Go to your Spotlight search. (Swipe from left to right at your primary home screen.)
    Type in 'Facebook'.
You should see your Facebook app.
Unless you held down an app icon until it 'wiggles', then hit the black 'x' to delete it, you didn't delete the app.

  • Apps are gone from purchased list after Apple ID region switched

    Hi Genius,
Saying I've just switched the region of my Apple ID days ago, and then I found the "purchased" list of my account was emptyed, nothing there even I've paid form them.
I have no idea how it works. Do I need to pay & download those apps form the new region app store again, even I've paid in another region?
    Thank you.
    Jerry

Apple licenses their content by region. This means that Apple licenses content from content providers (e.g. Paramount, HBO, EMI, etc.) by country, and Apple sells content to customers by country. If I were a gambling man, I'd bet that your purchase history would be repopulated if you changed your region settings back to your original region.
Since Apple is the content provider for the App Store, they *should* be able to work with you to transfer your App licenses (the paid ones, at least). Some apps, such as the BBC iPlayer app, are only available in certain countries. You may run into a situation where one of your apps isn't available in your new region.
I hope that helps. I'd advise you to contact iTunes Store support for the *official* answers to your specific questions.

  • Already purchased apps vanished from "Purchased" list in app store. How do I get them back without buying them again?

I had a problem with my 3GS iphone. At the Genius Bar I was told the phone had to be reinstalled. Since I had backed up the phone I agreed. Afterwards they told me, I should not use the backup but reinstall everything fresh manually. Now I find that several apps that I have used frequently in the past and did pay for are not in my "purchased" list of the App store.
It might have something to do with the fact that the apps I used to use are now optimised for higher iOS. I cannot install iOS7, but the apps that vanished from the list can still be installed. I just dont want to buy everything again.
Does anyone have suggestion how to get back those apps?

You can re download past purchases for free but make sure and use the same Apple ID and password.

  • Component to allow the user to build a list from another list's items

    Hello everybody,
I'm looking for a widget that allows the user to create a list by choosing from items from another list.
Something like the tool to customize the button bar in MS Office or MS Explorer. You can see an example of what I'm talking about:
    http://developers.sun.com/prodtech/javatools/jscreator/learning/tutorials/2/databoundcomponents/displayedcolumns.gif
It would be easy to program a component like this (and I've already found some piece of code by Googling), but I'd like to know if someone made a stable Swing component of it to avoid reinventing the wheel.
    Thanks in advance.

    There is one here
    http://www.geocities.com/nirajkagarwal/html/ListSelect
or.htmlThanks, I already found this one via Google but I was looking for something more "professional".
It seems the apache project team made a utility to
control elements in a list...it seems very generic
(maybe over-flexible if there is such a thing...) and
    really needs a tutorial !!!
    http://incubator.apache.org/uima/apidocs/org/apache/ui
ma/tools/util/gui/ListSelector.htmlYes, it really looks like a work in progress.
I'll wait some more to see if other readers come with links, then I'll start coding my own ListSelector ;-)
NB: another example of what I want to accomplish is shown in figure http://java.sun.com/products/jlf/ed2/book/images/SelectableList1.gif

  • HT201272 Removing apps from purchased list

How do I remove apps from my app purchased list on my iphone?

How do you remove 1) products from the "purchased" list; and 2) "the device" whether iPhone or iPad.
I just had to restore my iPad because the latest security update didn't install correctly; and all the old apps that I purchased re-appeared.

  • How do I delete apps from purchased list?

I seem to have apps on my purchased list that I didn't purchase or download. How do I delete them?

go to purchased in itunes > then choose music, apps,... > then click X to hide them.

they just can be moved back from account page.

