Oracle 11g download corrupted every time on multiple systems

HI ,
I have been trying to download oracle 11 g database windows x64 from oracle at http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/database/oracle11g/112010_win64soft.html.
I have been trying to download it from past Wednesday . Everytime me or somebody from my company downloaded it , and tried to extract the zip file , winzip showed that the download was corrupt.
We tried this on atleast 5 PCs ,and everytime download completed succesfully but unzipping resulted in CRC error.
Can somebody please look into this and clarify it.

Before I downloaded Lion every time I would upload a pic from iphoto there would be two files. One that was 1.8MB and another that was 50KB. Now I can only find the 1.8MB one. Did this option disappear with Lion?

When you would "import" what?
two files would show up in "images".
Do you mean in the All Images search in the Finder?
IF so:
1.Never interact with photos that are in iPhoto via the All Images Search. This does not understand the iPhoto Library and it's very, very easy to damage the library this way.
2. What you were seeing was the original file you imported and the thumbnail created by iPhoto for viewing on the iPhoto Window. That thumbnail is not designed for user access.
What are you trying to do ultimately?

What version of LR are you trying to activate? A serial number for LR 1 will not activate LR versions 2 - 5, but it will enable you to purchase LR 5 at the upgrade price and activate it.

Is it giving you any option to sign in or license this software. If yes click on sign in/License this software to proceed further and activate it. If it is perpetual license activate by entering your serial key and signing in and if it is a subscription then just sign in with your Adobe it an dit will get activated.

Install the latest version of iTunes and reboot your computer. This is good practice outside of your current problem.

Seed_Database.dfb in Oracle 11g is corrupted, can anyone give me this file.

I downloaded Oracle 11g database from oracle.com but when i extract .zip file it showed Seed_Database.dfb is corrupted at following path
win32_11gR1_database(1).zip\database\stage\Components\oracle.rdbms.install.seeddb\11.1.0.6.0\1\DataFiles\Expanded\filegroup1\
I have installed oracle 11g, but it didn't installed properly because Seed_Database.dfb file was not present.
Can anyone give me that file for oracle 11g, any link from where i can download that file only, or email me that file at [email protected] Also, it is not possible for me or anyone to download the full .zip file of oracle 11g of 1.7 GB again.

Even I am also still facing the same Problem. The issue here is even if we download the Install media, its in Jar format (Im referring to Solaris Install media). I couldn't find any article referring to which jar file contains the Seed_Database.dfb. Without knowing this the only option available is to reInstall Oracle again. But this is useless since we only need the Started Database and not the S/W itself.
Or the only other option is creating a new custom DB thru the dbca command. (But ofcourse you should be a hard core Oracle DBA professional to create a DB from scratch!).

The only way it will restart is to pull the mains lead out of the imac, put it back and try until it will start.
This only happened after reinstalling. Only Apple OS was on the imac and so it must be an issue with the software I believe.....
Anyone know how to cure this problem please?

This isn't a fix, more a workaround I used when I had wake from sleep problems that lasted from some point in 10.6.x, through 10.7 and into 10.8 (got fixed for me in 10.8.2). It seems to be connected with Bluetooth failing to wake up properly:
System Preferences>Energy Saver and set 'computer sleep' to 'never'.

ITunes Library.itl gets corrupted every time I restart my CISCO VPN enabled laptop.

iTunes Library.itl file gets corrupted everytime I restart my laptop.
I am using Lenovo T410 with Windows 7.
This is causing alot of problems as all my iPhone songs and apps get deleted after every sync.
Please help.

I have the same problem.
I have removed and re-installed iTunes. The music files are still intact but the library gets erased every time I restart the PC.
This means I have re-scan all my music files over and over again.
Also, an inspection of the iTunes directory reveals lots and lots of temp (iT*.tmp) files, all of them are about the same size as the iTunes library database (10mb in my case) so it looks like iTunes is not closing down correctly / writing the temp file back to the iTunes library (iTunes Library.itl)file.
Can anybody help?

Oracle 11g download issue

i face problems downloading oracle dbase 11g from OTN using download accelerators. i have a 56kbs internet connection and OTN downloads seem not to resume. is there any other way or place were i can get tihs application? please someone help me i need it so badly.

Well I shall say that with 56kbps internet connection, it would really a nightmare to go for the 11g download from any site, be it OTN or Edelievery. I shall suggest that if you are in USA or Canada, or some of your friend is there, order the DVDs for the 11g over Windows and use it.
