ORACLE XE Webinterface can'T be accessed installed at openSUSE 11.2

Question

Hi all,
I'm new with oracle, and with this come my weak knowledge.
I installed the Oracle XE at a OpenSuse 11.2 and it seems to work partially. But I cant access the web interface.
I followed the steps at

Now I see the following output of the listener.log.

Does anybody have an idea, what I'm doing wrong? It seems to me, the HTTP Webservice doesn't start.
I configured port 8080 and I tested before if it isn't used already!
After starting the database with '/etc/init.d/oracle-xe start' the upper output is entered into the listener.log.

Thank you for your response,
I tried to access the web interface from the local PC with http://127.0.0.1:8080/apex and http://localhost:8080/apex.
I see the error message that the browser can't connect to the webpage!
With both I didn't get any response from the server.
When calling
netstat -anp | grep '^tcp.*LISTEN'
I did not get the output, with a listener at port 8080.
As seen in the log, there are no entries about 8080:
