Options not active

Good morning. A question please. I have a user with windows 7 and when he open a pdf file, some options are not active (save file, etc). How I can activate?

Acrobat Reader X. The problem is that some icons are grayed out (save or email), but you can save from the menu. This happens when in read mode and when not.

CJ40 Detailed Planning options not active

Hi Experts
I wish to do Detailed Cost Planning for my WBS elements, but when I go to transaction CJ40 >> Extras >> Detailed Planning, the options are grayed out (inactive). So I am not able to do detailed Planning through CJ40.

I think you are trying to access detailed planning from CJ40 in overall value screen. Detailed planning is available for fiscal year wise. Change the period from overall to any current or any fiscal year and now check again, detailed planning will be active now

Drag and drop option not active - Captivate 8

Is there a particular slide you need to use or something else you need to have on your slide in order to activate the drag and drop menu item? All other menu items in the Interaction menu are active, but drag and drop.

Drag and drop is not available for Responsive projects.

BAM 11g - creating new report - More options not active

I am creating new reports in BAM 11g. 11.1.1.3.0 Build 8553
I can select the Data Object and Data Fields, but.... When I select any of the More options.... such as Create a filter or Create a calculated fied etc... I get the View Prompts screen and I cannot get out of it.
The Properties object works, but as soon as I go back to the Data Objects - I am on the View prompts screen with several unlabelled tabs... and I can only OK, Cancel or Save.
If I re-edit the reprt - I go straight to this View Prompts Screen... and can do nothing on the data objects.
Rebooting makes no difference....
Has anyone else seen this.
I am using JDK 1.6.0_14... which i picked up from a post in the forum.... but this has made no difference.

There must have been a typo or something when I reset the Java version.... re applying the copy of JDK 1.6.0_14 and restarting, Fixed the problem.

The option 'Display Credit Balance with negative sign" was not activated.

I've encountered with a huge problem after load opening balance.
I forgot to tick the option 'Display Credit Balance with negative sign"
It makes my client's Chart of Account uncommon such as credit balance in Cash Account, AR .....
However, I've search the sap note to solve it as follow:
Description of the bug::
When creating the company in the system the option 'Display Credit Balance with negative sign' was not activated.
Once transactions were created in the system the functionality can not be changed.
Limits of the query:
After running the update query, please restart SBO first and then run the restore 'GL account and bp balances';
otherwise, the cashed value of SBO will not be updated and restore function may not take effect.
1. Meaning of restart SBO => restart SBO Service Manager right?
2. Please help me please to find "The restore G/L account and bp balances" form. Where is it?;

I would think that you are following the PEQ instructions for note 970813, correct?
If this is the case and you are using 2007 then you will find the restorev in the top menu; Help -> Support Desk -> Restore. You will find the functions here. Please note that this should only be used on direct instruction from support or a note like in this case. A backup should also be taken before running restore.

Hi,
Firstly you should save your layout as system-specific, then you have to go menu>Settings>Layouts-->Administration... to define your layout as default settings.
As thus, when you execute VA05, the new layout will be applied correctly.

I am unable to unstack images with my Elements 11 as the stack option is not active.

I cannot detach images from stacks with my Elements 11. The stack option under the Edit mode is not active even after I have selected the image I want to detach from the stack that I want to email. Instead I end up with all the images in the stack being moved.
I would greatly appreciate any help you can give me in this area.

Press Ctrl+D/Cmd+D to get back to the old Detail View. Stacks and versions aren't in the new Adaptive Grid view that shows the thumbnails edge to edge.

In the Trial version of Illustrator try this:
In the top right of your screen, choose 'Essentials' from the workspace menu.
Then from the same menu, choose Reset Essentials.
Next, click the Selection tool in the Tools panel (strip on the left side of your screen, it is the black pointer at the top).
Click on the object you want to change the stroke and fill colour for. Does it display with little handles around it (this is called bounding box)? E.g. can you tell it is selected?
You should see the Stroke and Fill options in the Control panel (top horizontal strip above your document), if the object you've selected is a path. But if for instance you selected as a placed photo, you won't see the Stroke and Fill options.
If possible take a screenshot of what you are trying to do, and we can be of more help hopefully.

Share your movie to the Media Browser. Then, in iDVD, drag your movie in from the Media Browser at the bottom right.
THe Share to iDVD option is only activated if your source material is DV or AVCHD.

Error *Form F110_PRENUM_CHCK is not active* - while Vendo payment by F-58

Dear Sir / Mam,
While possing vendor payment through F-58
an error "Form F110_PRENUM_CHCK is not active" is appearing
The document is geting saved but it doesn't get spooled.
I checked the configuration @ FBZP - Maintenance of company code data for payment method and confirmed that at form data sap script "F110_PRENUM_CHCK" is selected and saved.
Kindly guide, Ho do I activate F110_PRENUM_CHCK?

I found the activate option, I executed it saved it and there after again when I am trying to process the payment....
Oops!
The problem still continues.

I am trying to do a factory reset on my macbook air, but when I do the command power button, I am only seeing the macintosh HD option not the recovery hd option previously mentioned.

The proper shortcut is COMMAND-R, not COMMAND-PowerButton. See the following:

i checked in SM52 But in VMC is not loaded
Shared GC is inactive
Global Classes is 0 bytes
Global programs is 0 Bytes
Global Data is 0 Bytes
Other Global Data is 0 Bytes
Error Occured 0
Please guid me how to load the VMC and make the active the Shared GC

Profit Segment not activated during creation of purchase order item

Hello,
While I create a Purchase Order Item, in the account assignment tab, I may fill in at least a cost center or a cost center and an internal order.
If I fill in only a cost center and key the enter buton, the profit segment is activated.
If I fill in the cost center and the Internal Order at the same time and afterwards I key the enter button, the profit segment is not activated. I have to click on the Profit segment button and validate the profit segment manually.
Could you tell me what the problem is?

That makes sense to me
In any entry you can enter One REAL Object and more than one Stat Object...
SInce you entered Cost Center in Option 1 - You were proposed with PSG and IO as the option
Since you entered Cost center *** REAL IO in Option 2 - The system got what it wanted i.e. One REAL OBJECT.. hence, no more objects are proposed to you... However, you can manually enter PSG or WBS if allowed in your Field Status Group in FI
