Oracle ADFdi deployment problem

Question

I am using ADF BC and Jdev 11.1.2.1, and Oracle ADFdi. Weblogic server 10.3.5
I am developing an ADF Desktop integration application using the tools above. after developing and testing, everything is ok. 60 records in ADFdi af:table were quickly displayed once login completed, I have tried it as local user in my city after publish and deployement. it is OK too!
And then I passed the Excel workbook to my ShangHai users. They are using Chinese version Windows XP and excel 2007, IE8.
(1) I have guided them how to enable .Net Programmability support,
(2) installed the adf runtime software
(3) enabled the macro in the trust center setting dialog and trust to access to the VBA ....
Everything looks ok, but when the user tried to open the Excel file, the login window popup, user entered the user id and password, then just 'hang' there.
I have asked user to check their firewall setting to allow the port 7001. but still 'hang'. May I know what could cause the problem? network problem? and how to debug this problem? Thanks!
I asked my user, they told me they can login but can not see data "downloading....." which I can see from my local runnig.

1. provide them with the Web App Root for your application, something like: http://myhost.mycompany.com:7001/myApp
2. Have them run a fresh instance of Microsoft Internet Explorer
a. close down all running MSIE instances
b. check in Task Manager that there are no iexplore.exe processes
c. run MSIE
3. enter the ping test URL into the browser's location field
a. use the Web App Root from #1 and
b. append the ADFdi servlet portion: "/adfdiRemoteServlet",
c. forming the URL something like: http://myhost.mycompany.com:7001/myApp/adfdiRemoteServlet for the browser to retrieve
The users should be prompted to log in to the web application.
4. After entering valid credentials in the browser, what do they observe?

After logging in, do the users see the Adfdi Runtime Ribbon Tab? (this ribbon tab will have the label you specified in Workbook Properties > Runtime Ribbon Tab > Title; default value is "MyWorkbook").
Are you seeing any warning or exception messages in the Weblogic log?
