Oracle 9ias Core installation problem

Question

When I install Oracle core 9ias I get the following error in the log file and consequently the Apache Web server does not start. ANy help is appreciated!!!!

Simply uninstalling the product through OUI does not delete the products ORACLE_HOME location. Because of the way OUI works, these
deinstalled locations are still listed in the OUI Inventory as being valid ORACLE_HOMES. The port query routine goes out and asks OUI for a list of ORACLE_HOMES to check for httpd.conf files in. If any of these ORACLE_HOME directories that have been uninstalled still exist they will be queried for an httpd.conf file. If the query finds one, it will proceed to parse through the file looking for Port and Listen statements. If at any time during this parse routine it hits an Include statement to a file that does not exist, it will result in the error shown in earlier postings.
The workarounds for this (for this build as the problem has been fixed) is to either:
A. Remove any and all deinstalled ORACLE_HOME directories.
B. Keep the directories but rename any httpd.conf files to some other name before attempting the install.
