Oracle Customer Online - no bill to/ship to

While viewing site uses in OCO (Oracle Customer Online) for a particular customer i'm able to view data for party sites.
Which tables are used in this ?(only hz_party_sites?)
also in party sites table there is data for two sites (bill to/ship to) but no corresponding data is there in hz_cust_acct_sites_all and hz_cust_site_uses_all for this party.
How to propagate these party sites in tables hz_cust_acct_sites_all,hz_cust_site_uses_all ?

What you are referring to is a Party Site Use and they are independent from Account Site Uses. When you create an Account Site Use, Party Site Use gets created often times depending upon the UI used. But the reverse is not true. You can add as many Party Site uses as you like, and this will not have any bearing on Account Site Uses. Same is true when it comes to maintaining Site Uses at Party Level and Account level. They can be maintained independently.
The story is different when it comes to Sites. If you inactivate a Party Site, all Account Sites that are tied to it gets inactivated. If inactivate an Account Site, the underlying Party Site gets inactivated, which in turn triggers the inactivation of all Account Sites that are tied to the Party Site.

The price is determined by different criteria for different modules.
e.g. For ASCP, it is by COGS.
For Order Mgmt, it is by number of lines.
For mfg, it is by named users.
And then sometimes client can negotiate a enterprise wide agreement with flat pricing.

Customer has same Bill-To and Ship-to address...

If a Customer has same Bill-To and Ship-to address, then is there any way to enter one address and copy to another in the BP-Master??? (in SAP B1 2007 B PL7)

If you want to copy them automatically, only FMS may not be good enough. By SDK or add-on wold be better. It is not that difficult to copy them manually . Because not all Customers have same Bill-To and Ship-to address, automation might not be a good idea.

Billing Address & Shipping Address in Project

I have query in project that I have order form client A and client A has received order from client B.Now in project I have to enter Billing Address of client A and Shipping Address of client B in customers and contacts. I can enter Billing Address of Client A but can't find Client B Shipping Address in Shipping Address LOV.
Can anybody help me to resolve the problem.

You can reviiew Project Implementation Guide for the following explanation -
Customer Relationships
You can control the ability to view and select related customers of the project customer
for bill and ship to purposes at the operating unit level. The choices are:
• Yes: You can choose a Bill To and Ship To customer based on the project customer
or a related customer defined in Oracle Receivables.
• No: You can choose a Bill to and Ship to customer of the project customer only.
• All: You can choose a Bill To and Ship To customer from any customer defined
in Oracle Receivables.
The default value is No. You can change the option any time, but the change impacts
only future customers and invoices.

HI all just to let you know I have been with bt ( all 3 packages vision, broadband option 3 and telephone + the £5 each month free calls )
Until they tried to put all of the bills together all was fine I got all bills and went online to pay instant with card and or part direct debit for 2 of the 3 accounts. ) all no problems.
UNTIL!!!!!!
the change over back in July 2010.
After a 1.5 hours repetitive conversation with customer service ( and yes they where english speaking ) we are astill no where.
they now say that my bt broadband has a different account and has been sent to my landlord ( as he had to call them 3 yrs ago to get a line put in to my rent place)
any way the only problem is my broadband bill. I have not received any bill paper or email from July 2010 at ALL!!
I still get the bills for vision and telephone all in my name and gets paid direct debit I have no problems with those 2 its the broadband bill
Only to find last night my landlord came round irate that bt had cut him off because my broadband bill was not paid and he said its not his its mine ( this was lets say a slight confrontation with me and landlord) BT muck up again !!!!
Next I call today to speak to Customer service only for them to keep repeating that there is nothing they can do its in the landlords name.
I say I'm not bothered I just want to know why I was getting all bills and paying for them ON TIME until July 2010.
They then say they need to change the account holder to my name and I say but your sending me online email bill and paper billing for my vision and telephone why have you stopped the broad band.
Any way sorry for long story but I am seriously thinking of enough is enough now what with the first 18 months broad band connection problems ( exchange end had to re port 3 times their end) and 4 engineers. to get it sorted to now when BT change all account into one for this to happen.
LISTEN BT ITs now become a personal confrontational matter ( my landlord coming round)
ITS your problem your end GET it sorted.
If my only advice to anyone with BT
1GET account in your name same address if possible.
2. make sure BT know your mobile, and email addresses. double check each year when you renew contracts
3. WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN , name, time date who spoke to.

also sent email to adam lee yesterday about this whole thing. Adam lee was who my landlord spoke to about the whole thing and so I think he deducted the wrong billing of my broadband to his account.

