Hi,
In SAP the settings are made such you cannot proceed for further processing keeping a previous document incomplete. The essence of marking a document incomplete is to ensure that all the required data as per the business requirement is provided.
So while creating if you re getting this message means, check the order first. you can see that in incompletion log. Fill in the required details and finally you get a message that order is complete. Now try doing the delivery. You should be through.

How do I Maintain the Order Photos Are Displayed When Burning a DVD

I have created an album from several different events. I want to burn this album to a DVD for a presentation. When I do this, the photos are reorganized and displayed by date/time and separated into two different groups. How can I burn a DVD that maintains the order of photos in the album?

Yay! I finally found out how to keep the photos in your albums in the correct order when you export the album! I am fortunate to have AppleCare so I decided to call them after trying to figure this out for years.
The fellow on the phone said he'd had others call about this and that he and a caller figured it out, trial and error. I suggested they add it to the user guide for the rest of us!
Here you go:
1. Select your album and all the photos in it.
2. Go to Export under File
3. Change File Name option to Sequential
4. Where it says "Prefix for Sequential" type in the exact name of your album.
That's it! When you hit Export, the photos stay in perfect order! Yay!

Custom sort order is not a typical option in the list view of any desktop computing systems I know of. The way you're seeing it work is also how it works in Windows and other systems.
There is no "None" sort order. What you're seeing is a "None" option under "Arrange By." Arranging is not the same as sorting; arranging is how the files are grouped in the window. For example, you can arrange (group) files by Kind while sorting by Name. You'll notice that if you are in List view and you choose Arrange By "None," in the window there is still a sort triangle next to the column name that it's sorting by.
If Arrange is set to None, the files appear in one big group (the traditional view) that is controlled by the Sort order (where there is no None option).
I didn't even know the difference between Sort and Arrange until I saw your question and did a little research! This Macworld article helped:

As for your main question, how to do a custom sort order in the Finder, you can only rearrange files manually in Icon view. As with other operating systems, if you want to create a custom sort order for photos there are other ways:
Use a photo organizer application like iPhoto or Lightroom. Some let you have custom sort orders in folders, but others only let you have a custom sort inside a different container like an "album" or "collection". Having those additional container types is part of why photos are often best managed in an organizer application and not on the desktop.
Rename the files. You can use a renaming utility program to rename the photos with numbers that will enforce your sort order when sorted by name on the desktop, like

You need to select the playlist on the shuffle, when you play it. If you do not select a particular playlist, it plays from the All Songs list. When you set the switch to play in order (not shuffle), the All Songs list plays in alphabetical order.
To select a playlist, use the VoiceOver feature. This document explains how to set up and use VoiceOver.

When you select a playlist on the shuffle, it should play in playlist order (when the switch is set to play in order).

Question on maintaining the ordering of facet values - On facet selection

We have a scenario in our Project where in the facet values could be ordered via workbench
Below example considers the sorting of size facet through workbench
Scenario
Let’s say the facet values displayed for Size facet as below on page load (Ordered through workbench)
Small
Medium
Large
Now user selects say Medium . This will now be available in descriptor list . On merging both the descriptor list and refinement list. The order would be something as below
Medium (Selected)
Small
Large
Is it possible through some endeca api to get the facet values as per the initial order defined (Depicted below)

Well, getting a complete list of organizations is not my problem. I have been able to do that easily enough. Then by using the IN condition, a user can input mutliple values. Ahh, but here is the problem. Many of the people who will use this report will NOT have an understanding of the organization structure. If they are picking at a high level (say at a region level), they will not know all of the names of the child organizations below that level (and could be taking tens of orgs to maybe a hundred organizations). That is why the user requirement is that if a user enters a parameter value of 'B', that means the program is smart enough to figure out that what they really want are values 'B', 'E', 'F', 'M', 'Q', and 'Z' as their selection list. What you have suggested is what I have offered as a potential solution, and is how I have currently set up the workbook. Which may be as close as we can get. But the ideal solution would be to give the users what they have stated in their requirements document - that way the report users don't have to know/understand the hierarchy and where all the organizations fit in the hierarchy. Make sense what I have said here? Would be nice to have the cascading parameters to handle this, but right now the database is not set up to be able to do cascading parameters. And the structure is potentially changeable at any time (so might add a new level), which no doubt is why Oracle set up the structure hierarchy as it did.

Back order rescheduling based on the order date

Presently, the back order scheduling is based on the order numbers (A-Z) TO customers.
We want it to be by Order date sequence oldest to newest.
How can I achieve this?

In the selection screen of V_V2, you can see what you can sort the orders by;
- Date of creation
- Delivery date of earliest schedule line
If this is the date you want, you can choose these as the number 1 priority.

Ordering Characteristic Values in the order that you restrict them

Hi SAP Network,
I have created a BEx query and used up the 2 structures in the Rows area.
I have then placed a characteristic in the columns area and restricted the characteristic .
This characteristic in essence acts like a third structure.
The ordering of the characteristic values when the query is executed is by alphabetical order.
Are you aware if it is possible to have the same order displayed, as to which you drag the characteristic values onto the characteristic, ie. in the order that you choose.

No it is not possible to make the characteristics sort by the order in which you restricted them.
One weay you could achieve this is by having a sequence navigational attribute (example values: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 etc) and in the sorting of your characteristic use sort by attribute.

Every time I reorganize them the way I want. They return to alpha order the next time I bring Firefox up.
Very annoying.
Sync should leave the organization of my bookmarks alone. Only ensure that all bookmarks are present on all machines but do not reorganize for me.
Is there a fix for this?
