Lorsque je me connecte à supervisor BO6.5, j'ai le message suivant :
Il y a actuellement 1041 enregistrements supprimés logiquement (et donc inutiles) dans le référentiel. Nous vous suggérons d'effectuer une opération de "compactage" sur le domaine sécurité actuel.
Comment effectuer une "opération de compactage" sur le domaine sécurité et que se passe t-il si on le l'a fait pas ?

Pour compacter aller dans supervisor
menu Tools -> Repository
Selectionner le repository "Business objects security"
Clic sur SCAN puis sur COMPACT
Le message d'alerte disparaitera apres
Quand à savoir ce qui se passe ! j'imagine qu'il y a une suppression des lignes inutilent
Bien verifier que la sauvegarde est correct avant au cas ou il y aurait un probleme
Ca fait deja plusieurs compactage réalisé sur ma base et pas de soucis

    Yes you can. Make sure that domains configured to use different multicast address. WLS uses multicast for communications between nodes in domain.
              although your configuration will work, you could have troubles if you going to execute inter-domain calls between domains/servers with the same names.

    I've set my custom domain name for my webpages and it is working fine - www.domain.com points to my iweb site. But how can i make sure that domain.com (without the www.) also points to my iweb site? I know I could change settings on my domain registrar (godaddy) and create an A record but it requires an IP address to point to...
    Any ideas?

    If you want to do it that way, you use the IP for web.me.com You can find this at any of the countless websites which let you look up IP's.

  • Moving R/3 & XI from a Workgroup to a Domain

      The previous BASIS person installed an R/3 4.7 system and a XI 3.0 (NW04) system on to servers belonging to a WORKGROUP with the same name as the actual Domain here. As he is no longer on the project I can not ask him about the "logic" of this.
    I need to promote the two systems (both active DEV systems) with many thousands of hours of work invested in each one before I install QAS & PRD in the right Domain.
    I know I need to create the Domain SAPServiceDEV & devadm accounts for each systems and to make sure these Domain accounts are part of the local security policy as well as give them access to the SAPMount & SAPLOC shares and probably various other things with permissions.
    I wondered if anyone has had to do a workgroup to domain promote for an active SAP system.

  • GS60 Ghost Pro 3k - Joining Windows DOMAIN

    Just got my new GS60-2PE laptop, reformatted and reinstalled Windows 8.1, and joined to the domain.  Things are working great, except every time I am outside the office it completely craps out -  nothing works, windows system32 services are not starting, etc... Sometimes I can reboot and get everything to (appear to) work fine, but at least 50% of the time nothing works.  I am working closely with our domain admin to troubleshoot this issue, but this is the only machine on our network that is having these problems.  Hopefully someone out there might know why this MSI laptop is having problems being joined to the domain?
    I am getting the following error in the Application event logs:
    Event ID 1000:
    Faulting application name: svchost.exe_RasMan  
    Faulting module name: rastapi.DLL_unloaded
    Much of the time when I boot up, after I login it will be a black desktop and error message on the screen saying C;\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\Desktop is unavailable....   When this happens I can't do anything, opening the Start menu it is empty, can only restart and have a 50/50 chance that everything loads correctly.  
    Also, I am sometimes getting errors saying "The stub received bad data" when I try to open any program, e.g. Task Manager.  Try it again, and the program opens fine.  
    I have reformatted and reinstalled windows twice, the second time with our domain admin involved, we are not doing anything wrong.  With this machine, these problems are consistent...
    Any ideas???

    errors your getting it probably no access to domain server where your laptop account is located so then it crashes and throws error once you leave location with laptop :/ so make sure the domain network isnt local type since some buisness have it as local means it only access able within their internet/wifi connections sinc it will use local ip to communicate, while when your outside and not att office or so it will fail since it's not able to communicate with server that account is on.

  • Prevent Active Directory Parent Domain Admins from accessing Child Domain

    We want to prevent Parent domain administrators (or a similar profile?) from accessing and/or administering child domains. Is this possible, or do parent domain admins have irrevocable administrative access to any child domain?
    Asked another way, can a restricted profile be configured for administration of the parent domain that does not cross domain boundaries effectively isolating each domain's administrative needs?

