this? I found an answer in iTunes for Mac, and it basically says to "un-check "Search Entire Library." " but I don't see that option in iTunes for Windows.
Here is the link to that question: how can i select more than one song from drop down search bar
I hope some Windows user can help me out.

Found the "Search Entire Library" option - click on the small (VERY small for my eyesight) down arrow next to the magnifying glass. Also need to select "Filter by: Songs", and then the songs in the main window show the results.
I'm going to leave this up on the board because 1) in case someone else has this question, and 2) I don't know how to delete it anyway.

  • How can i select more than one song from drop down search bar

sometimes to make a playlist i will search my music library for a word & then add all the songs with that word in the title
the drop down search bar will not allow me to select more than one song
    or
will it?  & i just can't suss out how... maybe you know?
    if so, please tell me~!!!
    thank you

hey i tried that before i posted this question... i tried all of the normal ways one would use to select more than one item...
any click of any kind at all takes you out of the search drop down & into the main itunes window... where you are deposited back into the songs alphabetically... no longer are you seeing the results of the search...
    sigh
at the risk of sounding like one of those people, the "old" itunes did not have this problem...
grrrr... it seems to be that pesky drop down menu~ if only you could see the search results in the main list as opposed to only in the drop down thing

  • Script to find users that are a member of more than one of a list of specific groups

    Hi,
I need to generate a list of users that are members in more than one group, out of a list of specific security groups.  Here's the situation:
    1) We have about 1100 users, all nested under a specific OU called CompanyUsers.  There are sub-OUs under CompanyUsers that users may actually be in.
    2) We have about 75 groups, all directly under a specific OU called AppGroups.  These groups correspond to a user's role within an internal line of business application.  All these groups start with a specific character prefix "xyz", so the group
    name is actually "xyz-approle".
I want to write a script that tells me if a user from point 1) is a member in more than one group in point 2).  So far, I've come up with a way to enumerate the users to an array:
    $userlist = get-qaduser -searchroot 'dq.ad/dqusers/doral/remote' | select samaccountname |Format-Table -HideTableHeaders
I also have a way to enumerate all the groups that start with xyz that the user is a member of:
get-QADMemberOf -identity <username> -name xyz* -Indirect
I figure I can use the first code line to start a foreach loop that uses the 2nd code line, outputting to CSV format for easy to see manual verification.  But I'm having two problems:
    1) How to get the output to a CSV file in the format <username>,groupa, groupb, etc.
    2) Is there any easier way to do this, say just outputting the users in more than one group?
    Any help/ideas are welcome.
    Thanks in advance!
    John

Here is a PowerShell script solution. I can't think of way to make this more efficient. You could search for all groups in the specfied OU that start with "xyz", then filter on all users that are members of at least one of these groups. However, I suspect
that most (if not all) users in the OU are members of at least one such group, and there is no way to filter on users that are members of more than one. This solution returns all users and their direct group memberships, then checks each membership to
see if it meets the conditions. It outputs the DN of any user that is a member of more than one specfied group:
    # Search CompanyUsers OU.
    strUsersOU = "ou=CompanyUsers,ou=West,dc=MyDomain,dc=com"
    $UsersOU = New-Object System.DirectoryServices.DirectoryEntry $strUsersOU
    # Use the DirectorySearcher class.
    $Searcher = New-Object System.DirectoryServices.DirectorySearcher
    $Searcher.SearchRoot = $UsersOU
    $Searcher.PageSize = 200
    $Searcher.SearchScope = "subtree"
    $Searcher.PropertiesToLoad.Add("distinguishedName") > $Null
    $Searcher.PropertiesToLoad.Add("memberOf") > $Null
    # Filter on all users in the base.
    $Searcher.Filter = "(&(objectCategory=person)(objectClass=user))"
    $Results = $Searcher.FindAll()
    # Enumerate users.
"Users that are members of more than one specified group:"
    ForEach ($User In $Results)
        $UserDN = $User.properties.Item("distinguishedName")
        $Groups = $User.properties.Item("memberOf")
        # Consider users that are members of at least 2 groups.
        If ($Groups.Count -gt 1)
            # Count number of group memberships.
            $Count = 0
            ForEach ($Group In $Groups)
                # Check if group Common Name starts with the string "xyz".
                If ($Group.StartsWith("cn=xyz"))
                    # Make sure group is in specified OU.
                    If ($Group.Contains(",ou=AppsGroup,"))
                        $Count = $Count +1
                        If ($Count -gt 1)
                            # Output users that are members of more than one specified group.
                            $DN
                            # Break out of the ForEach loop.
