Orange Account App - Your Orange

Hi all,
I have installed the app through bbw and it was working fine until it started to want to update its help content, i wasnt given the choice is simply did it without interaction, now it just hangs there in my open applications list I cant do anything with it except reboot and not use the app.. its a really useful app so wondered if anyone has had a similar problem and resolved it.

Hi there I'm having exactly the same problem it will load up an freeze on the orange logo it worked perfectly a week ago but no it causes my phone to freeze I've tried deleting an re installing re boots and still had no luck
I hope this get sorted out because its handy to check your mins an data

I just buy an iphone 4 in the UK to go with my orange's Pay and Go. according that I had already an iPhone in Switzerland, I choose to set the new one also with my Swiss iTunes Account but the problem is that i can't found the app Your Orange in the Swiss store.....

You can log out of the currently logged in account on your iPhone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and logging out, and you then log in with a different account. But any content downloaded via the currently logged in account will remain tied to that account, and if you use iTunes match, automatic downloads or re-download past purchases for an account then you risk tying the iPhone to that account for 90 days : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4627

Yes, but you have to logout of one, and login to the other.
If it is an iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch and you buy apps on different accounts, when it comes time to update an app, you have to specify the password for the account used to acquirer the app. You change an iOS account via Settings -> Store -> Apple ID (tap on it), and start by logging out and then you can enter the other Id
So it is possible, but it can also be a pain.

If the apps that are on your son's iPad were purchased under his Dad's Apple ID, then signing your Apple ID onto the iPad will not help you with updating those apps.
Also, if the iPad was sync'd with his Dad's iTunes library, then hooking it up to your computer/iTunes library, will require you to reset the iPad, and everything that was loaded under the other Library and Apple ID will be wiped out.
Can you provide a little more info about what was set up under which Apple ID and what iTunes library the iPad was sync'd with?

Anyone else have the issue where, after the 8,3 upgrade, you cannot access more than 1 exchange account on your iPhone? This is annoying to me as I need to access 4 daily and cannot due to this error.

The first one, my private home email, works fine. With the other 3, I get the message "Cannot get mail: The connection to the server failed"
All were working fine before the 8.3 upgrade. I did try the old trick of making one minor change on the account and resaving, but that did not change anything. I even deleted my work account and re-entered it from scratch, but again, sadly, no luck. For the time being, I am successfully getting the email via IMAP, but this ***** compared to exchange. Anyone have any idea what is happening or if a fix is in the works?

Well, the one set up on exchange 2k3 is now working fine, although no changes were made on either the iPhone or the exchange side, so that's fun, but it still is throwing errors when connecting to the other 2 exchange accounts. The common elements are that both non-functioning exchange accounts are google apps for business accounts. So is one of the ones that's working, by the way. The settings on both accounts are the same as the one that's working, and both worked fine before the 8.3 upgrade. I have no issue accessing both of these accounts on my ipad which is currently on 8.2.x. If it's not the iphone OS at fault, I'm at a loss as to what it could be.

Device info missing from My Account App?

Did Comcast for some reason remove your devices info from the My Account menu on X1? You use to be able to bring up the My Account App and you could see info about all your devices.

Most of the people on these forums, including myself, are fellow users - you're not talking to iTunes Support here.
Did you follow the instructions on that page exactly when creating the account (the instructions won't work with existing accounts) ? e.g. if doing it on your phone and you are currently logged into an account then log out of it, find a free app in the app store app, tap on its free price button, tap 'install app', and then tap on 'create new apple id' on the popup that you get. I tried those instructions on my phone a few days ago in response to another thread and I got the 'none' option on the payments screen.

Can you download all of your iTunes match account onto your computer? I screwed up my iPod that had the entire library on it and the computer that had the hard copies of the files on it blew a hard drive. I need to get the files back from iTunes Match.

The old computer that had the library on it blew a hard drive and I can't sync the iPod back to the old computer. Everything is in iTunes Match, but can I load it onto my computer, so I can get it back on my classic iPod?

If you had iTunes Match before all this happened, yes. Just log in, activate iTM and download the music. If you did not have iTunes Match prior to these incidents, no, it can not help you.
You should also be doing regular backups of your personal data to an extnal HDD. If you had a backup hue could simply restore it.

In fact I would put one in Schedule TIP for Apple, which would give greater security for users of the Mountain Lion operating system, or any other that supports iCloud.
Would putting an administrator password to remove the iCloud account from your computer, once again, that only with her that if you can find the mac, alert by Find My Mac

If you are trying to setup a charge card number on the Apple Store - make sure you are in the Correct country site - icon bottom right last time I saw it - where you can change country.