    We do not want the Domain Administrator for parentdomain.com to be able to administer, or preferably, even access the Child Domains.
    1.) Can we remove that user from "Enterprise Admin" role and assign a different role so that they can only administer parentdomain.com (effectively demoting that user)?
    2.) Promote a Child.parentdomain.com user to Enterprise Admin?

    Yes, you can. the answer is the same basically. The group membership is what counts. So in the child domain, remove the enterprise admins group from the child domain admins groups. OR make sure the domain admins of the forest root are not members of the
    enterprise admins group. that way they are still only admins in the parent domain.
    It is really only depending on group members ship and including those groups in the child domain. by default the enterprise group is included for example, but nothing stops you from removing those groups.
    based on the group membership you can also deny them the ability to log on.
    the only thing you cannot prevent is the forest administrator account from doing something.
    One thing I would like to add though: any admin in the forest domain likely has the ability to still get access if he wants to force his way in.

  • 2003 forest/domain level

    I am currently looking at upgrading our domain from 2003 to 2012.  I currently have 4 domain controllers spread out and all replication is healthy.  I have two 2003 domain controllers and two 2008rs domain controllers.  I need to know what
    is the best practice for promoting a 2012r2 server to a DC and would that cause log on issues?
    I've read some articles online that state all the current domain controllers should be fully updated before bringing in a 2012 domain controller.  Can someone point me in the right direction?  Are there articles I can read regarding this?

    If you want to have a 2012 forest and domain level you need to have 2012 DC's only.
    Make sure your domain is healthy. Then when promoting a server 2012 R2 to a DC, you need to consider the current environment and which domain controllers are for the FSMO roles placement.

  • Moble me domain issue

    Hi Folks:
    I've got a weird issue. My iWeb publishes to a domain name, and that works fine, however, the domain name that defaults to my mobile me account is http://www.ebracco.com, which is not mine and I've never heard of it. I can't publish to it, and can't see a way to get rid of it either though the me.com interface, or the iweb interface.
    The site publishes where it supposed to, however, I can't "view" the pages from inside iWeb without going to http://www.ebracco.com...
    Any one else have the same problem?

    If I understand you correctly when you click the "Visit" button in iWeb it takes you to http://www.ebracco.com/ which is not your web address and the site displayed here is not your website. Is that correct?
    If that is the case then try the following:
    Reset your browser and visit again. (In Safari go to Safari > Reset Safari)
    Ensure all your software is up to date (Apple Menu > Software Update).
    Go to www.com.com and make sure this domain name is not on your account.
    Remove the following to the trash and restart the computer:
    Home > Library > Caches (I remove the whole folder. It will be re-generated upon restart.)
    Home > Library > Preferences > com.apple.iWeb (There may be more than one. Remove them all.)
    Launch iWeb.
    Click on your site on the left.
    Click on File > Publish Entire Site.

    I established a trust, but i don't see child domain at ADMT installed on target domain DC. Source root domain is visible

    You should not be needed to establish a trust as all domains within the same forest already trust each other - are you sure those domains belong to the same forest? You can find out using the following command:
    nltest /DOMAIN_TRUSTS
    If ADMT dosen't show a partiuclar domain in the dropdown list, you can/have to type the domain name manually.

  • How do I use the full range of Typekit fonts?

    I want to use a couple of Typekit fonts (Calluna and Minion) that are not part of the Web Font library.
    Is this now a feature in Muse CC or do I have to use a widget, such as this ...

    Hello Simon,
    As of now Adobe only has visual support for the web font library. However you CAN use your type kit fonts. You can use a widget like the video posted describes, however you can also just use custom CSS in the page properties meta data.
    It would look something like this:

