Order TECO Without Notification Completion

Hi Guru's
I have one Issue while TECO Order. Please help me
When we complete an order with transaction IW32, a popup screen that permits complete the order and the notifications is displayed. In this screen there is a field called "Complete notifications" who is always checked. Is there a way to change the default value to non checked.

NALINIKANTH GUNUGANTI,
If this relates to field CLNOT, then topic has been covered many times before..
From memory there is no standard solution, and I don't think its possible via user-exit/BADI either.
If you are using ECC6, then it may be possible via enhancement spots (talk to your ABAP team)

  • Maintenance order teco?

    hi
when my maintenance order is in status TECO it allows me to do service entry sheet. But according
to my view it should not allow in standard sap.It is because service entry sheet is technical acceptance
by maintenance people. So  you complete the service entry sheet and make the order TECO.Please
    explain me in detail.
                                                                                    regards
                                                                                    sanjay

You use the technical completion of an order to define the following information for the order:
u2022     The order obtains the status Technically completed. The order is marked as complete for Plant Maintenance.
u2022     Now you can only make the following changes:
o     Lock and unlock the order
    o     Set the deletion flag
o     Post goods receipts for the order
u2022     You can still enter confirmations for a technically completed order. In order to prevent this, you must create a user status that does not permit confirmations.
u2022     The storage location and account assignment data entered for the order are fixed and can no longer be changed. However, the order can still receive costs, for example, through incoming invoices for materials delivered and used.
If no settlement rule has yet been maintained for the order, the system creates one automatically. If missing data makes this impossible, the system takes you to the screen for maintaining the settlement rule.
u2022     All the existing purchase requisitions for the order are flagged for deletion.
u2022     All the existing reservations for the order are cleared.
u2022     All outstanding capacities which have been scheduled for the order are cleared.
u2022     All the notifications for the order are also completed, unless prevented for one of the following reasons:
o     The Complete notifications indicator was not set in the Complete dialog box.
o     One or more tasks have not been completed.
o     A user status in the notification prevents it from been completed.
u2022     If the order was created using a maintenance plan, the date of the technical completion will be used for the further Scheduling of the Maintenance Plan.
You can make changes to the maintenance process procedure when completing orders. You can, for example, prevent all users that are allowed to complete orders and notifications from using this data simultaneously to change the scheduling of maintenance plans. • Main Order TECO when Sub-Order is open

    Dear All,
I just wanted to clarify if we can do TECO of Main Order when Sub-Order is open? If we can control this using any settings.
Presently it is not allowing to do TECO of Main Order as long as Sub-Orders are open.
    Regards,
    MLN Prasad

The Main Order Cannot be set to TECO If any sub order exists for the Main Order and have not been completed. When Teco-ing the main order without having completed the sub order the system would show you the following message: Open Sub Orders Exist for the Order (IW 189). To avoid this for example if you want to allow the Technical Completion of the Main Order with its sub orders as open, then
Go To SPRO-->Plant Maintenance -> Maintenance and Service Processing-> Maintenance and Service Orders-->Message Control
Here look for the message IW 189 and change its category from E (Error) to W (Warning) or No Message. This would solve your problem.

  • How to delete order created against notification

    hi gurus,
Someone tell me how to delete order created against notification. & also PR created against it.
    Regards,
    Radhika

    Hello
You can set the deletion flag only when the order is business completed - CLSD status (no open costs remaining on the order). Deletion flag is set to the order when you want to archive the order. Till the order has a CLSD status, the del flag setting in the menu will remain inactive.
Any open PR created against the order is automatically set to deletion when the order is set to TECO - tech completed status.
    For your scenario:
If you dont want to use the order and the order is with CRTD status - you can set the 'Do not Execute' flag. It will set the order to CLSD and NCMP (Not completed) status. this will also delete your PR
In case your order is already released - you will have to set the CLSD status for your purpose

