Order status still pending?

Placed an online order 5/6 at 11:38am.  Website stated if order placed before 4:00pm it would be shipped same day (2-day) and should be received Thursday.  I have received no tracking information as of yet.  I went to My Verizon and the order isn't even showing as a recent order.  I manually entered in the Order Number and Last Name and after 2 days the status still shows as process pending, check back tomorrow?  The order confirmation email I received ststed at the bottom if I had any questions regarding my order to contact [email protected], which I've done and almost 24 hrs later I've heard nothing back from anyone either.  I've been a customer for about 10 years and this is the first time I've ever had to question an order before.  Can someone please help me figure out why this order is taking so long?

This has happened to me before.  I gave it from Wednesday night until Monday morning.  This was back in late February and early March.  I sent an e-mail just as you did and still have never received a response.  Call 1-866-338-7390, which is a line for internet orders.  I have never had to worry about a wait getting somebody to pick up the line.  I was told that for my order, they had a problem on their end and all I could do was wait.  I did that, but ended up cancelling my order that Wednesday because there was no progress. 
In January I had the same problem with a different order, and when I called that number they were able to cancel and resend the same order through and that fixed the problem.  I was getting the same processing message for over a week on that one.  Either way, calling that number was the only way I was able to get hold of someone that could at least try to help me.

  • Sales Order status still "Being processed" after invoice (3rd party sales)

    Dear SD gurus,
    Here's what is done so far:
    1. Create a sales order with one line (TAS item cat).
    2. Trigger PR to be created. Approved the PR.
    3. Create Purchase Order. Approve the PO.
    4. Perform MIRO.
    5. Create sales invoice based on sales order (billing based on supplier invoice).
    6. Invoice released to accounting
    Now, when I checked the sales order status, it's still showing "Being processed". However, invoice have already been created and released. I'm just wondering what else have I done wrongly. I believe the status should show "Completed" as well otherwise this order will keep showing up as outstanding in my sales order listing report.
    Anyone got any ideas?

    I had a looked at both the SAP Notes provided. Doesn't really apply in my situation. The Sales order was for 10 qty. My PR for 10 qty and I have also done a MIRO for 10 qty. even my sales invoice was for 10 qty.
    I do not want to configure it to follow the PO quantity because I need a control where only vendor has delivered the products to the customer only then I should invoice the customer accordingly. If I allow the invoice to be created based on the PO quantity then the control factor will be lost.
    I have yet to try the program that you recommended... will try that shortly.
    And yes ... since I'm using the standard sap TAS item cat ... the "relevance for delivery" is already turned off and the billing is "F"

  • Over delivery of a sales order-status still shows "not delivered"

    Hi Friends
    I have a problem with sales order . Total quantity in order is 10, even then system allows me to make 2 or more deliveries of total with more than 10 quantity .
    Following option I have tested but all in vain.
    1. In copy control at item level ( item category is TAN) document flow box is checked and Pos./neg. quantity column has value "0". If I take here "" then system don't allow me to make partial deliveries i.e 2 deliveries of 5 quantity each. It says " there is no quantity available for delivery or the item is not relevant for delivery.  I can make only one delivery with 10 or less quantity with "" sign
    If I take "O" in Pos./neg. quantity field then it allows me make as many partial delvery with more than 10 quantity, which is wrong
    Order status always shows " No delivery" even if deliveries made and PGI done
    2. In item category checked complition rule field with "A", "B" and "c" option still no effect and document flow shows "being processed "

    Maintain value + (plus) in the field Pos/Neg quantity at item level in the copy control settings (t.code VTLA). After making the settings, create a new sales order and test.

    If you have purchased directly from Adobe (online/over the phone), please provide the order number & you can also confirm from your bank if the transaction has been completed or not.
    Please mention the product name if purchased from any other sources.Then the serial number issue can be resolved.
    As you have mentioned that " Can only download trial versions of apps", I assume it is  the trial of Creative cloud, if that is the case then serial number is not required.
    Since you have the trial downlaod available so it might be that the creative cloud subscription is not yet active(if it is creative cloud subscription).

  • My order is still pending

    I purchased Premiere elements over 5 hours ago and it still says pending. Downloading the trial doesnt help because of the stupid watermark issue when exporting my videos. Usually this process is instant, but for some reason Adobe can quickly take my money but take their time in giving me what I paid for.