    Attached are pictures explaining how to integrate type kit with the muse header custom html:
    Navigate to typekit and create a new kit, make sure the domain YOUR site will be published on it selected. The star denotes any page.yourdomain.com.
    After you click continue Adobe will give you some custom JQuery, a type of Javascript. Copy it and place it in your page properties > meta data <head> tag as shown below.
    Add your desired fonts to the kit you created. After you select the style you want, click "using font in CSS" in the top left menu. A pop-upp box will appear with some code. Copy the bottom one to your clipboard.
    Paste into the meta data head tag WITH <style> before and </style> afterwards. h1 denotes heading one, p denotes paragraph etc. The font-weight is the style, when you browse typekit it will tell you the wights; ie proxima nova semibold is 600, light is 100 etc. Font-style is the style: italics, bold etc. When adding this attributes, make sure they end with a semicolon (;).
    Now the fun part: click on your text and go to the text menu. The very last field has a number or letter combo, h1, h2, p etc. These are the text styles that you inputed! If you want the text to correlate to you h1 code, then tag it h1. If you want iit to correlate to you p code, tag it p etc. ALL of your h1 will look the same and all of your p will look the same.
    They will NOT be visible in the editor or preview, but only when published to your domain.
    If that is too much work, just use the widget =).

    I have a new install of Windows 2012.  I have two physical servers.  One is a W2012 std Domain Controller ("DC").  The Second is configured as W2012 HyperV  ("HV").  Under HV I have
    two VMs.  One VM is W2012/Exchange 2013 ("ExchVM) and the other is W2012/Terminal Server ("VMTS").  All systems are behind a firewall appliance.  Exchange is working via Outlook and OWA internally and externally.  The self
    created SSL must be installed manually on external machines since it comes up as an untrusted certificate.  Once installed remote outlook works and OWA works.  I have configured the terminal server and I am able
    to login remotely as various users under my "TS group".  The problem is when ever I attempt to open Outlook for the 1st time, it fails to connect to the exchange server.   (Open Outlook 2013, click next
    on the splash screen, "Yes" Add an Email Account splash screen, click next, Auto Account screen populates NAME and Email Address correctly, click next, Searching for mail server settings..., check on establishing network connection, check on searching
    for alias@ domain, then fails the logging on to the mail server)  The error reads:  "Outlook cannot log on.  Verify you are connected to the network and are using the proper server and mailbox name.  The
    connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable.  Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action."   I am connected in RDS from offsite, and from the RD session I can access shared folders on ExchVM and DC.  I have
    tried have verified the server Exchange server name is correct via "Get=ClientAccessServer" command.  I have also tried to use the guid via "Get-Mailbox

    According to your workaround, it seems that the Outlook Anywhere configuration in Outlook client is not correct when using the Autodiscover service.
    Once you connected to Exchange server by manually settings, please run Test E-mail AutoConfiguration tool in external Outlook client to check the autodiscover service:
    open Outlook - press CTRL key - right click on the Outlook icon from right bottom corner taskbar - Test Email AutoConfiguration. Put your email address - uncheck use guessmart and secure guessmart authentication - click Test to check your Autodiscover service.
    Please check the Log tab and confirm whether the Autodiscover service is connected successfully. Also confirm if the connection issue happens to all external users when they open Outlook for the 1st time. In Exchange server, please make sure
    autodiscover.domain.com has been included in your Exchange certificate which is assigned with IIS service.

    When we move the catalog on the same server as the DB, the backup works but if we set the catalog to an other server (like the original setting) it doesn't work and we don't know why.
    It seems that when a backup is launched thru Data Protector, RMAN can't find the DB catalog. But if we run (manually) the RMAN command that DP used to do a backup, it works...

  • Issues loading to a 3rd party host

    i created my site using muse and when i checked it out on business catalyst, everything looked great.  but now when i try to upload it to my 3rd party host, the site keeps getting messed up.  i've checked and rechecked my assets to make sure they're all connected (and they are).  but again, loading using the FTP option on muse results in a messed up site...images are missing, text is moved around, just general crap that ruins the the site. 
    i've been reading through the forum messages on here to see what solutions others have come up with, and the ones i've found, i've tried to implement to try and fix the issues (like the asset linking). 
    what is the order of steps i should be taking to load?  here's what i'm doing so far:
    1) check all assets, update any that needed it
    2) save site
    3) export to HTML
    4) upload using FTP to my host
    am i missing a step or doing something i shouldnt be?  i've deleted public_html folder multiple times and reuploaded everything but keep getting the errors.....
    i also get the PHP error
    1 Warning
    Connection to PHP file failed. Unable to check if this web server supports PHP needed by Muse forms. Be sure the domain name entered in the FTP upload dialog is correct.
    for which i guess i need to contact my host regarding (as per: http://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-3581)
    any help would be greatly appreciated! this is incredibly frustrating!!

