Order Status download from R/3

Hi Colleagues,
I have to download the content of the R/3 table CRMD_SHIPPING to the CDB table CDBD_SHIPPING in order to have available in MSA the correct order delivery status.
Do you have any experience in this?
Did you approached any custom developments?

Hi Hun,
To restrict materials or any of the data for any of the download object,
Go to R3AC1, select the download object, go to tab Filter and set the filters
for eg.
Object: Material
You want to download materials between number 1000 and 1500
go to filter tab,
set value for following filter record
Table Field Operator Value1 Value2
MARA MATNR BT 1000 1500
To download customer object user object
Customer_Main
and to download relationships of Customer use object
Customer_rel

How to refer the work order status value from a different transaction in the step handler?

Hi All,
I have a requirement to check the status of the work order from a different transaction before doing some logic in the current transaction. The following transactions are done to replicate the issue
1)changing the status to ONSITE to edit the work order (transaction 1)
2)Adding some information which will do some logic (transaction 2)
3)Completing the work order (transaction 3)
The transaction 2 will have some logic and will be executed only if the status is COMP but even though the status is COMP now (transaction 3) my condition check in the logic is showing as ONSITE status(transaction.status=ONSITE) and it fails. How can i get the latest status of the work order in the device? Please advice

The CompleteWorkOrderFinish sub action does have Apply action (screenshot 1) and the transaction definition (screenshot 2)of CompleteWorkOrderFix transaction with the only property Status which has the following settings (screenshot 3)
Also I am trying to add a status property in EditMeterFitDetaisl transaction and update this value with the current status of the work order using object collections filtering with key value. Please let me know if that approach can be followed. Thanks

Why does Apple now force users to provide 3 security questions or use their ridiculous two step verification in order to download from the App Store?

This is a total pain in the ***. I've been using ios products since the launch of the iPhone 4 and they've suddenly changed to this nonsense?   Why does Apple treat its users like they're 4 years old?

Those things are nothing new. People were doing that three years ago and Apple felt their security was sufficient then.   I don't have a credit card on file so I'm not worried about anyone getting my credit card info.
I have sent my feedback to Apple.   Their response included "this is policy. There is no way around the security measures." and "I have provided Apple's answer. There is no further escalation point or anyone I can transfer you to that is going to provide a different answer at this time."

Sales order status in Mobile Sales

Hello,
I work with MSA 4 SP08.
When sales orders are downloaded from R/3 to CRM - MSA, some times haven't the same status than in R/3.
Ex.: Sales order in R/3 have status ' concluded' but in MSA have status 'open'.
What need I download from R/3 to CRM to CDB / MSA in order to have same status in sales orders ?

Juan,
Please, make sure you have configured the same "Status" values in R/3, CRM and MSA.
Also, for this particular transaction. Look in the SMOVBAK table, value in "ESTAT" column for this sales order.
Then, make sure that you have that value in the CDBC_TJ30 table, as well as the same data in both of these tables in ides, CDB and CRM:
CDBC_TJ30 ( TJ30 in CRM )
CDBC_TJ30T ( TJ30T in CRM ).
If not, then execute sync. load for this object: <b>CRM_DNL_TJ30</b>. After the load is done, Conntrans. Try to view status for the sales order.

On delivery of materials from projects, sale order status remain open. Request you to look into the matter & suggest about status change of sale order after delivery / billing.

I keep getting this.
The Bank and Paypal states that Adobe needs to process my transaction twice.

EBP purchase order status is comming as blank from last 5 months

Advance thanks for BW experts.
Here is the issue I am facing.
We are extracting shopping cart data from EBP(SRM) daily.
We are using Data source as '0BBP_TD_PO_1' in SRM.
In BW it is coming to ODS '0BBP_PO' for collecting data.
Info source we are using is '0BBP_PO_TD_1'.
The problem is EBP(SRM) Purchase order status coming as blank from last 5 months, we are using every thing standard objects, no routine, i checked in BW side. I found that purchase order status field coming as blank from SRM. It seems to some problem in extractor?.
If any one experts in SRM-BW please help me on this how to proceed?.

Changes Transmitted Obviously we dont report on all these statuses in BW but release rejected might be an important status and BATA (customer no: 169433) needs this status to be extracted through the PO extractor. I am changing the extractor code for this status. In future we can enhance this note to take care of other statuses relevant for BW. For now other statuses seems to be not usufull for BW reporting.

Service Order status Not Changing From Resloved to Closed status

The service order Status not automatically moving from Resolved to closed after 30days.

We Revived program Z program ,seems to be fine.
I am set the program in debugging mode for testing the Service orders by reduce the time duraion for staus resolved to closed, am getting the getting the Error Test determination procedure is not evaluated .

1) Is there any relation between Test Determination Procedure and Z program.
2) while am checking for Text Customing for Consistency I found an error Log.
3) While creating Service Order Test field was Mandatory

How can i achieve this by sending BDOC from R3 to CRM? Which BDOC should i use?and is it enough to fill only status data in BDOC?

Hi sushant,
When the R/3 Order status is set to 'Completed' then the system status for order in CRM system is automatically changed to 'Completed'.
So firstly check whether the User status ('Completed')in SAP CRM has the Business transaction event set to 'FINI'. So when the system status is set to 'Completed' the user status will also change to 'Completed.'
Secondly even check what are the statuses of item in the Orders.

The screen that says "Download Now" also shows the proposed iTunes version number (in the box below):
Be sure it indicates 11.1.3.

I have gone through the relevant thread in the forum but fail to solve the issue below. Plz help. Many thanks.
Issue: Order status remains being processed even its billing document has been released to accounting.
Request: Order status show completed when order qty has been full reference in delivery.
Background: Order type A is created with reference to invoice F2. "Completion Rule" in item category for A is marked B. In VTAF (from F2 to A), "Pos./neg. quantity" is marked + & "Update document flow" is marked X. In VTLA (from A to delivery), those 2 settings have been maintained as well.

Plz let me clarify my issue. The document flow is sales order -> outbound delivery -> invoice (F2) -> returns order A -> returns delivery -> RE.
My request is to make returns order A completed if returns delivery qty is equal to returns order qty. U know, if creating order without any reference, order status show completed when order qty is fully delivered. Thus, I could not understand what Lakshmipathi mentioned "standard hehaviour".
By the way, the information of my system configuration can be found in my first thread, for e.g., "completion rule" B has been set in item category for returns order A.

Delete the email. The zip file will have no effect on your iPhone.