  • Reason of rejection on debit/credit memo request - Order Status still Open

    We had configured the Reason of rejection at sales order item level.
    And as per business process we have only 1 material per order. Hence whenever we set the reason of rejection at sales order for a Standard order type u2018ORu2019 the Document Flow of Order showu2019s u2018Completedu2019 which is working fine.
    But whenever we set the reason of rejection on debit memo request L2WT or Credit memo request G2WT; the document flow show u2018Openu2019 instead of u2018Completedu2019. How we can correct this?

    Hi,
    Pl check your reasons of rejection settings at t.code OVAG, BICshould be checked.
    Other wise change the reason of rejection and then see the status of credit and debit order, it should worked.

    I am attempting to add a line/new device to my plan but keep receiving the following message:
    Unable to Add New Device at this time
    You currently have a pending order on this account. You have the option to return to My Verizon to add a new device after the order has been completed or you may contact Customer Service at (800) 922-0204 for assistance with your order.
    Two days ago I changed my data plan from 3 GB to 2 GB monthly. My billing cycle does not end for 13 days. Do I have to wait until the next billing cycle to purchase a new device and activate it?

    What happened was you futuredated the plan change. Because you went down in price, it did not allow you to backdate it... just call customer service, they'll cancel the plan switch pending and put it into affect today so you can place your order (:

  • Gigapower order status "pending" 2 weeks after installation.

    Hi folks. I was thrilled to have gigapower service installed on Mon, July 20th, but have so far not recieved internet speeds consistent with gigapower. According to my order status summary, the installation is complete and order status is pending.  I've contacted customer service several times (3 times via phone and once over internet). Each time I've been assured that it will be fixed shortly. Instead, the service is still not activated after nearly two weeks. We do have internet connectivity, but not what we are signed up for. In addition, we've recieved several confusing emails and one snail mail about returning recievers we no longer possess and ones we are currently using-- no idea why. Also, our HBO GO won't log in any more at home... not sure what this has to do with the rest of the issues but this began after gigapower was installed. I'd appreciate any help with this-- the installation guy spent all day getting the new equipment set up, seems a pity that some kind of logistical issue is keeping the service from working!

    Hi,
    I wanted to order Skype number from Sydney-Australia (Number: 0050060) so I selected a number & 3 months payment option (without entering credit card details) and then I came to know that if we get subsciption first then there is some discount on skype number.
    So I first ordered subscription by entering creditcard details, Subscription order was delivered successfully. Then I returned to order skype number...but now its showing order status as pending. I tried again but this time radio button is on 1 month payment option and 3 months option is desabled. I ddin't proceed ahead. But now in my purchase histroy its showing another order with one month paymrnt option and its status as created.
    No amount has got deducted from my skype credit or bank credit card and I have not received the number yet (order 1 with 3 months payment option: status: pending & order 2 with 1 month payment option status: created & at number its showing as reserved for 19 days). 
    Tried to contact customer support but unable to reach and send the details about problem. Continue support request button on skype website is disabled.
    I want to get the number with discount for 3 months, so how can I make payment for it and get the number at the earliest? Experts Please help. Thanks.

    I bought Iphone5 at 28th Sep, but the order status is still processing items? What is going on, is that ok ? although Delivers  24 Oct, 2012 - 31 Oct, 2012.

    I ordered on 29th sept, order status still processing items - although it says will dispatch deliver 24 - 30 oct. I don't think it will deliver anytime soon as apple can't fulfil millions of orders even in 4 weeks.

  • Lightroom 4 order still pending after 17 days, no support via phone

    March 8th I chatted with tech support about returning lightroom 4, they said I was eligible for a free upgrade and placed an order.
    I chatted again a few days ago with someone because it is still pending and they said someone would e-mail me within a few days to tell me why the order is still pending.
    I called them today and after 26 minutes and 52 seconds on hold I heard a click and the line went dead.
    What can I do?

    I enabled the iStore Return process with Approval. I created one RMA order and Approved by an approver, but the RMA order status still Internal Pending Approval. How to change the order status to Booked at Header level now Internal Pending Approval.

    Probably something wrong in the posting run? Have you checked it (the log of the posting report batch job)? It is probably that the leave cannot be posted to the info type. Check with time management functional consultant.
