Hi,
On the management server where also SQL Server is installed, i get these errors. I checked the permissions
written in "OpsMgr 2007 SP1 Security account Matrix v1.0.xls" momdatareader permissions seem to be okey.
Whot could be the reason?
An exception was thrown while processing SetupAlertsByCriteriaReaderWithProperties for session ID uuid:d82a3318-7477-4b3f-82bf-306f5b91f0ea;id=1129.

Hi,
Based on the error message, "Fault Detail is equal to Id='' -- Unrecognized Guid format.Id='' -- Unrecognized Guid format", I would like to suggest you reset the data reader account, or change to another account and check the result.
Here is a thread which tell how to change data reader account, please refer to it:

Does anyone have an idea what could be the problem?
    Thank you very much,

Verify that The SDK and Config services should be running
To resolve this issue, you must have populated HtmlContent elements or MamlContent elements. Additionally, you must make sure that you do this before you try to import the management pack from one application to the other.

  • OpsMgr Config Service stops automatically

There's a fresh installation of SCOM 2007 SP1, SQL database is configured on a separate server. The installation itself goes smoothly without any errors. After installation to RTS OpsMgr Config Service stops automatically, after restart it works for about a minute, then stops again. All the other OpsMgr services work correctly. OpsMgr Config Service and OpsMgr SDK Service are run from the same domain account with Domain Admin rights. OpsMgr Health Service is run from Local System account. Here's what I see in the logs:

  • Event ID 26319 on SCOM 2012 R2 Management server with RMS emulator role

    Hi all,
Two weeks ago we've setup a new SCOM 2012 R2 environment.
We now have the problem that event 26319 is logged every 5 minutes.
An exception was thrown while processing GetUserRolesForOperationAndUser for session ID uuid:dca9765e-37a4-40fc-bb9e-575f278447f9;id=63.
Exception message: Value does not fall within the expected range.

       at Microsoft.EnterpriseManagement.Mom.ServiceDataLayer.SdkDataAccessBackCompatProxy.GetUserRolesForOperationAndUser(Guid operationId, String userName)
In the previous weeks I've imported some management packs and did some changes in the user roles.
I've now deleted all custom created user roles but the event is still being logged.
Where does the 'Value does not fall within the expected range.'
    message points to ?
Is this related to a imported MP ? I've deleted the built-in administrator user and replaced it by an admin group.
Where do I start to troubleshoot this issue ?
    Kind Regards,
    J. Monnens

Yes, it's related to import MP.
For this issue,  KB980862 - Event ID 26319 is logged when you import a management pack in Operations Manager 2007 R2

    Hi,
I would like to suggest you reset the SDK account password (in this case, it seems like that the account is 'scomsdk'). And change the password for the account in service configuration.
Please go through the below article for details:
How to change the credentials for the SDK Service and for the Config Service in Microsoft System Center Operations Manager

  • Unified Contact Store UCS integration issue - Event Source: LS Storage Service - Event ID: 32043

Experiencing weird issues with getting UCS working in one environment (including OWA/IM and UM). Event Source: LS Storage Service - Event ID: 32043
I've had no issues with UCS in other environments with multiple 2013 Mailbox servers and multiple 2013 CAS servers. This particular environment is having issues. I do have Exchange split with MBX and CAS.
I Followed all procedures from TechNet, NextHop, etc. I am Running same oAuth cert on all exchange and lync boxes.
I still have Lync 2010 and Exchange 2010 in the environment, since I'm in the middle of a coexistence migration but don't really want to cut over to new servers until the Lync 2013 to Exchange 2013 integration is complete and tested.

    code=ErrorUnhandledException, reason=Wrapped callback failed --->
System.InvalidOperationException: Client found response content type of '',
    but expected 'text/xml'.
I have had a case opened with MS for weeks now and have torn down and rebuilt the config several times - the certificates should solid all around including using servers' FQDNs in the SN instead of just somewhere in the SAN list and using just the domain as
the SN for the oAuth certs (using the exact same cert on both Lync and Exchange for oAuth)
Any comments would be greatly appreciated
Here are the steps i did on the integration (certificates not included however they are verified)

    I fixed the issue
It had to do with the Lync server still trying to access the old CAS server
For internal URLs on both CAS servers I am using the internal name, however the external url is https://webmail.domain.com
On both servers and internally that DNS record points to the old CAS server since we haven't cut over users yet
This was affecting the connection process some how Lync was using the external URL instead of the internal URL to connect to EWS
I was able to see with a packet sniffer that Lync frontend was trying to communicate with both the new CAS server and the old CAS server
When connecting to auto discovery it was connecting to the right CAS server, but after receiving the Autodiscover.xml it started connecting to webmail.ushworls.com (not EXCAS02)
I create an entry in the local HOST file on the Lync Front end server and pointed webmail.domain.com to the new CAS server
Issue Fixed – I can remove the entry from the host file after we make the DNS change internally and cut over users

