Order an 50 IPhoto books in the Netherlands and delivered in Romania
Hello everyone
I am having this challenge: I need to order 50 albums from Iphoto from the Apple Online Store in The Netherlands and must have them delivered in Bucharest, in 15 days!!! How can I change the delivery location??

probably not possible since Romania is not in the list of countries served - If it is you would set the print products country in the iPhoto preferences

Duplicate your book and try to change the theme in the copy. Chnaging the theme may change the layout of your text fileds. That is why you need the copy to be able to compare the pages before and after.
Ctrl-click the book in the Source list and select "Duplicate".
Click the "Change Theme" button in the upper right corner of the Book pane, make sure, you have the same theme selected and the same size. Click Hardcover. -

if it is good boot into safe mode, preview again (only limited fonts are loaded in safe mode) and upload

I'm trying to place an order for 3 iPhoto Albums, but the system won't take the billing address. I'm in Costa Rica and will send the albums to an address in Miami. Can't find any support live chat for billing issues.
You need to use a credit card with a billing address in the same country as the delivery address. Since there's no Apple Print Store for Costa Rica I assume you're using the United States print store. Therefore you'll need a credit card with a billing address in the US.

I have produced (7) hard cover iPhoto books in the last three years using several of the provided templates. I would like to create a photo book using a custom photo arrangement if possible. Is it possible to create a custom photo book?
No - you can create custom pages in other software and use them
Using iPhoto you are limited to the themes adn layouts offered

I use a Pandigital Photolink one touch scanner. Then I upload the pics from the hd card to the computer. In order to get iphoto to recognize the images I have to first save each photo using 'save as' to my documents, then 'open with' iphoto. Is there a way to do a group 'save as' and then open the group in iphoto?
Scanning this way is much faster than using my printer but having to save each individually defeats the purpose.

I cannot upload my iPhoto book to the Online Store. I get an error message that I cannot connect. Instructs me to try again later. Apple support said servers are too busy. Anyone else have this problem and a solution?

I am a Canadian staying in England for a few weeks. How can I get an iPhoto Book printed win England and sent as a gift to an English relative? With my account, it seems that Apple only allows for my book to be printed in Canada and then sent to my Canadian address..
in the iPhoto preferences change the print products country to the UK and give it a try - there may be some restirctions on billing but it has worked for some people

If I'm reading a book on the iPhone and I want to pick up where I left off on my iPad, do I have to search for what page I was on on the iPad or is there a way to sync it? Or do I just have to search for a string of text from my iPhone on my iPad?
On both devices go to Settings>iBooks>Sync Bookmarks>On. Then when you want to quit reading on one device, tap the bookmark in the upper right corner and it will turn red. That marks your place. Close the book on the device now by tapping on the Library button in the upper left corner of the app. That will put the closed book back on the shelf. Tap the home button.
On the other device, when you tap on the book, it should open to that page. You have to be connected to WiFi in order for this to work. You can read this older discussion for more information. I was involved in that as well.

I have a uk iTunes account but have moved to the Netherlands and can no longer connect or make purchases. Do I need to change my account to a Dutch one?
You can't transfer any content from one account to another account (nor can accounts be merged) - all content will remain tied to the account that downloaded it.
Do you not have copies of all of your downloads e.g. on your computer or backup of your downloads/library ? Whilst you are in Australia you can't redownload your UK purchases (you have to be in a country to use its store), if you have them on your computer's iTunes library then you should be able to stream them from it to your Apple TV -

clicking the iPhoto icon with the Option and Command keys opened iPhoto but not the First Aid as promisedGive this a try:
1 -be sure to have a current backup of the iPhoto library.
2 - download and launch http://www.macchampion.com/arbysoft/BatChmod.
3 - click on the File button, locate and select your iPhoto Library.
4 - check the Unlock and Apply to enclosed checkboxes.
5 - make no changes to the other checkboxes
6 - click on the Apply button.

Does iPhoto '11 have the copy and paste function?
On my old MacBook the iPhoto allowed for the copying and pasting of adjustments, on my iPhoto '11 where the copy and paste option used to be there's nothing.

I tried that, but it didn't work .. and I discovered why. The key was in the last word of your sugg's first line: "move." I don't want to MOVE the pic, I want to COPY it to another event, and following your suggs produced this box:
So, with your and the Old Toad's help, I now see I was pounding sand - can't do it! Unless we can get the iPhoto developer gurus to add that capability, we'll have to consider this case ... Closed.

I checked that the shippment order from 11Oct 13 and will shipment on 15Oct13, But till now I rec'd nothing any more, I am very serious complaint about the services and deliver time is unreasonable as you mentioned as deliver on 15Oct. I am very disappoint your customer services as I need to take a leave for waiting for colleciton. But now noone to call me today and I double check the stock already shippment on 11Oct and arrived on 15Oct at 8.00am.
In addition, I called your customer services from 12.00pm to 6.00pm but still invain to contact your customer services staff. For this instance, I am very very disappoint your services provide and let me have unpleasure experience on 15Oct.
