Order Delivary Tolerance Defined as 10 %

Dear All,
I need to configure 10 % Order Delivary Tolerance limit  and  user should not be allowed to change the Tolerance to 12 or more
and
If user is entering lesss than 10%  for eg: he is entering 5 % system should calculate 5% tolerance limit and the maximum he can  enter is 10 % ...
suggest the best way
With Regards,
kamalnatham

HI,
In standard SAP it is not possible, you can maintian the tolerance values in Inforecord and in PO you can make under delivery and over delivery tolerance fields as display through SPRO > Materials Management > Purchasing > Purchase Order > Define screen layout at document level.
Now user can't enter any values for over delivery and under delivery tolerances and these values will be fetched from inforecord.

  • Overdelivery tolerance define?

    Hi Experts,
How can I define the over delivery tolerance in PO/GR. what are the steps to be followed. Pls let me know.
I have defined, 10% assigned in the Material master and what to do? Fincance  side what would be impact?
    Thanks

    Hi,
If you have set the customizing in OMC0 then please consider that
tolerance limit keys B1 & B2 represent min and max percentage variance
of order price quantity which corresponds to more of Invoice Tolerance,
and not a GR Tolerance, as it is more a tolerance for variation between
IR and PO/GR than between GR and PO.
I assume that what you are expecting here is over-delivery and
under-delivery quantity tolerances. Please check the following settings
    for this function:
       1) Material master, Purchasing view. Tolerances defined here are set
by the Purchasing Value Key, which is defined in OME1.
       2) Info Record
       3) PO, Item Details
During GR, the system only checks the tolerance limits set in the PO.
When creating a PO, the tolerance limits will be copied from Info
Record. If there is no relevant Info Record, the tolerance will copy
from the material master, these tolerance limits can be changed.
Also please review the following notes for further information which
explains M7022 is a hard coded error:
       - 522586 FAQ: Static quantity check (Question 1)
       -  24312  Inventory management - system message M7022
With regards to why MIGO does not issue a warning message, please
read the following notes where you will find explanation on how
transaction MIGO deals with warning messages.
       - 447102 - MIGO: no warning messages of the availability - 46C.
       - 417169 - MIGO: No warning messages when posting goods movement - RI
Also, please consider that tolerance limits (B1&B2) represent Invoice
Tolerance, and not GR Tolerance, as it is more a tolerance for variation
between IR and PO/GR than between GR and PO.
Please review the following explanation and the examples which I have
gathered from the IMG documentation which explain the functionality of
    tolerance limits set in OMC0.

  • Payment order are not defined for extended withholding  tax

    Hi Gurus,
Would you please help me with the message below. It appears on F110 when I try to pay a vendor open item with extended withholding tax:
Message FZ626 -Payment orders are not defined for extended withholding tax
In my company payment orders are created in F110 for accounts payable, as we use another ERP system (Baan) to perform the local accounts payments, and now I've just activated Extended withholding tax functionality With accumulation (necessary in Brazil) but I get this error.
Is it not possible to user payment order with extended withholding tax + accumulation? I find it hard to believe...
I've tried to unflag the payment order only for the payment method I'm using in FBZP t.code, but then no payment order were created but instead a payment document were posted with the withholding tax accumulation, but this is not the way we are working, and nothing is sent to Baan
    any help is welcome

The payment method "Y" the option "payment order only" was marked?
For a withholding tax type with accumulation in a company code with extended withholding tax payment
methods that create only payment orders can´t be used. Payment orders can only be created only if there are
no tax types with accumulation involved in the paid items of the payment run.
The functionality extended withholding tax works fine for Brazil
however, you can´t use the payment order with this functionality.
Please, review your customizing for payment method 'Y" in transaction
    FBZP.

