I posted one query regarding executing an NT system Command from within PL/SQL on server(Unix). Still haven't got any reply from you or anyone else on the forum.
Can you please let me know if it is actually possible to do this.

Whilst questions are answered on this forum by Product Management, this is not a guaranteed service. The people who answer questions on this discussion forum do so in their own time, and under their own volition.
Unfortunately many of the Product Management teams are out and about travelling the world attending the iDevelop conferences that are currently being rolled out across the globe.
In fact I will be at the UK event in Birmingham so why not come along, introduce yourself and see some of the new and interesting innovations that Oracle will be delivering.
Due to this travelling phenomenon access to the internet can be limited and time is a precious commodity, we will endeavour to answer as many questions as possible, but unfortunately some slip through the net.
If you require immediate responses to questions I would suggest that you take advantage of the services offered by Oracle Support through their phone support and MetaLink website.
In the meantime, if you post your question to this forum again, I will try and ensure that you get an answer to it.

Where are the moderators? [split]

In my (very) humble opionion, if there are moderators, there aren't enough of them, and they aren't doing much around here. Why isn't there a system to become a BBS moderator much like there is a system to become a TU? Speaking only for myself (who wishes no part in being a TU or a dev), I would love to be a moderator on the forums, but never saw anything about how I would become one or even who to talk to if I was interested.
And yes, this is slightly OT, but I think it's relevent.

Nah. Historically, moderation was done by the devs, but they kind of don't post here much anymore. When I resigned as a dev, I volunteered to stay on as the first moderator, although rasat was already an admin by then, and was also doing moderation tasks. If things seem out of hand here we'd pull a fifth onto the team.
Also, has there been any consideration as to section based moderators (which a lot of larger forums do),
Yeah, we did that for a while, but it tended to be over-organized. A KISS approach works better.
Just some thoughts to toss around next time you have a super-secret-in-a-dingy-bar meeting that no one sees.
Its not meant to be a secret -- we do have a forum that is moderator only. It rarely gets posted to.

Where are the new symbols?

Yesterday during the live event introduction of Adobe Creative Cloud, one of the team members (can't remember which one) said that there were new symbols included in our membership. He was demonstrating the updated microphone in Photoshop and also for Illustrator. Where are they? I went to add-ons and all I could find was a download for $39.99. Does anyone know where they are?

CC teams management area request

Is there somewhere to request improvements to CC teams management area?
So where it tells you how many licenses you have and who are they assigned to. I would like a note section there for each license. Just to make it easier to track on my end.

You are able to install Creative Cloud applications on upto two machines without any problem .If during the installation its asking for you to enter the Adobe Id and password , I would request you to kindly go ahead and do that as that would Activate the subscription on this machine for you as well .

Pages 08 Template images -where are they saved?

I know Pages 08 does not have clip art but I like many of the pictures on the templates. I want to use some of the template images (like the cat.tiff or frog.tiff) on a blank document. Copying & pasting works but I'd rather be able to see all the template tiffs at once. Where are the template images(tiffs) located on my hard drive. Is there a specific iWork folder I can find them in?

The images are "buried" in each template which is buried in the Pages application. You can find them by Control- or right-clicking on the Pages application > Show package contents > Contents > Resources > Templates & then the folder for the template category you want. Then Control- or right-clicking on the template icon > Show package contents > Contents where you will find the actual images.
Or you can just copy & paste from an open template.

Okay, Let's assume that Apple is indeed THAT foolish.......How does one get the photos from the phone to the PC and still use them?

The photos are still on your phone, and if enabled in your Photo Stream. They are not automatically transferred to your computer when syncing.

Where are printer drivers stored in OS 10.8?

I am trying to set up a Epson Stylus Photo R3000 as a new printer on OS 10.8. The printer setup locates the printer and automatically selects Epson Stylus R3000 with the notation "The selected printer software is available from Apple. Click Add to download and add this printer." However, clicking on Add leads eventually to an error message: "Can't install the software for the EPSON Epson Stylus Photo R3000 because it is not currently available fromthe Software Update server." This result blocks me from setting up the printer.
I know the driver is part of the Epson driver software package that is installed with OS 10.8. I would like to select it manually. My question is where are printer drivers stored? How do I select a driver?

While a bit of a stretch, you can download the entire Epson printer package from Apple and install it. This will include all drivers for all Epson devices as opposed to the one just for your system. The package is 1GB in size, but will include everything supported.

Preferences/Compsing/set to Rich Text (only then you can use bold etc).
Then Rightclick the toolbar in Mail, and clcik Customize the toolbar.
Put the icons (with or without text) that you want on your toolbar.

Where are my Camera Roll pics n videos saved in iTunes(Laptop) when I backed up my iPhone to iTunes?

I backed up my iPhone today in order to save my Camera Roll pictures and videos safely in my Laptop and then I deleted them from my iPhone to make some free space.... And I want those pictures and videos in future back into my iPhone. So I know I must restore my iPhone from back up to get back the camera roll pics and vids. But what I want to know is, where are those pictures and videos saved in my Windows Laptop when I backed up my iPhone to iTunes today? There must be some folder of iTunes or somewhere in the iTunes software where they must be saved after backing up. I want to see them on my Laptop now but how can I do that?

they are in the backup file that, sadly, is not accesible unless you restore it to a phone... if you want/need access to them, you should import them

When I back up my musical files where are they stored?

I got a nano a couple of years ago and put all my albums on it (synced through i-tunes). I hadn't used my nano for a few months and when I went back to it my library seemed to have been replaced.......is it possible that my teenage son overwrote the nano?. Where are my files actually backed up - would it be on the laptop I used during the backup process (even though I was signed on to I-tunes at the time) or are they in fact backed up remotely through the I-tunes site.
It is all so confusing - and frustrating.
I searched for my song library on my Click-free back up device but it does not seem to have stored the songs.....just stored the link to I-tunes.
Could somebody direct me on how to solve my problem.

Your music should be in your iTunes library on your computer, and can be synced back to your nano as you did originally. Have you opened iTunes and clicked on Music to see if your music is still there?

Where are the drivers for HP LaserJet 5P for Windows 8.1 (64bit)?

Had been using HP LaserJet 5p printer with HP LaserJet 5p printer driver, but had printer disconnect for a few months due to not have black toner. Now I want to use the printer and my control panel does not show HP Laser 5p printer for my tablet but shows it for my laptop. I can not find the driver on the HP support list and the support list does not recognize HP LaserJet 5p.

Basic print drivers are available for the HP Laerjet 5P via Windows Update.

You cannot use iCloud Storage to suppliment your iPad. They are mainly used to backup iPad.
Free up space on iPad
Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Delete what is not needed to free up space on iPad.
