Order Release Rejected

Dear all,
we have made a new order type for MTO.order gets created for planned order.If i release it i get a message saying Release Rejected.
CRTD PRC BCRQ MANC RELR SETC.
Kindly help.

Hi Rahul,
Order release can be rejected for multiple availability checks 1) Non - Availability of Component stock 2) Non-Availability of PRT stock 3) Non-Availability of Capacity for the required resources. Check the transaction OPJK for the plant/ order type combination for business function "2".
Or,
Go to TCODE : OP45
Select the task list Usage & go to task list type .
There is a check box:Indicator: Usage only until release in order . uncheck this box & save the transaction.

Hi Experts,
Question related to Make to order (MTO)
I was created one sales order successfully.
Then I run MRP and i got Planned sales order.
After that I converted that planned sales order sa process order.
When i click on release icon, my proble arised.
that is Released rejected.
I checked the stock availability in MMBE/MB52, there I found lot of stock.
But in the Process order message is comming that missing parts list.
Can any body give me solution for how to release the process order.

Process Order release rejected

Hi All,
          I want release the process order but it shows the error like it is rejected . in that i have seen the master data all are assigned to that process order and it shows like this release rejected (check log) message no:C2039. what is this meaning

Service Order - Status Release Reject "RELR"

HI Experts,
When i am created a service order from repair order automatically, it is getting created with the status release rejected "RELR", It should be released automatically from the repair order, wich infact was happening but now due to some reason this functionality not working,
Pls suggest what i should check for the same so that this should work fine

could you check whther any pemits assigned to the service order or not. The auto release for the ordertype is on, and because of ome reason system is not able to release the order.
check the Permit, and release it , then try to release it manually.

Release Rejected - Message no. C2039 during Planned Order Conversion

Dear Experts,
I was trying to convert a Planned order to Process Order via COR7, and it prompted the following message,
Release rejected (check log) - message no C2039.
But when I create Process Order manually via COR1 for the same material master and release, it works.
Does anyone got any idea?

Hi,
1. Check the Storage Location for the components in BOM & Check the availability of stock for the Missing Parts in Header.
2. Check the reservation for the "Missing Component's".
3. Reschedule the Planned order in MD12 before conversion.
4. Also check whether "Serial no.Profile" is activated in Material Master , if yes please go to CO02- Header->Serail Nos-> Create Serial No (Either Manually or Automatically). Then release the Order.

How to enable Order release to rejected status when batch derivation fails during release

Hi,
I need to enable production order release to rejected status when batch derivation fails during order release.
one way is to have Batch entry required for the sender material in the material master, with this standard SAP will reject the release.
Below is the scenario:
sender attribute for derivation - VFDAT from batch of the sender material
sender material - Batch Entry not required in material master
All required master data set for derivation.
during order release, since batch entry is not required, system carries out the derivation without sender batch and derivation fails. Order still gets released.
I am looking for advise on how to restrict release in above situation.

Aheesh, Order release for instance is based on what we see as events/system statuses which are allowed/forbidden etc., for a particular action to happen/be triggered.
If you can figure out if there exists a status related to batch derivation, it may give some further leads.

Proces order release not possible/Release rejected

Hi PP Guru,
While process order release the system shows error that the order release not possible / release rjected.
pl tell me what r the possibilities to be check to resolve above problem.

The Possible reasons could be one of the following -
Missing Parts - Some of the components required for the order may not be available
Missing Capacity - Capacity required for the order is not available
Error in Cost calculation
Error in Batch allocation to the component materials
When a process order is release some of the functions are carried out in background like Creating a reservation, material availability check, capacity check, precosting......
If something goes wrong in one of the step the order may not release.
Please check the logs during release it will have the clear message.

Problem in Purchase Order Release Workflow

Hello Experts,
I am working in a workflow for releasing PO.In this workflow I have created just one activity step type to release a purchase order.Here I have taken PO(BUS2012) object as input parameter.In the activity step type I am using a custom task(TS99900011).In this task I have used BUS2012 as Business Object and SINGLERELEASE as method.Here I have used 3 terminating events of BUS2012 object.They are Released, Reset and significantly changed. I have just copied the standard task (TS20000166).
Now my activity step has four outcomes.We can see them in Outcomes tab.
1.Purchase Order Released(Cgy:External Events)
2.Not Used(Cgy:External Events)
3.Purchase Order Changed Significantly(Cgy:External Events)
4.Processing obsolete(Cgy:Internal Events).
I have set agent assignment as user Manas.
Now, when I am testing the workflow with a valid PO number as input the work item goes to my inbox for release the PO as expected.There I can release or reject the PO.But while saving after releasing or rejecting the PO the work item still remains in Workspace Inbox.Any of the four outcomes is not appropriate for the activity.
Can anybody suggest any solution to overcome the situation.
Are the external events are really helpful in developing workflow activity?Please suggest.

There is one option, where you can stop the workitem and even entire workflow.
Use Fork for parllel processing
Have a Wait step with BUS2105-Significantlychanged event and outcome to the end of workflow.

Release Rejected

Hi,
My client facing issue regarding creation of production order gettin error Release Rejected C2039.
Actually problem with only single material and rest of the material working fine.
There is no issue with OPJK Define checking control.
So please help me for this...