TREAD LOCKED SINCE IT IS DUPLICATED FROM THREAD payment order are not defined for extended withholding  tax

    Hi,
On the analysis,  the system expects an entry in the T059Q table with
    code as XX.
The reason being in the extended withholding tax we use multiple
witholding tax codes and these entries are stored in the table
with_item. And in BSEG we populate the field withholding tax code i.e.
BSEG-QSSKZ  with the value 'XX'. In classical withholding tax we used to
store the code directly which is not possible with Extended withholding
    tax.
As the field BSEG-QSSKZ refers to the values in the table T059Q-QSSKZ
the entry 'XX" needed in this table for the corresponding country of the
company code to maintain the correct relationship and consistent
    database information.
Hence for the statistical purpose and for the internal calculations we
need an entry in the table T059Q. Could you please maintain this code
i.e. 'XX' also in the table T059Q in a test system? Then retest your issue.
    This should resolve your issue.
    Kind Regards,
    Vanessa.

  • Purchase Order Response, tolerance on QTY

    Hi Folks,
    Just a quick question.
    Scenario is as follows.
PO created for 2 EA a 12 USD per EA., there is no tolerance groups assigned to either USER or VENDOR.
In the POR I create a line with the price at 14. When I do the check is tells me that the price is outside the tolerance. Thats OK!!!!
When I create a line with price of 12 and qty of let say 120 I get no error message.
    Is this correct?
No matter what I do I can not get it to issue a warning that QTY is to high mor something like that.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks in advance,
    Thomas

    Hi,
    I do not understand this.
We are on SRM server 5.5.
In IMG it says that you can use the Tolerance keys PM, PZ and PR. (See below).
However I can not get them to kick in :o(
    Anny advice?
    /Thomas
In IMG for SRM you can read this in the IMG Doc.
    "Tolerances for purchase order confirmations
SAP Enterprise Buyer uses the tolerances that you define here for the automatic data transfer from the purchase order confirmation to the purchase order and also for the manual data check in the vendor information. If the tolerances are exceeded, the system issues I messages.
You can assign the following tolerance keys:
PM: Quantity variance (converted to currency amount)
If a confirmation is expected for a purchase order item, the system calculates the purchase order confirmation net price multiplied by the purchase order confirmation quantity. The system compares this sum with the defined upper and lower limits. You can also define percentage limits for the quantity variance check. Then the percentage variance from the expected quantity calculated - independent of the purchase order price - and this is compared with the defined percentage limits.
PZ: Time overrun compared to purchase order
The system determines how many days the delivery date has exceeded the planned time interval by. If the delivery date of the purchase order confirmation is earlier than the delivery date of the purchase order, the system takes the purchase order date - the confirmation date; If the delivery date of the purchase order confirmation is later than the delivery date of the purchase order, the system takes the purchase order confirmation date - the purchase order date. The system compares the number of days with the defined absolute upper limit.
PR: Price variance (value variance from expected value)
Here the variance between the purchase order confirmation and the purchase order price is checked. The system determines for the items the price variance as the product of the quantity in the purchase order confirmation multiplied by the price in the purchase order confirmation, and it compares this variance with the defined percentage and absolute upper and lower limits."

  • Purchase Order Delivery Tolerances

    Hi All,
    I have question.
On  Purchase Orders we have "Underdelivery Tolerance and over derdelivery Tolerance " defaulted in the PO detail.
This is coming from Info record and it is not maintained then materail master.
In materail master this detail will be availalbe and wanted to kow from where it is coming in materail master. While creating Mm we don't mention. Please tell me from where these detail coming in material master. Need your help on this.
    Thanks,

In material master these values are configured under Purchase value key on Purhcasing view. These key values are configured in SPRO.
SPRO-> Materials management -> Purchasing -> Material master -> Define Purchasing value keys
assign these value on material master.

  • Changing Prompt Order of Prompts defined at the universe level

    Hi All,
I need to change the order of the prompts defined at the universe level.By default they appear in alphabetical order.
    Thanks,
    Shweta.

    Hi Shweta,
If you are on XI R2 then you can try the following extended syntax for the prompt definition:
    @Prompt('Region', 'A', 'Class\Object Name', multi,free,,,User:0)
    @Prompt('Area', 'A', 'Class\Object Name', multi,free,,,User:1) ...etc
Else there is no other way to sort the prompt in the desired order. Either you have to prefix the prompt text with numbers
    or alphabets.