  • Remove From Purchases List

I, like many people I assume, have downloaded a few few things that are clearly free for a reason. I've uninstalled them from my Mac as they weren't what I was looking for, but they still show on my Purchases list.
Does anyone know of a way to remove apps that have been removed from my Mac from the Purchases list too. I won't want to re-download them in the future.?

i think what you need to do is search for the folder of that app in the search and completely remove it from the computer ie remove it from the computer root so the system does not pick it up anymore . deleteing simply erases it from the computers icon however the files are still present in the root directory of the system . I had the same problem when i was working for this shop signage company as they had all the macs installed their ... i called up apple support and they confirmed that this is the way to do it .
    hope its helps

  • Iphoto disappeared from purchased list (Mac App Store)

I accidentally deleted the Iphoto from the purchased list of the Mac App Store, and now I can`t find a way to recover it!
Please, how can I recover the iPhoto App back to the purchased list?
Weirdo thing is, even with the App removed from the list, I can still use the iPhoto on my Mac. It is still installed, but I`m affraid not receiving news updates from the Mac App Store.
    Thanks in advance,

In the App Store application… go to the Store menu, select View My Account, sign in and there's a link for Hidden Purchases you can click to unhide any hidden purchases.

  • App disappeared from Purchases list?

Hi, I bought and have been playing GTA: San Andreas since around its release on the Mac. I tried to download the 4GB update yesterday but had some internet issues and it kept cutting out. Eventually the download finished, but when I went to open the game it came up with a message saying: "“Grand Theft Auto San Andreas” is damaged and can’t be opened. Delete “Grand Theft Auto San Andreas” and download it again from the App Store." I assumed my internet connection cutting out every so often had caused something to mess up. I went back to the App Store to re-download the game to find that San Andreas wasn't on my Purchases list.
My question is, how can I get the game back without having to repay? I don't have the recepit Apple sent me but I do have proof I've owned the game because the icon is still on my Launchpad and get that error message.
    Thanks in advance.

You can re download without having to re purchase the app but first delete the app from your Mac using this free utility > Download AppCleaner for Mac - Uninstall your apps easily. MacUpdate.com
That will uninstall the app and all the associated files.
How to re download apps from the Mac App Store:
Open the App Store. From the menu bar click Store > Sign In
Click Purchases from the top of the App Store window.
Select which apps you want to re download. Then right or control click where you see Installed  then click Install.
Make sure and use the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

  • How do I remove apps from purchased list that I have deleted from phone?

I don't want apps that I no longer have on my iPhone to still appear on my purchased listing or where it says "Not On This Phone". There must be a way to clear those completely if they are not wanted there. If not, then that would be a mistake by Apple. Is there a way to do this or not?

You can do it, but you need to do so on iTunes.   You click Your Account and there is a way to hide past purchases.   Sorry it's a little vague but I don't have the app open - it's very easy to find though.

  • PHP filter list from other list's selection

I want to filter one list from the selection of the first list. The second list will use a recordset to find the records to display that match an integer field with the number value of the first list.
This seems like it should simply work by using a simple mode of the recordset that compares the value of the the field in this recordset with the Form Variable that equals "lstLevel", the name of the first list. The form action = the current page. Then I have a submit button on the form, but when I press it nothing happens. What am I missing?

I tried doing the same thing when going to another page and it works. So my question is now, how do I get the same result on the same page so I can filter severl lists on one page before proceeding to the next page?

  • Is it possible to create a new List from another List's template and NOT carry over the associated Workflow?

    Related to
this post, in cases where it's desirable to have two different workflows for two different Lists—is it possible to NOT bring forward a hardwired workflow when creating a new List from a saved template?
I.e. List #2 still has the workflow from List #1 hardwired in.  List #1 still needs its workflow but List #2 wants to have a separate Workflow.

More importantly, because it's relatively easy for most folks to just start from scratch with a new Workflow—how does one disassociate a carried-over Workflow from the new List?
Use the web-GUI. (List Settings > Workflow Settings)
From Designer, there's a shortcut button at the top of the page in the Workflows tab: "Administration Web Page".