  • [svn:fx-trunk] 9328: Fixing SDK-22462: Event dispatched is not as expected in Tree

    Revision: 9328

    Log Message:
Fixing SDK-22462: Event dispatched is not as expected in Tree
For this, the issue is really that TreeItemRenderers assume that no click event can occur on the disclosureIcon.  This is because the discolsureIcon is added and removed each time it goes through invalidation in commitProperties(), so a new discolsureIcon gets created and replaces the old one after they mouseDown (meaning no click event actually occurs).  Automation replays some mouse events on one disclosureIcon only (which is an automation bug because that?\226?\128?\153s not how it actually works in the real world) and when a ?\226?\128?\156click?\226?\128?\157 occurs, that causes an itemClick on the Tree, when it shouldn?\226?\128?\153t.  For Flex 3, this wasn?\226?\128?\153t a problem because the IR was getting invalidated through a different codepath because openDuration did not default to 0.  If you set it to 0, you?\226?\128?\153d see the same problem in Flex 3.  Anyways, the fix is just to block all click events that occur on the disclosureIcon.

  • Can't test sdk services exemple

    Hi expert,
when i try to test sdk services from my ip communicator message host not found display.
i subscribe Ip phone to services, and i add services to my call manager.
but service is not visible from my ip communicator.
    Please help.

    - Is the IPC on the same LAN as CCM or is there a firewall between IPC and CCM?
    - What version of CallManager are you currently running including any service releases and/or engineering specials?
    - What version of IP Communicator you are running. Is this the only IPC you have setup or are there other IPC that are having this problem.

  • SDK service using domain user trying to set SPN for computer account

I have a SDK service running under a domain user account, but it tries to register the SPN for the computer account of the machine?!
Therefore I get the following alert:
The System Center Data Access service failed to register an SPN. A domain admin needs to add MSOMSdkSvc/WIN-9IAJC0HS9RJ and MSOMSdkSvc/WIN-9IAJC0HS9RJ.domainxx.local to the servicePrincipalName of CN=WIN-9IAJC0HS9RJ,CN=Computers,DC=domainxx,DC=local
Which makes sense because it has not the permissions to do that.
When I make the domain user account member of domain admins it has the concerning permissions and it indeed registers that SPN to the computer account. But why?? The SPN should be registered to the domain user account instead (and therefore I had given the
domain user account the read/write permissions to itself to do that).
I have the following SPN registered now for the computer and domain user account:
    setspn -l WIN-9IAJC0HS9RJ
    Registered ServicePrincipalNames for CN=WIN-9IAJC0HS9RJ,CN=Computers,DC=domainxx

    setspn -l domainxx\omdas
    Registered ServicePrincipalNames for CN=OMDAS,CN=Users,DC=domainxx,DC=local:
    none for this account
    I don't get it. Anyone?
    I am using SCOM 2012 R2
    Pls help.
    Thanx in advance.
    Regards
    Chris

SCOM SDK service really tries to set its SPN to the computer account (although the SDK service is running using a domain user account). The alert is no bug!
I know this for sure because I gave the SDK service permission to do it - by making the domain user account member of the domain admins security group - and it indeed sets the SPN on the computer account.
The latter is the actual bug I would say! It should try to set the SPN for the domain user account the sdk service is running with.
Then again, nog having the SPN been set correctly to this domain user account, does not seem to bother SCOM at all indeed. Perhaps it uses NTLM instead in this scenario.
    Can anyone comfirm?

    Hi Saravanan,
    Please see inline my response.
    1. Was the GW server working properly before?
Yes the GW server was fine till yestrday and all agents were healthy.
    2. Were valid certificates imported on GW and its corresponding MS
We have not imported any GW or MS certificates in the past few days.
    3. Is there a communication issue between the GW and its MS?
Could you help me find out how to find out as i dont find any error in the eventviewer.
    4. Do you see a value named 'ChannelCertificateSerialnumber' under "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Microsoft Operations Manager\3.0\Machine Settings". The value you see there should be in exact reverse order of what you see as the Certificate Serial number
in MMC Certificates snap-in (Run- MMC- Add Snap In -- Certificates -- Computer Account. Expand the personal store and there should be a certificate that scom uses for the GW server.
    I did see the
ChannelCertificateSerialnumber in the registry entry and the certificate that scom uses and they seems to be different.
i have 3 certificates in the personal store in which 2 are internal issuing CA ceritificates created using
computer authentication V2 and web auth template.
The other certificate is an invalid cerificate which has been expired exactly an year ago.