UPDATE:
when I check my online statements it shows all 3 accounts yet BT customer service say my broadband account has been disconnected?? DUHHHH im using it now !!
and funny thing is how can you pay a bill if the broadband says your bill is uptodate your next bill is due 16th October 2010 ( YES 2010 ..LOL)

UPDATE: just spoke to another customer service person called KAREN. Now this is not a name and shame in fact I have include her name as she sorted this all out in 30 mins totally understood and has 75% solved problem while on the phone. The other 25% is down to waiting to activation of a move over of the error of bt putting my broadband account under my landlords account ( different address ). Why the other CS couldn't do this I don't know.

Customer for Intercompany Billing

Where is the customer for Intercompany Billing copied from?
I have a Purchase Order - Ordering Plant A in Company Code 1. Material is ordered from Plant B in Company Code 2.
In delivering plant B we create Delivery against a Purchase Order.
Than we Create Invoice via VF01 against a delivery?
I am wondering how customer and partner functions are copied into the billing document.

Thanks. I have following case:
Devliery should be done to Customer 1050. This is the one assigned to plant in customing "Define Shipping Data for Plants".
But I want billing to be done against customer 1000.
I have set Partner Functions for customer 1050 as follows:
SP     Sold-to party     1000
BP     Bill-to party     1000
PY     Payer     1000
But every time in the billing document Sold-to Party = 1050.
Can you advice why? How should I set it correctly.

PLD:Print country name in 'Bill To' & 'Ship To' Address

I want to print "Bill To" & "Ship To" address but the problem is that it is printing country code instead of country name.
Is there any solution?

To set the default address format for a country go to Administration -> Setup -> Business Partners -> Countries and choose an Address Format.
The system will use the address format based on the BP Bill to country so let's say you create an Invoice for a customer who's Bill To country is UK, then in the address field on the invoice the address format set up under Countries for UK will be used - so if you set this address format under Address Formats for UK to display the Description, on this invoice you will see United Kingdom instead of UK.

STO Billing document shipping condition

Hi,
In STO billing document shipping condition is always copied from the customer master, even if we have a difference shipping condition in STO Order & Delivery.
For Ex:
STO Purchase Order - Shipping Conidtion AIR
Delivery _ Shipping Conidtion AIR
Billing _ Shipping Condition OCEAN
I have done some testing and it seems Ocean is picking up from Customer Master.
Is it SAP standard or is there any configuration missing from my side?

Yes as like sale order process where system will copy the shipping condition from sale order to billing, it will not happen in case of STO. In fact, shipping condition will not copy from delivery to billing in both these cases (sale order and STO).

Error- clicking Visualize relationships using Customer Online User resp.

We are implementing CRM in our existing E business suite environment. We have applied the latest patches for the products JTF,ASL,ASP,ASN,OZF.
Issue :
Whenever the user clicks the " Visualize Relationships" Button that exists in the Customer Online User responsibility the below error pops out.
'The current user does not have access to this page. Please Contact your System ADministrator'
We first thought it as aresposibility issue and followed the note Current User Does Not Have Access To This Page' Error [ID 372171.1] and assigned the Internet Expenses responsibility.Even then we are getting the same issue.
Our DEV team is not able tocontinue their work due to this. Can somebody throw some light on how to solve this issue.
Is this something related to responsibilities or roles?
Please advise.

if this is a "home" system, install a loopback adapter from Microsoft and use IP address 127.0.0.1 and also check "hosts" file for inconsistency. do not use the IP adddress provided by your ISP as it may change.

Appreciate your suggestion. My intention was also to post it in the right forum but i could not find any forum for Oracle Revenue Management and Billing, since its a new product.
