Oracle Business Intlligence Dashboards

Question

Hi,
In my Oracle Business Intelligence Answers Dashboards, I get this issue:
Error
     View Display Error
Odbc driver returned an error (SQLExecDirectW).
Error Details
Error Codes: OPR4ONWY:U9IM8TAC:OI2DL65P
State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. [nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS. [nQSError: 17001] Oracle Error code: 12528, message: ORA-12528: TNS:listener: all appropriate instances are blocking new connections at OCI call OCIServerAttach. [nQSError: 17014] Could not connect to Oracle database. (HY000)
SQL Issued: SELECT 0 s_0, "Financials - AR Overview"."Facts - AR Payments Overdue Aging"."AR Overdue Amount to Total %" s_1 FROM "Financials - AR Overview"
For my Financials - Receivables in my Dashboard on all the graphs.
Also most of my other charts are also like this.
Any one know how to debug this issue?

Hi,
Could you please check your rpd connection details like(datasource , username, password).
Make sure tnsnames.ora is in both OBIEE_HOME/network/Admin and in ORACLE_CLIENT/network/admin directories.
Oracle Database, enter a connection string similar to the following:
(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=192.168.1.100)(PORT=1521))(CONNECT_
DATA=(SERVER=DEDICATED)(SERVICE_NAME=KPIOracle)(SID=KPIOracl)))

tnsping  orcl (Your database name):
If you get the below result every thing.
Used TNSNAMES adapter to resolve the alias