Please check whether the checking group has been Assigned to Material in the Material master MRP3 view if the same has been defined in Configuration......and check checking rule is maintained for plant in plant parameters...

Release rejected - Number Range not found.

Hi,
Iam creating a Rework Order RW01 order type.settings are almost same as PP01.
When I try to release the order it shows Release rejected and check log .
In the log I find below message thrown.
" You must enter the batch for material XYZ
*Message no. CO691"
However when I the enter the batch manually add try to release it again it shows Release rejected and check log .
In the log I find below message thrown.
" Number range not defined
Message no. 26023
Diagnosis
You have enter number range for the document type, but this number range is not defined for the number range object "document".
Procedure
Check in Customizing (Document management -> Control data -> Number ranges) which number ranges are defined.
If you want to enter a number range that has not been defined for the document type, contact your system manager. It may be necessary to create a new number range."
I have done the number range for order type RW01 in CO82 as well .
Is there anything I miss in Order Type configuration or Batch Management.
In PP01 order type my Batch updates when I release my order , Same setting is for RW01 as well.
Production Scheduling profile is also same for both.

Dear,
Please check the number range in CO82 or OPJH for your order type RW01.
Also check the component has determine the batch.
In the release control is set to user to decide (TCO11-FRBATCH = '1') or release despite of missing parts (TCO11-FRBATCH = '2') in Transaction OPJK
For all these components it is stored in the material master that a batch determination should be executed before or during the release (KZECH = '1' manually, KZECH = '3' automatically) and no batches have yet been assigned to these components before the order is saved.

Materials Requirement Planning - Version: 11.5.9 to 12.1
Information in this document applies to any platform.
11.5.9 ~ R12 version:
두 명의 users가 MRP Planner Workbench에서 Release를 위해 records updating을 진행하는 경우, 두 명 중 한명만이 update 후 실제로 release를
submit 했으나 두 명 user의 모든 records가 release 되어 버린다.
User1은 자신의 Planned Orders 만을 release 할 수 있고, User2 또한 자신의 저장된 Planned Orders 만을 release 해야 한다.
STEPS:
1. User 1이 MRP Planned Workbench로 log
2. User 1은 특정 planner code를 위한 current planned order recommendations 을 찾는다.
3. User 2가 MRP Planned Workbench로 log
4. User 2가 특정 planner code를 위한 current planned order recommendations 을 찾는다.
5. User1은 All for Release를 선택
6. User2도 All for Release를 선택
7. User1은 checking process를 끝낸 후 저장
8. User2는 아직 checking process를 끝내지 못해 save를 아지 않은 상태로 남아 있다.
9. User1이 [Release] button을 선택
10. User1이 [Release] button을 선택시 User1과 User2에 의해 저장되거나 check 된 모든 planned order recommendations이 Work in Process와
Puchasing modules로 released 되어 버림
Cause
이 issue의 원인은 현재 MRP planning의 경우 expected functionality 이다.
MRP Workbench Release process는 모든 planner에 의해 check 되거나 저장된 모든 planned orders를 항상 release 한다.

Solution을 적용하기 위해 아래 steps을 실행:
1. 모든 planner에 의해 check 되거나 저장된 모든 planned orders가 [Release] button에 의해 항상 release 되는것은 현재 MRP Workbench
Release process에서는 correct functionality 이다.
2. ASCP Planning의 경우엔 Planner/User에 의해 Release process가 아래 option에 의해 처리 가능하다.
-- profile MSC:Released Only By User
-- Standard MRP에서는 이 option은 사용할 수 없고 고려되지 않는다.

Dear Experts,
I am getting 2 errors while releasing the process order, the message numbers are:
app area: C2    message No: 009
app area: CO   message No:118
Please let me know what errors these are and what is required to be done.

Hi Satyajit,
I had omitted those messages, here they are now:
Message C2 074 - Start capacity availability check
                C2 072 - Availability check cannot be executed for capacities
                CO 281- Order 1000067 has missing parts
                 C2 009- Release rejected
                CO 118- Release for order not possible.
Also please note that these are for process order.
I think this has something to do with capacity maybe, pleas help.

SD Sales order release for MTO

Hi All,
I have a scenario regarding the sales order release.
The requirement is that, when i create a SO, it should be blocked automatically and never allow to create other subsequent document, unless its released in the SO.
I have completed doing the release procedure for SO.
Now my requirement is that, in MD04 the SO should'nt show any requirements, unlessSales order is released.

Thanks for your reply.
May i know how to make the reason for rejection as a default while creating the SO.Since the User creates the SO and while the document is saved SO will be in blocked, due to status profile.
And only the authorized person can release the SO and deactivate the reason for rejection.
The user cannot choose reason for rejection.
Please let me know if there any solution.

Can anybody tell me what setting is required so that user can come to know that all components are available in the prodn.order otherwise cancel the release of order

Hi,
Use tcode OPJK,
select your plant, order type and business process 2 (for order release).
1.Remove tick mark in No availability check.
2.Checking rule - Input your rule (std PP)
3. Type of comp check - ATP check.
4.Material release - 3- No release if parts are missing.
With these setting, if missing parts found when releasing the order,system pop up the message & release rejected.

I think there is no such report as you have to develop the report through abap . With the useage of the tables i.e. EKKO,EKPO and few more you can have all this information..