  • Third party order process- tolerances

    Hi
our client is facing a problem.
Normally a SO will be issued and then the PO is created with ref. to
SO (and with same quantity). GR and IR-L will be booked, then SO will appear
in billing due list  and customer
    invoice will be created.
But now If PO quantity and GR quantity are not identical, SO is not appearing in billing due
list. do we set up any tolerances for these in custozmizing.
what would be the probable reason for this
can any one please throw some light on this.
    Regards
    GP

    Hi GP,
Check the billing relevant of Item category used in Sales order item  . This should tell you what is happeneing in your scenario.
If PO qty and GR qty missmatch occurs , MM config has to be checked to see if any tolerance has been set.
If SO is not appearing for billing , then you need to check is SO dependent on your GR or IV for billing.
Assuming it as TAS item category and BANS item category group and third party ordering process.
    Billing Relevance:
F     Order-related billing doc. - status according to invoice qty  ( Bill after IV done with IV qty)
G     Order-related billing of the delivery quantity       ( Bill after GR with GR Qty)
    Thanks,
    Sudhi

  • Purchase Order History Tolerance Limits

    Good Morning,
I am hoping someone can clarify this for me.  Within MM_EKKO archiving object a reason why you can not archive is "The last purchase order history transaction for an item is outside the tolerance limit".  When SAP says Tolerance Limits for this item what are they referring to?  Is it Residence Time or is it the C MM-PUR Reorg. Sched. Agrmnt Extra configuration?
Our current settings are as follows:
    Residence Time = 2500 days
C MM-PUR Reorg. Sched. Agrmnt Extra = Validty Period is expired for more than  day.  No other settings are active.
    Thanks in advance.

GR for movement type '101'. IR via tcode MIRO.IR happens first before GR only in case where friegth charges are paid to a third party.

  • Scaled purchase order delivery tolerance.

In the Purch Order side, is there a standard configuration to allow for scaled delivery tolerance. For example, instead of stating a 5% delivery tolerance for all quantities, is there a way to set it so that it will do the following:
greater than or equal to 100 pieces = 10% tolerance
greater than or equal to 5,000 pieces = 5% tolerance
greater than or equal to 25,000 pieces = 1% tolerance
Thanks in advance for your help!!!

  • Sales Order Delivery Tolerance

    Respected SD Experts,
We have Make to order strategy in our company. I have Sales order (MTO) quantity is 100MT, so by applying the 10% tolerance the dispatch can be done between 90MT to 110MT. Once we reach the dispatch quantity of 90MT or when 100 or 105 but i want no interruption till 110 , so system is not allowing any further dispatch. Please give guide me in this regard as soon as possible.
    Best Regards,
    Adnan

    Dear Joan,
There is check on at customer master Overdelivery tolerance which is 10% and also check on for Underdelivery 10%. Is is possible to dispatch maximum, mean if quantity is 100 MT then system should not stop me before 110 but when i reached to 90 MT system automatically complete the line item. Please guide me in this regards,

  • Sales Order Exit : for defining the invalid Order reason.

    Hi all,
I am looking for an exit that may cnotain code for defining invalid entries of order reason AUGRU.
In VA01 , in my system, while creating order , we give order reason. But these reasons have been categorized as valid or invalid.
Basically when we go in VA01 and give order reason then, there is a Z field that determines which order reasons are invalid. It is this code I want to reach. Can anyone give any idea which exit it could be or how I could look for it.

    Edited by: Inesha9 on Jun 22, 2011 9:05 AM

    Hi,
It seems, you want to validate AUGRU of VBAK
For that try with USEREXIT_CHECK_VBAK in include MV45AFZB.
Another thing, there is z field u are talking about. Is this Z field is a part of VBAK ?
Let us know, if it helps you. Thanks

  • Purchase Order (Overdelivery tolerance limit)

    Hi All,
Can we fix default value of Overdelivery tolerance limit and Underdelivery tolerance limit at time of creating the PO ? if Yes then how ?
    Thanks in advance..

    Sanjay,
As per my understanding there is no standard settings  to default the value of Overdelivery tolerance limit and Underdelivery tolerance limit at time of creating the PO.

    Hi,
For this you need not maintain two line items. With one line item also it is possible.
Select your line item and click on Schedule lines for item icon or follow the path as "Goto>Item>Schedule lines".
Maintain the schedule line here for 20 and 20 quantity with different dates.
    Regards,
    Krishna.
