Oracle apps 12.1.3 login issue

Hi ,
The user has encounetered the below error when he logged into the oracle applications instance
unable to generate forwarding URL.Exception: oracle.apps.fnd.common.AppsException:oracle.apps.fnd.common.PoolException:Exception creating new poolable object
I checked with the below metalink ID but all the dns entries seem to be good and i can perform nslookup
without any errors .So this ID is not helpfil
Got Error "Exception: oracle.apps.fnd.common.AppsException: oracle.apps.fnd.common.PoolException: Exception creating new Poolable object" When Login EBS [ID 1485112.1]
Can anyone help me on this as this is urgent issue for me?

Is this error coming for only one user or all users are impacted?
Have you tried bouncing apache if all users are impacted?

Oracle Apps R12 iRec URL Redirection issue

Dear Friends,
We have configured R12 i-Rec in an server and placed in DMZ.
we have made this server as external and we have made the irec responsibilities to external and using the DMZ Server URL we were able to work without any issue.
Now to publish this URL to Interner users with https and Port masking , we have mapped this URL http://abc.com:8020 to https://xyz.com using Microsoft UGC Firewall 2010.
Now from Internet we were able to hit the URL https://xyz.com and could login as oracle application user with the same url https://xyz.com
But when we click any of the irec responsilities (irecruitmnt agency (or) others) which is made external, the page is redirected to the Real DMZ Server URL http://abc.com:8020/OA_HTML/...
and it shows error:
The page cannot be displayed.
I believe it should not happen , throughout the session it has to maintain the same new URL
Please let us know the Fix.

Oracle Support Login Issue

Is there a 'My Oracle Support' email contact for login issues?
I last logged in right before Xmas. I tried logging in last week to look at the CPU contents, and I am getting an error "Sign-In Failed - User has not been properly initialized".
The 'forgot password' link worked, and it recognizes my email address, but I still cannot login.

Well, I got an email from my company oracle support contact yesterday... we've changed CSIs!
And they just noticed I migt be having trouble logging in!
So, I've logged in and filed a tar to -- at minimum -- give a little more appropriate feedback. Even something like "Account not authorized" would've given me something to work with...

When i login as 'apps' user and execute the following command it shows error like this

Issue with IE8, during login to Oracle Apps 11.5.9 front end

One of the user is getting below error message window in IE8, when he tries to login to Oracle Apps 11.5.9 front end, with his username and password:

How to Build Custom JSP Page to bypass Oracle Apps Login

Hi All,
Can some one guide me how to develop a custom jsp page to bypass Oracle Apps R12 Login.
Actually Our requirement is some external user will enter the login details in some third party login page with the third party generated username and passwrod, that user's credentials are mapped to oracle system,so as soon as they enter credentials having validated it has to redirect that external user to Oracle Apps R12 Home Page, where responsibilities are shown. Currently that third Party login page is set to redirect to RF.jsp but that is not working and throws this error:
"You are trying to access a page that is no longer active.
- The referring page may have come from a previous session.Please select Home to Proceed"
So I am planning to build a custom jsp page to resolve the error.
As soon as user enter credentials in the third party login page, it will be redirected to my custom login page which in turn redirect external user to Oracle Apps R12 Home Page, where responsibilities are shown. Is it possible? If yes what JSP Page/Servlet I have to invoke from custom JSP Page and what all URL parameters or session parameters and cookies parameter I have to pass or set.
Can anybody please help me...

Issue with FRD and Forms Trace in Oracle Apps Release 12.0.6 forms

Morning..could someone please assist us with this issue..
We are trying to generate FRD and Forms Trace for a seeded Oracle Apps Forms in Release version 12.0.6
1. We have setup the below mentioned profile option at the user level : ICX: Forms Launcher
value : http://<host_name>:<port number>/OA_HTML/frmservlet?record=forms tracegroup=medium
tried with this value as well : http://<host_name>:<port number>/OA_HTML/frmservlet?record=forms tracegroup=0-97
and then log out and then tried the transaction steps again in Oracle Apps frontend
2. Then checked at the directory location named : $FORMS_TRACE_DIR and there we see a file generated like this :forms_19136694.trc
But in this file we could only see the generic seeded error messages...why are we not seeing all the message calls showing all the details regards form level trigger , data blocks , values etc for the form
We need to have the FRD & Forms trace generated urgently for an issue...
Could someone please help us as to how a complete FRD & Forms Trace be generated in Oracle Forms in Oracle Apps version R 12.0.6 & what exact steps need to be checked.

Have you tried to delete/rename the file, reproduce the issue and see if a new file is generated?
You would need to logout and login again, or bounce the application services (if possible) after doing the necessary configuration steps and before reproducing the issue.

XML Report in Arabic login in Oracle apps

I have created a XML report in Oracle apps, the data is coming properly from english login.
But when we login from Arabic Login then report does not show any data.
The data does not come even after hard coding the values.
Any clue for the issue..
Below is the main query in the report.

looks like that for Arabic language you haven't some data
in your main query you have PER_TIME_PERIODS_V which based on HR_LOOKUPS which depend on session language

The issue is fixed.
Our XML Publisher TMP is not defined, so it uses the APPLTMP used by concurrent manager. There is a folder xdofonts/<SID> in $APPLTMP. It contains the fonts used by XML publisher and on the of font file (.ttf) was 0 byte. We copied the ttf file from QA. And it started working.
Best practice is to define diffent TMP for concurrent managers and XML Publisher.

Font issue in Custom Reports in oracle Apps R12.1.1

Hi Friends,
I am using Oracle Apps R12.1.1. Vision Instance.
i develop custom report (using 10g DS ) and i used Ariel a font and i deployed custom report.it works fine
The same report i opened in report builder and add a new parameter and used the same font Ariel and saved and then deployed but the concuurent report is showing all the columns in symbol(western) font not in arial font.
what could be the issue? the first report shows proper font.Please let me kno the fix

yes i have used template.fmb only , and am using FND_KEY_FLEX.DEFINE as i mentioned earlier ,
i have not given any where clause -- should we give any where clause to retrieve the data into the combinations(LOV)?It depends on what values you want to retrieve.
i mean my requirement is if i give % and press tab all the valid combinations should be displayed.
its showing no entries found.Did you review 420787.1 referenced above?

here iam checking phase code of the programe ,f it is C iam returning the status to variable in CO.it is taking one hour time to complete to get the status code :C

1. Are you submitting this concurrent program from your code, if yes then you should issue commit immediately after submitting the request.

Issue in Enter Query mode (F11) is not changing color to blue in oracle apps custom form 10g

Experts,
I have created a custom form , everything is working fine but when i pressed on the oracle apps custom form ( F11) then its not changing the form color to blue.
I have already done below setup but nothing is working fine :-
1.APP_STANDARD.EVENT('WHEN-NEW-RECORD-INSTANCE'); at your block level Trigger.
2.Execution Hierarchy Property to "Before" or "After" at block level trigger.
Could anyone help on this.
