Oracle Application Server 10g Staging - export error - Urgent

Dear All,
I am trying to stage a AS 10g test environment from a production environment in a solaris environment, i am following the following document

I am at the step 4 b. trying to export the schemas i am getting the following error
EXP-00056: ORACLE error 6550 encountered ORA-06550: line 1, column 41:PLS-00302: component 'SET_NO_OUTLINES' must be declared ORA-06550: line 1, column 15: PL/SQL: Statement ignoredEXP-00000: Export terminated unsuccessfully
the reason is that i have two oracle homes one for Oracle 10g database and AS infrastructure database 10g.
The version of my Oracle 10g database is 10.2.0.4.0 and the AS database is 10.1.0.5.0, so when i am invoking the exp its of version 10.2.0.4.0 and as my AS database is of lower version its throwing error.
I am executing the exp from my AS home directory 'PRODUCTION_INFRA_HOME/bin/' i dont know why still the exp is of version 10.2.0.4 and not 10.1.0.5.0, i have even set the ORACLE_HOME to my PRODUCTION_INFRA_HOME for the session, still the error persists,
kindly help as i am unable to proceed any further because of this,

Yes, expected behavior. As per documentation, the query should be executed as database user PORTAL instead of SYS :
To list all the schemas, run the following query from SQL*Plus in the PORTAL schema:
SET  LINESIZE 132
SELECT USERNAME, DEFAULT_TABLESPACE, TEMPORARY_TABLESPACE FROM DBA_USERS
WHERE USERNAME IN (user, user||'_PUBLIC', user||'_DEMO', user||'_APP', 'DISCOVERER5')
OR USERNAME IN (SELECT DISTINCT OWNER
FROM WWAPP_APPLICATION$
WHERE NAME != 'WWV_SYSTEM')
ORDER BY USERNAME;
You can of course also change the query to prefix WWAPP_APPLICATION$ with the PORTAL account and execute it as SYS :
SELECT USERNAME, DEFAULT_TABLESPACE, TEMPORARY_TABLESPACE FROM DBA_USERS
WHERE USERNAME IN (user, user||'_PUBLIC', user||'_DEMO', user||'_APP', 'DISCOVERER5')
