We are trying to get this particular service started “./startHyperionPlanning.sh“ and currently the client is using Weblogic 9.2 mp3.Eevrything was running fine and since last week we have been facing this issue. We thought that there could be a problemw ith the admin account records being corrupted in HSP_user & as oracle suggested we went and deleted the object_id for the admin account it worked for like a day and then since then it keeps abruptly shutting down and we have to start it manually …Throws the following error down below

Hi everyone... Last Wednesday my iPhone 4 shut down automatically... I had battery. It took about a half an hour to reboot it. After that I started having trouble with going in and out of service and battery drainage. I do have that update 5 ios... or whatever its called... but I did that about 2-3 months ago and had no problems. I called Apple and they wouldn't do a **** thing for me. I called AT&T and they reset the network... didn't work. I did a hard shut down and didn't work. Now today, every call I had was dropped. So of course this morning when I woke up at like 8:30 am by 10:30 am my battery went from 100% to 35%. ***. Can someone help me???

Some exchange services shut down after several weeks
I installed exchange 2010 but after every several weeks, certain exchange service shut down though they are set to run automatically. This then stops all mail services until the are manually restarted. What should I do?
Hi,
"This then stops all mail services until they are manually restarted", I would like to verify if "certain exchange service" refers to Microsoft Exchange Transport service.
What's more, when this issue occurs, there should be events logged in the application logs. Please take your time to collect the application logs for my further research.
Best regards,
Amy

DAC Service shuts down with Java Memory when regenerating indexes.
We have set up to run the DAC as a windows service. We have just set up a new execution plan comprising subject areas from Financials and Inventory. When we run the first full load, the execution plan executes all steps, but when it starts to run the last task: QUERY_INDEX_CREATION, the DAC service shuts down subsequently failing the execution plan. In the stderr.log we see the following:

This is repeated many times in the log. It manages to create some indexes, but eventually it shuts down the DAC windows service
In the windows event viewer we then see this at 11-11-2008 16:
"The Java Virtual Machine has exited with a code of 10, the service is being stopped."
My guess is that we need to allocate more memory to the DAC Java VM, but how/where?
Any ideas?
best regards,
Henrik Verup

We have managed to work around the problem, by changing the DAC Sytem Property (under Setup): CreateQueryIndexesAtTheEnd from true to false. This way, indexes are being rebuilt during the load - not at the end. This has helped in getting the execution pla to finisf succesfully. We are now working on how to increase Java heap memory of the DAC Server, when started as a windows service. We have installed a windows service to stop and start the DAC serve,r using a document by Olivier Lemaire from Oracle.
Does anyone have experiences on this?java Heap memory in DAC can be increased from the Client Side .
Open the file for editing----startclient
echo off
title Siebel DAC Client
call config.bat
Rem Uncomment the below if you want to see a DOS window with messages.
Rem and comment out the JAVAW line.
Rem
Rem %JAVA% -Xms256m -Xmx1024m -cp %DACCLASSPATH% com.siebel.analytics.etl.client.view.EtlViewsInitializer
Rem
start %JAVAW% -Xms256m -Xmx1024m -cp %DACCLASSPATH% com.siebel.analytics.etl.client.view.EtlViewsInitializer
edit 1024 and increase the heap memory sizee, this should work.We faced a similar issue and increasing the size of the java memory solved the issue.
Let me know if this is solved -
Mac Shutting down automatically when not in use for awhile
Please excuse my non techinical explanation of this problem !
Model: Macbook Pro5,1
OSX 10.5.7
2.4 GHZ intel core 2 duo
2GB 1067 Mhz DDR3
Im first time mac owner and have very little technical ability ... !
Problem:
Laptop shuts down automatically if idle for about ten minutes ... this time can vary.
Prior to this happening it makes alarming noises which appear to come from the on/off button area. Initially I thought it was a CD banging ... but its not that.
This is the extent of my diagnostics at this stage! I have limited warranty on (based in Ireland) was planning on getting extended apple care warranty only last week ... not sure should i still get the extended warranty now I know this problem exists, cant find apple service centre in Dublin and not sure if I would be covered under limited warranty.
Any advice would be appreciated
thanksHi Bibii and welcome to Discussions,
first of, you have posted in the Mac Pro section not the MacBook Pro section here http://discussions.apple.com/category.jspa?categoryID=190
Anyway, is this really a shutdown or is it just sleeping ?
If sleeping check the Energy Savings settings in the System Preferences for when your MBP should go to sleep when inactive.

I update icloud in my computer but i forget plug my device iphone 5s in my computer, suddenly my device shut down automatically, what's wrong, now I can turn on my iphone 5s. How I solve the problem
Hi fransiscasanti28,
If you are unable to power on your iPhone you may want to troubleshoot using the steps in this article -
iPhone: Hardware troubleshooting
http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2802
Specifically -
Will not turn on, will not turn on unless connected to power, or unexpected power off
Verify that the Sleep/Wake button functions. If it does not function, inspect it for signs of damage. If the button is damaged or is not functioning when pressed, seek service.
Check if a Liquid Contact Indicator (LCI) is activated or there are signs of corrosion. Learn about LCIs and corrosion.
Connect the iPhone to the iPhone's USB power adapter and let it charge for at least ten minutes.
After at least 30 minutes, if:
The home screen appears: The iPhone should be working. Update to the latest version of iOS if necessary. Continue charging it until it is completely charged and you see this battery icon in the upper-right corner of the screen . Then unplug the phone from power. If it immediately turns off, seek service.
The low-battery image appears, even after the phone has charged for at least 20 minutes: See "iPhone displays the low-battery image and is unresponsive" symptom in this article.
Something other than the Home screen or Low Battery image appears, continue with this article for further troubleshooting steps.
If the iPhone did not turn on, reset it while connected to the iPhone USB power adapter.
If the display turns on, go to step 4.
If the display remains black, go to next step.
Connect the iPhone to a computer and open iTunes. If iTunes recognizes the iPhone and indicates that it is in recovery mode, attempt to restore the iPhone. If the iPhone doesn't appear in iTunes or if you have difficulties in restoring the iPhone, see this article for further assistance.
If restoring the iPhone resolved the issue, go to step 4. If restoring the iPhone did not solve the issue, seek service.
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
Best,
Brett L

I recently applied NVIDIA Texture Tools (http://developer.nvidia.com/nvidia-texture-tools-adobe-photoshop) which allows the exportation of .DDS files. My problem arises when I try to actually save my project as a DDS its say "..because of an error".
