ORA-06550: where could this come from?

I am working on an application and about one week ago when presenting it (of course) I've got this error:
"ORA-06550: line 1, column 47: PL/SQL: ORA-00972: identifier is too long ORA-06550: line 1, column 7: PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored"
I've tried to debug it but nothing worked so I decided to re-create the page.
I did this and today, during the demo.. I've got this AGAIN!
The application is supposed to manage the meeting rooms bookings in the company I am working for. The error I get is on the Create a new meeting page. On the same page I have many other elements (I hide / show regions while collecting all data from user)

Thank you for the answers. This error ate a lot of my time as I didn't know where it was coming from and rebuilt the complex page several times. Last time I checked it after every new element added.
The error occurred when I was trying to create new "meeting" (an insert to my table).
As mentioned, on the same page I had several forms but hidden and displayed depending on the workflow moment.
The problem was caused by one form element supposed to help getting data for another table (participants). Maybe is a database structure issue, but all my tables have the primary key named ID. This is how I've ended up with two form items supposed to link to database column ID. So, I imagined that for the second one I can make the difference by adding the table name in front.. as I would normally do in SQL. Wrong. This is what was causing the issue. Now I use the secondary form with no connection to any column and I add the data via an insert PL / SQL process I wrote.
It is funny how i find the solution after I ask on the forum, no matter if somebody is helping me or not :)

It is possible you accidently added these songs to it. Even though the Purchased playlist is kind of a smart playlist you can still drag and drop songs from your library into it.

Where did this come from?

I just opened iTunes, and in the index on the lefthand side where I can choose from "Purchased Music," "Library," and various playlists a random playlist has appeared called "LC is a ****." What is this? It has thousands of sonds in it, and I have no clue what is going on. Why is this here? Is it a virus or something? How do I get rid of it?

It sounds like your are viewing someones shared playlist that is on your network.
Go to iTunes preferences (not sure which tab it is under because I'm not in front of an iTunes equipped puter right now, but there might be a share tab) and turn off "look for shared playlist" and/or turn off sharing completely.

Intel-dri- where did this come from?

Just did a pacman -Syu and it gave me a driver I havn't seen before called intel-dri.
Just wondering where this came from and why it wasnt available before. What hole is it filling and was that hole there before?

I see that. I'm wondering why I'm only getting it now. I didn't install it intentially; it was included in my most recent upgrade. Why wasn't it included in previous upgrades?

US Flag / Character palette?? Where did this come from?

I noticed the other day that I have a US flag symbol up at the top of my screen, in between the volume icon and the symbol for the battery indicator, right next to the clock. When I click on it, I can't find any info about the program. When clicked, it has three options:
"Show Character Palette"
"Show/Hide Input Source Name"
"International"
What is this program, is it needed, and how did it get up there, and how do I remove it from showing?

Before you remove the item as per jtcluck's instructions, and while in the International pane of System Preferences, try clicking on the Keyboard Viewer checkbox on the Input Menu tab. This will add a "Show Keyboard Viewer" item on the menu when you click on the flag.
What is this good for? It opens up a tiny image of your keyboard, showing where each character is located. Especially useful for locating characters that require typing several keys at once (like this: € ).
In the old MacOS 9 and in the Windows worlds, this feature used to be called Key Caps. Having easy access to this utility is the only reason why I keep the flag on the menu.

Growl app--Where did this come from?

I just got a message that there's an update to Growl available. I never heard of it. Was this installed originally with the system? I see it has something to do with notifications, but I never knowingly installed it. Any reason to not uninstall it?

Odd, tho. Growl is not in my list of applications. Searching in that Search thingy in upper right of folder window reveals nothing, searching in Spotlight only opens Sys Prefs and there under the General tab was a clickable Start/Stop button and beside it it said "Growl is running". So I clicked and stopped it. So it must exist, right?
Also the Go function couldn't find it. So how could it be running but not found and where is it hiding?

Badge on top of image - where did this come from?

suddenly, i have this little badge superimposed over the image in the browser that says Master Image with a little picture of a film strip. it is there whether i am looking at a master image or a version. i don't know what started it, but i would sure like it to go away. hints?

I have 17gb of "Other" on my ipod... Where did it come from

So i had to Restore my ipod and had some minor errors but all worked out. As i was adding my music back on to my ipod i stared seeing my "other" bar going up and up and up. eventually reaching 17.6 gb. with only 9gb of music. Where did this come from and how can i get all my music back on! Please help!

That seems like a goshawful amount of "other." You might want to try the whole enchilada.

Except for this most recent purchase which just happens to be my son's band so I would really like to have it.

What are stray points and where do they come from?

I recently made a drawing incorporating some elements from Inventor (PDFd and placed). After finishing filling in the details, I drew a marquee around the entire drawing and noticed dimensions of the drawing where 10x what it should have been. I zoomed out and and saw two pairs of points. one pair right, one left, were showing as selected. I tried selecting just the points and could not. After re-selecting only my drawing, they would show up. Its like they were grouped but not.
Anyway, going to select/ object/ stray points and deleting them solved it.
What are they and where did they come from? Obviously Illustrator recognizes they can be there because of the built-in menu allowance.

Stray points can occur in a multitude of ways. They occur much more frequently in Illustrator than other drawing programs because of its basic selection interface.
However, some programs' exports intentionally place stray points at opposite corners of the page bounds in order to convey those bounds to the importing program. (I often see this in imported DXFs.) That sounds like the kind of situation you are describing.

"Boot OSX" drive, where did it come from?

I have an intel xserve with 1 80gb drive (for booting) and 2 750bg drives mirrored(via software) as my DATA drive.
After I initially set this up, there was one "BOOT" drive and one "DATA" drive on the desktop.
I recently logged into the server via ARD and noticed there was a third drive now, named "Boot OSX".
I, nor any of my staff, installed or created this drive(volume).
It appears to be part of the mirror raid, but where did it come from???

FWIW, I saw this shortly after installing Leopard and initially thought it was an external drive I set up as backup. It was only later that I realized that I didn't have the external drive plugged in when I saw "Boot OSX" on my desktop.
Tonight, I saw it again, googled, and found this thread. Could this have anything to do with Software Update? Software Update let me know I needed to install some updates. I clicked on details and ended up minimizing the application to install them later. After twiddling around with some other things I noticed the "Boot OSX" on my desktop, again. I went ahead and let Software Update "do it's thing" and after a reboot, like the other posters in this thread, it was gone.
So ... as I asked, earlier, could this have something to do with Software Update?
