Hello Friends,
Is there any OBE series for Oracle Work Flow?
Any help would be welcome, as I am totally new to the Workflow, and I could not find any material in the form of a tutorial to get started with the Oracle Workflow.

Tables for Work flow levels in IMA11

Dear Experts,
Can any one help me out in finding the tables for WORK FLOW Approval Levels and where these tables(standard tables in SAP) are stored in? or can anyone give me the list of tables for workflow in Investment management in IMA11 for approval levels?

I am not able to get the Oracle by Example for Oracle Discoverer (9iDS)version 2.

There is no OBE on Discoverer Administrator, which is under iDS. However you can see the 9.0.4 OBEs on Discoverer Plus and Viewer from this link http://www.oracle.com/technology/obe/obe_as_10g/bi/index.html.

Trouble shooting for work flow not getting triggered

Hi everyone,
I am doin a work flow for which the zfipp-> created event is the trigeering event.
I parked a document using FB03,but still the workflow is not geeting trigered.
I checked SWEL ,i see that the event is trigered.
Also whe i simulate the event using SWU0
I see that the workflow triggeres then.
Any advice where the problem could be..

At the moment, you can find two simple but complete examples within the NoSQL DB package itself. There is a hello world program, and well as a simple client application called SchemaExample that you can build and run gainst an Oracle NoSQL Database deployment. The SchemaExample can be a starting point to example exploration of the product.
See the Getting Started Guide at http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/NOSQL/html/AdminGuide/smoketest.html for information on how to compile and run the hello world program. These directions can be extended to the SchemaExample application too.
We'll be adding more step by step compilation instructions for SchemaExample to the FAQ.

Flow charts for work flow in dynpro / webdynpro

hey
is it possible to add flow charts ( not by pictures ) to a program in dynpro or webdynpro ?
i need some how to visualize all the station flow in my work flow ( the regular wf log is not good enough ) .
any ideas ?

My experience: very poor in powerpoint, I've just made one program to generate boxes with texts and relationships, but much more experience with OLE2/VBA.
But could you tell us exactly what you'd like to change in the WF log? (i.e. what information it doesn't have)
As I can understand your requirement, I think it's not worth developing such a program, you'll spend too much time, and it seems to not be a customer requirement...

How to set active version for work flow

hi ppl,
I have 3 versions of my work flow i want to set the second version to be the active version how do i do this ? . plz help me out.

WF builder choose your second verion & choose <i>Workflow -> Activation -> Generate and Activate runtime version.</i>
This will make it second version as active verion.

You have to carry on the following activites:
1) Define Organisation Struture
2) Application specific customizing
A) Define Characteristic values
B) Define release codes and make them Workflow relevant
C) Define release strategy
Based on the characteristic values the Purchase Order will be applied to a particular release
strategy and will fall under specific catagory to pass through different level of approvals
D) Assign release codes to corresponding Orgnisational Objects with ID
3) Task specific customizing
A) Activate the event linkage for the standard workflow WS20000075
B) Do the agent assignment for the TS20000166
C) Make other two tasks as General Tasks (TS20000168,TS20000167).
4) Delete the row for event "Releasestepcreated" from SWEC (OSS Notes: 797775)

Oracle Work Flow Mailer configuration to use O365 mailbox

Our mailboxes are now in O365 and we would now like to configure our Oracle 11g to use work flow mailer with Office 365 mailbox configuration. There has to be someone that has done this successfully that can share your configuration. Have not had too much
luck with support calls on both ends. I only found one other post in the Office 365 community and it did not give me enough info. to move forward.
We use the SMTP of the oracle server but the IMAP configuration using outlook.office365.com for incoming on port 993 has not been successful. Anyone have any ideas or has done this successfully that can share? Do we need SSL certificate configuration
on the Oracle side?

First you set your all required configuration fro release strategy(Class,Char,Rel.Group,Release Strategy ,Release Indicator )
For Work flow settings,You have to do follwoing configuration:
MM - purchasing - purchase order - release procedure - Define Release Procedure for Purchase Orders - Work flow - Enter release code, group, user ID, object type as user.
Creation of work flow object,activation of workflow and other related settings will be done by Techinical work flow consulant.
