Oracle8i, OAS, NT - Can not service this request, please try again later
Hello,
I've installed OAS 4.0.7.1 (including the patch download from Oracle) and Oracle8i in two separate Oracle_Homes on an NT 4, sp4 machine.
I've managed to get the JWEB, Livehtml and JCO samples running, however the PLSQL and CWEB samples won't run...giving a really useful error message of:
'Can not service this request, please try again later'
oh, and I have installed the PLSQL toolkit etc.
I've previously had an OAS 4.0.5 app up and running fine on NT 4 sp4, against an 8.0.4 DB.
Has anyone got any ideas on what the problem is with the PLSQL/CWeb cartridges?

Hi David,
This could be because of low physical & virtual memory, but if you can post errors that are in log file(wrb.log) it will help to
solve the problem

For the last 6 days I have been getting the above message when trying to login and update my account in App Store. I only get as far as the Terms & Conditions page, click the accept and that's it. So far I have not seen any other advice on this forum then to wait it out. Any other suggestions?
Same here in Mexicali, Baja California with my iPhone 3G. I am using a debit card which matches my billing address (apple suggested me this possible error) but still doesnt work.
Created a different Apple ID, triple checked the info and same error appears, i cant even cancel on iTunes.
Any update from someone or should we just keep trying until the servers are back on?

I even searched here and found a solution for the same problem by signing out from the account, closing open apps and reseting

It sounds a lot like your phone was jailbroken or hacked to unlock it before you updated.

I have recently got an iPhone 4 out of no where it has decided to think that my headphones are in and they are not but does work with headphones in.
Then later on within the same day it after turning my phone on and putting it on charge it comes to the screen stating to connect to iTunes/emergency calls only/no service so I connect it iTunes and it says we are unavailable to continue with your activation at this time. If the phone was NOT unlocked, it can't work or be activated with any other carrier than AT&T. It CAN'T be used with Tigo or Movistar.

Hi,
I've had an Apple TV2 for about a month now and today I'm having an issue with Netflix. When I try to pull up Man Men I get the following error: netflix is currently unavailable at this time. please try again later
However every other thing I've tried playing on Netflix works. I click a movie/tv show and there's a small delay but with Mad Men that message immediately appears like it's cached.
I tried restoing my Apple TV2, I've streamed the show on my computer and iPhone with no issues it's only on my Apple TV that I cannot watch this show.Same problem with Mad Men here. Watched two episodes last night. My wife and daughter watched four episodes this afternoon. Then Netflix not available tonight for only this show starting around 7:00 pm. Unplugged everything from Apple TV, reset DNS on Apple TV, and then even restored Apple TV to no avail. All other shows are fine on Apple TV except Mad Men and Mad Men episodes stream fine to MacBook and IPad. Can't figure this out.

Select All
Click Remove

Repeat the above to confirm they are gone (mine took two attempts)

Ive been trying to sync my phone and it shows this:

When i connect my phone iPhotos comes up and shows my photos and i even tried syncing my photos to my laptop and even deleting them and this message keeps popping up. it just backs up then says downloading photos on iTunes then that error message comes out.Same thing on iOS 8.1.2, on my iPad and iPhone. Unlikely to be the devices ....
