Order still in process

I ordered a phone in store using express lane because it would not let me order the phone online at home. I requested expedited delivery but I have not recieved any email with tracking information and when I check the order it says the order is still processing. I expected to get the phone in 2 days. Not sure when I will get it now.

    Hello,
    I placed an order on Friday for an item from your website. I chose express shipping at checkout. First it showed that I would receive said item on Monday November 24th (Today). Then as I got closer to finalizing the order it said I would receive my item on Tuesday November 25th.
    However it's now Monday and the order still says "in process". Your website says shipping times for express orders are 1 business day. It looks like it's going to be more than 1 day.

  • Order status is still saying processing items

    I ordered my IPad 3 on the 16th of March, so it was after the pre-order thing and I was going to just buy it straight away from a apple store but dicided to order online with engraving and the apple smart cover. Both the items are still saying "processing items". I have recieved an order confirmation email but not the shipped confirmation email unless I didn't read it right but the email just said that they can get it deliverered eariler than expected. This is my first time ordering on the apple website although I have an IPhone 4S which i recieved as a christmas present and I think was brought from o2 so I have no idea how long this would take. Why is it still saying "Processing Items"? Surely it doesn't take apple this long to process the items.

    Further to my original post, I received my iPad on the 29th which was a day after the earliest possible delivery date. The order status did not change until the day before it arrived so don't worru about that. I realised that it had dead pixels, rang up on Thursday evening and arranged for it to be picked up, replacement arrived on the Wednesday after (4th). This one also had dead pixels and a new one arrived today which I hope is not going to have dead pixels! I am impressed by the speed in which they ship out replacements but annoyed at the quality control if I'm honest.

    This process is done: Sales Order (RE - Return) --> Return Delivery (Goods receipt) --> Billing
    Sold-to party wrongly entered in the Sales Order, so they wanted to close the Sales Order. They did Cancellation for Billing (VF11) and reversed the Goods receipt (VL09).
    Also, Reason for Rejection is put in the line item (VA02). However, the status of the Sales Order is still Being Processed instead of Completed.
    From the Data Flow, it states that order-related billing status is still open*. But the Billing documents and Accounting documents are Completed and Cleared respectively as seen from the Data Flow.
    How to close this Sales Order?

    Dear Friend,
    If you want to close any particular order then go to order reason and give the reason and save it.
    The system will automatically close the order and would show processed and in the due lists also it would not appear.

  • I ordered my iPhone on Friday and it is still on Processing Items?

    So i ordered my Iphone on Friday and it still says "Processing Items" and "Delivers Oct 14 via" i got a verizon 16 GB White iPhone!
    And i havent gotten any email by apple besides the one confirming my order! And its already Wednesday night Do you think i will get it by Friday? If not when will i get it?

    well if it will arrive on Friday how come it hasent even passed the processing items stage?

    I know it's very frustrating, I ordered at 2:04 and my order has yet to be charged or order status changed. I understand that it is a nee product launch but apple has always done this. It is forecasting sales and with the geniuses at apple you would think they could figure it out at very least the people that ordered in the first 5 minutes could get a watch on the launch day! What is even more frustrating that apple says the orders go out in the order they were received, but a simple google search will show tons of people who placed their orders later than mine have already received them!

    My ship date is 10-24 and there are a lot of people that ordered days after me receiving ship dates , what's up with that?

    The same thing is happening to me! I preordered one 64GB 6 Plus in Space Gray and one 64GB 6 Plus in Silver on 9/12 at 7pm at a Verizon authorized Location. My order still says "We've received your order and it is in process" with an expected ship date of 10/24/14. I know TWO PEOPLE that preordered 6Plus phones on 9/19 from Verizon and they BOTH already have theirs!!!! FYI - calling Verizon's customer service is a waste because they just read you what is online on the preorder screen.

    Did a return sales order and delivered goods, goods receipt, FOC delivery, picking, delivery...
    But the status in the return sales order still shows "being processed".
    (Delivery status is Fully Delivered).
    I suppose we do not bill the customer again, what would be a proper work around for this?

    -this is wrong you should do the billing of the return order otherwise it system will nto update the status of the order.
    foc subsequent delivery is other issue then your updation issue

    -so first create the invoice of the return order & then do the subsequent delivery and make clear what your busibness process is asking for.

  • Order stuck in processing

    I placed an order for a Samsung Galaxy S5 with a new Edge plan on 7/25/2014 and it has said processing since then. My card was charged and I received a confirmation email and a second email stating my order was complete but a tracking number was not yet available. 5 days later and the check order status page still says processing. I expected the order to be processed and ship the same day. Anyone have an idea what could be going on here? I need to get this new phone as my old one is barely usable anymore.

    so basically you'll be getting yours possibly Friday and me possibly Saturday or Monday ugh I wonder what happened because for a minute they tried to tell me to rebuild my order talking about they couldn't find my order but then another representative did find it. im not like no I have the email to confirm my order but I guess since the system was messed up maybe that's what it was was. guess the waiting begins....

  • Sourcing Cockpit: Document still being processed in background

    Dear experts,
    we are facing the following problem in SRM 5.0 extended classical szenario.
    In transaction Sourcing Cockpit when I click on create PO I reach the "Sourcing - Document Preview" screen, where I can click on button "Process PO".
    Everytime I click on button "Process PO" I get the error message "Document is still being processed in the background; try again later".
    PO is created but in status HELD. I have to go to transaction "Process Purchase Order (BBP_POC)" in order to create PO so that status changes to ORDERED.
    There are no entries in table BBP_WFLOCK.

    1) It happens in almost 95% of the cases but as per now we could not figure out a rule when it happens and when not.
    2) yes, it happens also after logoff.
    For the user that is working in sourcing cockpit, the following entries are in SM12:

  • Contracts - 'Document still being processed in the background; try again la

    Hello,
    When trying to make adjustments to multiple contracts we are receiving the error message 'Document is still being processed in the background; try again later.'  We have tried again later to no effect.
    Ultimately, this means that these contracts (30 altogether) cannot be altered in anyway i.e. held, deleted, released, approved and it means that they just sit there.
    This also has implications when raising another contract to replace these contracts.  For example if you want to use the same vendor this will cause great confusion for our users when trying to select the correct correct to spend money against when raising purchase orders.  Often the result is the user selecting the wrong contract.
    Have you any suggestions on why this error message is appearing?