  • Third party contact form widgets no longer working with upgrade - PHP errors

    PHP seems to be even more screwed up with the latest update/upgrade to Muse.  The previous upgrade started producing the following error message when I uploaded my site via FTP:
    "1 Warning - Connection to PHP file failed. Unable to check if this web server supports PHP needed by Muse forms. Be sure the domain name entered in the FTP upload dialog is correct."
    However, everything worked and in participating in some queries here, it seemed to be an oddity versus anything serious (things still worked but an error message popped up for no real discernible reason)
    Since the latest update, however, widgets that I have from two different companies for the purpose of emailing me through the website, sending messages, etc, are no longer working and the following message is displayed upon hitting "submit"
    " Form PHP script is missing from web server, or PHP is not configured correctly on your web hosting provider. Check if the form PHP script has been uploaded correctly, then contact your hosting provider about PHP configuration."
    In checking with my web host provider, I was told
    "the page appears to use the script form-u31652.php which does exist on the
    server.
    Unfortunately that error is not specific enough to point us in the right
    direction. PHP is indeed working on the server. However, looking at the
    apache web server error logs I can see that the contact form appears to be
    looking for a file that does not exist.
    To trouble shoot this issue you will want to work with Muse to determine
    why the sites coding is looking for the file
    /usr/home/NAME/public_html/WEBSITE.com/null."
    Any ideas what this means and how to solve this would be great. I've tried re-uploading the entire website, figuring that maybe something wasn't being uploaded via "Modified Only" but it still is happening

    That isn't what ended up fixing it, Sanjit. Thanks to this article PHP FAQ for Muse Synchronized Text and help from an online representative from Adobe, was able to troubleshoot with my web provider. Turns out the problem was that a while back Muse deleted the fcgi-bin directory (probably during the previous upgrade, as that is when the PHP errors started to surface with me and others). And it was never put back by Muse even during a clean/full reupload of the website.  Had to have my web provider do it manually.

  • Hard Drive Logon problems A20M

    I have a bit of a problem I hope I can resolve with your help.
    A friend of mine asked me to correct a few problems he was having with his A20M.  One of the problems was his ability to connect to the internet.  His laptop was had been set up to logon with a domain.  I took the laptop home and while troubleshooting a couple of the problems, needed to connect to the internet through my own home network.  To do that, I had to change the setting so it would connect through my network workgroup.  After setting it up, I had to reboot the laptop, and in doing so, when I tried to logon to the hard drive, I received an error message indication I needed to make sure the user name, pass word and domain were entered correctly before I could logon. 
    Prior to making the changes so I could use the laptop on my home network, ... during the logon process, the logon window that would open contained three entried (User/owners name, password, and domain name).  The users and domain names were already filled in, and the logon only required the entry of the correct password (which I have).
    After making the changes, ... during the logon process, the logon window that opened contained only two entried (User/owners name and password).  The users name was already filled in, and the logon only required the entry of the correct password.  The box for entering a Domain name was not present any more.
    Now, since the laptop is giving me the error message about needing to make sure a domain name is correct (and I'm not able to make a change to the domain), I've basically not able to logon to the computer any more.
    I've checked the BIOS and it show that all three areas that can be password protected have the password feature disabled.  I'm at a loss trying to figure out what steps to take to gain access to the laptop again.  I sure hope someone will be able to get me pointed in the right direction.

    There are no screw extractors in that size
    Well actually there are but they are a special item like from camera/jeweler repair suppliers.
    I thought one solution might be to buy an extra screw and try to scrape all the plastic out from under the screw and then just buy an extra top cover on ebay. Is there any other way to do this?
    I don't think I'd go scraping around in there. That's a very small Phillips head screw and that's probably why it got stripped. I've done an extraction like this by fitting a jewelers straight slot screwdriver in there. (I've got 10 different sizes) It can help to cut a slot a with the backside of an Exacto knife or use a very fine Dremel wheel or Swedish file.
