This job opening is with a large MNC for one of its office in Victoria - Melbourne.
Minimum of 5 years Oracle ERP Apps (i.e., the eBusiness Suite) administration experience with extensive hands-on practices in the following areas:
** eBusiness 11i environment cloning
** eBusiness 11i multi-node patch installations and management
** eBusiness 11i Workflow setup/monitoring
** eBusiness 11i multiple Forms Servers setup and administration
** eBusiness 11i application/database load balancing setup and monitoring
** Oracle Application Server 9i and 10g administration
** eBusiness Suite security management
** Proficiency with SQL*Loader, SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX Korn Shell, and Perl programming.
** Proficiency with Oracle RAC database diagnoses, SQL tuning, and performance optimization.
** Proficiency with desktop productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel,Project, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Requirements
This position requires a minimum of 8 years DBA experience, with at least 6 years of those with the Oracle Applications/E-Business Suite. Proficiency with Oracle 10g Application Server installation/upgrade/patching/operations a plus.
You must have excellent communication, verbal, written and presentation skills. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work within a team environment are needed. The person in this position must possess strong skills in analyzing, conceptualizing and problem solving. SQL/PL SQL and UNIX shell scripting experience is a must.

I am Certified for DBA on both 9i and 10g. Now I am planning to do Oracle Apps DBA Certification. Is that necessary I need to the Database Funda I and Funda II Exam again. Is that 11i Exam is alone is enough to be Oracle Apps DBA?

Vijayraghavan KSince you are an Oracle 9i & 19g Certified, then you are directly eligible to write the Apps DBA Exam - 1z0-233.
Pre-requisite for 1Z0-233 exam is that one should have earned Oracle9i and 10g Database Administrator Certified Professionals can achieve an upgrade to the Oracle 11i Applications Database Administrator Certified Professional credential through passing the exam Oracle 11i Install, Patch and Maintain Applications - 1Z0-233.
