Order completed weeks ago, but online acc says "in...

Our Infinity1+Phone+TV was completed over three weeks ago, but my account still says:
"Your order is in progress
It should be complete by [blank space]"
The order is complete, as we had a call from BT to confirm so, but the account doesn't state this.  Our TV service wasn't initially activated, when the Youview box was installed by the technician, but this was sorted and the call-centre rang to confirm it.  Everything is up and running.
Can any mod help me get the account details changed?  It is difficult for me to use the phone, so I wondered if someone could contact the relevant dept on our behalf?
