Oracle on (Mac) OS X, when ??

Could anybody IN Oracle be so kind to point me to
news regarding porting Oracle tools to OS X ??
OS X is a lovely BSD Unix on which to run and develop.
There was an article posted on OTN a while ago about
an ongoing work INSIDE Oracle to port "some tools to
the new platform", but mainly focused on porting OCI
basic layers first.
Please, its been very hard to get any information about
the status (or existence) of this efforts.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I believe that there are many people like you and me, expecting Oracle 9i final release for Mac OS X would be released A.S.A.P.. So, anyone who also love Mac OS X, please stand out and left a message here or send a msg to Oracle. Let's do it! Showing what is the customer's need!

We currently have Oracle 8i installed in Sun Unix Server and is there a way to move all our customized data, I mean all our tables and its records to the Oracle database on the Mac OS X Server v10.2.

Multiple desktops and dual screens really aren't meant to work together. Apple came up with this multiple desltops feature and never really thought about users that use a dual monitor setup. So use either multiple desktops OR dual monitors but not both. Also don't try to use any App in Full Screen Mode as that doesn't work with dual screen setups either.

But if the same index.app file is double clicked in Mac 10.6.7 at out clients location, its not opening. For your information the client is able to open this same application by double clicking on index.swf file. The main problem is that client is not able to open the application using index.app file at their office whereas we are able to do so at our office. Can anyone give some suggestions to sort this problem?

The most common reason is different versions of Flash, or different versions of web browsers used. Some users may elect to not have Flash installed at all because of the processor overhead of Flash. If you are going to make an application for a client, check what operating system and browser versions they are using first. Then determine if a stand alone application is required, or if they have the necessary plugins to run specific browser enhanced code.
P.S. MAC is an acronym for Media Access Control. Mac is the shorthand for Macintosh, the operating system and computers made by Apple Inc.

I would like to do so proactively when I am not using a certain program but need to keep it open, and I want to free up computer resources.
In other words, I want to keep a given program open, but stop it from "thinking".

There is an application that I can only open a set number of times before it expires. Every time the program closes, you get one less use out of it. I want to use it as long as possible, so I thought I would just keep it open all the time. However, it consistently turns on the fan on the computer, so I imagine it uses a lot of resources. I got the idea after the Force Quit program "paused" it once after getting overloaded with all the apps I had open. It stopped the fan, and I was able to open it and run it again later with no problems. The tricky thing with trying to intentionally overload the system is that it's a hit or miss on which open program the OS will pause (to my knowledge).

I'm sure this is a setting fix, but can't find it-. All of my windows for mac programs open when I turn on my computer, such that I have to close each one individually to get to my desk top. How do I adjust so none of them open unless I choose to?

Same problem here in Brazil.
It seems to be a problem with logging in App Store in the Mac (Yosemite 10.10.2).
When I tried the very same userid and password I was able to login in to use my iCloud account from the same computer and also from my iPhone.
