Oracle Cluster Verification Utility

Question

Hi,
I am installing oracle 12c but during installing  it stuck at 65 percent and not moving ahead
on checked i found CVU UTTILITY so i downloaded it from oracle but do not know how to set that in db location
or any other idea to fix this problem

no--it is installing but thru this it will take long timeand almost 3 hrs gone  and from log file it says

YES    (I assume you are installing 12c1 of the database ? )
YES    (is this a standalone install or a RAC install ?)  
no--it is installing but thru this it will take long timeand almost 3 hrs gone  and from log file it says
Calling OiicInstallAPISession's resume Operation  (Are there any error messages in the install log file ?)
