I ordered Iphone 4S on November 21 st, but when I check the order status, it's been written as "Processing Items".
I also checked my credit card bill and I couldn't see any payment on November 21st. I wonder if any trouble occured during payment. Or is this product out of stock?

Further to my original post, I received my iPad on the 29th which was a day after the earliest possible delivery date. The order status did not change until the day before it arrived so don't worru about that. I realised that it had dead pixels, rang up on Thursday evening and arranged for it to be picked up, replacement arrived on the Wednesday after (4th). This one also had dead pixels and a new one arrived today which I hope is not going to have dead pixels! I am impressed by the speed in which they ship out replacements but annoyed at the quality control if I'm honest.

I ordered my IPad 3 on the 16th of March, so it was after the pre-order thing and I was going to just buy it straight away from a apple store but dicided to order online with engraving and the apple smart cover. Both the items are still saying "processing items". Order stuck at post office (not updating for about a week now)

I've placed an order last week ( Tales of Xillia ) and it was scheduled to be delivered last Wednesday.
The parcel has been stuck at the status "Parcel being transferred to local post office" since the 16th.
This has happened to me before once and basically, the CSR just resent the same product to me.
I was wondering if someone here could do the same in this case as well.

Lost packages are the worst, aren’t they? While it certainly doesn’t happen very often, it can definitely ruin someone’s day, and I'm sorry for the disappointment this caused.
If an online order is reported to us as missing, we reach out to UPS on your behalf to start an investigation to determine where your package may be. This process may take a few days to conclude. I see there were several missteps both by the reps and yourself in your post. First you should have insisted on returning the phone within the 14 day return policy period. Second which Samsung Galaxy mini model did you purchase? The S3 mini or the S4 mini? Did you do any research prior to deciding on this device. The reps at that time deflected the easiest course of action, by trying to get you to replace the phone under insurance instead of returning the phone. The Early Edge payment option requires the current phone on the line using the early Edge must be returned to Verizon Wireless. Did you once considered going to a third party site like Swappa to purchase a gently used device for your daughter?

Order status is coming "Being Processed" after return delivery

Helloo Experts,
We have a current situation here, Where order type (OR) with item cat (TAN) creates SO then delievry (LF) happened and PGI..
Due to some reasons the order needs to be void.Then the SO has been changed (VA02) by adding item cat YREN with same quantity, then delivery (LF) ,PGR and billing (F2).
Now after final billing the order status coming as "Being processed" instead of "Closed" at the document flow.
Does SAP standard practice supports this process flow OR it should be Return order (RE),Delivery (LR) and return of credit (RE) to make the Order status "Completed".
Is there any other ways to make these order's status changed from "Being Processed" to "Completed"
Waiting for some valuable inputs.

This process is wrong. You have to create a new return sale order with reference to the parent billing document. If billing has not been generated, then you have to reverse the delivery via VL09.

If you can somehow document any processes you've put the MacBook
through, which can cause it to repeat the symptoms you've seen, be
sure to write down the sequence of events if your action and resulting
issues can be make re-occur. Then you'd have a fair chance at some

The computer should be returned to the Apple Store genius bar for

How old is the computer, how much RAM installed, how large a hard
disk drive and what is the remaining unused capacity of that drive?
(The HDD capacity will show 'other' so that may be unsubstantiated.)
Are there any indications in Activity Monitor, or in the system log files
from Console, to show crash logs or other effects from the Time/Date
of these slow wakeup and black-screen intervals? There may be.
Some of the system report may be helpful to those who know how to
read the resulting mass of files. Perhaps one of the more advanced
users who occasionally reply here will see your thread and offer a
method of accessing the OS X via Terminal or single user mode,
for troubleshooting purposes. Mine is an older OS X with less fuss.

Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorisations have the correct information on file.
And/or try contacting iTunes support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

You could repartition your drive to have a different OS X with the older iTunes there, and the newer iTunes on the existing partition. Back up everything beforehand. See Kappy's advice in this thread. Partitioning my Hard Drive

Hi, I had been having the same problem for over a week, but both my window's HP and my 2011 macbook pro barely could load youtube. What kind of router you have? If the downloads are stalled or "waiting" - try these suggestions.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try to update again. Tap one waiting icon only if necessary to start the download stream.
You can also try deleting the waiting icons - tap and hold down on an icon until it wiggles - the tap the X on the icon to delete it. Then try to download again.
You can try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your app preferences and device settings again.
If all else fails, download the updates or the apps in iTunes on your computer and then sync the content to your iPad.