  • Goods Movement After Order TECO'd

Hello All - Question is part MM and part PM.  It involves a TECO (technically complete status) on a workorder and the ability to perform a goods issue to the workorder.
Is there configuration to allow a goods movement (GI) to a TECO'd workorder if the material in question has been reserved/requisitioned on the workorder prior to it being TECO'd?
I'm quite certain that goods issues to TECO'd workorders are permitted PROVIDED the material request was on the workorder prior to it being TECO'd.  There must be configuration somewhere that allows/disallows this because at this client site, NO goods movements are allowed after the order is TECO'd.
Any help would be much appreciated!
    Thanks

    hi susan
    read this... u will understand
    Technical Completion of an Order
    Use
You usually complete an order technically once the maintenance work planned in the order has been performed.
    Features
You use the technical completion of an order to define the following information for the order:

  • User exit for maintenance order TECO

    Hi
    1. I want to restrict system not to do TECO of maintenance order until it is CNF
2.During creation of notification user has to enter either functional location or equipment
Can any one pl tell me the name of user exit? also how can I find out the name of relevant user exit in t-code smod or cmod?
    thnks in advance
    rgds
    rajib

    Hi Rajib,
For your 1st question i would suggest you to use user statuses  to prevent order TECO unless the order status is CNF. For example you may create as follows:
    Status  Status   Desc                         lowest   highest
    no
    1         OSOO  Outstanding order              1      2        -
    Initial Status
    2         REL     released                              2      4
    3         PCNF   opn partial confirm              2      4
    4         CNF     opn confirm                         2      4
For all Statuses (1 to 3) forbid the business transaction "TECO" and permit it for Status 4.In this way unless the status of order is "CNF" you will not be able to Complete the order.
For the 2nd question you may check user exit IWOC0001/QQMA0014 and consult with an ABAPer to write a code to check your condition.

  • Regarding order reversal without affecting stock

    Dear all,
Issue is regarding the prod. order reversal without affecting stock of materials. Scenario is as follows.
I have an order of X matl. year 2011 - this order not yet delivered where as the raw materials has been issued by mb1b (261).
As this order not yet been delivered, it is showing in WIP with value. KKAX.
Afterwards user created second order and completed too. Now previous order reamined open without confirmation.
For removing ths order from WIP, we can reverse the 261 movement in current date, but it will also revert the raw matl. stock alongwith values to unrstricted.
Where as finance peoples doesnt want thew same.
Also as del. qty. is not 0, we cant apply del. flag too.
Please suggest the appropriate way to remove the previous order from wip without affecting the stock of materials.
Dont want to do changes in table entry also.
    with best regards,
    Manish.

    Hi,
    Thanks boss.
    It is working now correctly.
The issue is the  i_mvtit-XSTOB should be equal space in case of Goods issue while incase of Reversal it should be equal to X.
    Thanks for ur efforts.
    I had awarded you points.
    Thanks a lot.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Rayeez.

  • How to create an order based on Notification through BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN

    Hi
I need to create an order based on the notification no. This is manually can be done using the Standard T.Code IW34.I am using BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN to create an order based on Notification. I am getting the below message( which is success message)
Order %00000000001 saved with number 40001258
    BAPI control was ended
Though order is created it not assigned to notification No. I am using ref key as '%00000000001' and also I tried with '%0000000000140232323' where 40232323 is notification No.
And if I checked in order the notification No is assigned to order as '%00000000001'. And when I check back the Notification, the order is not assigned to Notification No. How to assign the created order no to Notification No.
    Code is attached for Ref.
Now the problem is the order is not assigned to notification no. Is there any FM or BAPI to do the same fucntionality..!
    Regards,
    Amar

    Hello Amarnadh,
Keng Haw Soon is right, object key should always have the client like 010.
In your code you were passing it without the client.
Pass like below and it will work.
    ls_methods-objectkey = '%00000000001000040232323'.

  • Process Order Settlement without GR or GI

    Hello,
I have a quick question that I need help with please. A process order has no Goods Receipt yet (only consumption) as of month-end when we settle all orders. Will such an order settle and post an entry to GL even though it is not completed yet?
Also, if an order has Goods Receipt but no consumption (I know it doesnt make sense, but it is an error order), will it still settle?
    Thanks,
    Gligor.

    Hi,
If I understood correctly, you have consumptions of RM from your inventory but you dont have production GR.  You wanted to do the order settlement.
    - Why do you want to settle order that is not completed in production?  If there are any expenses on the order during the month, shouldn't these expenses be tracked as WIP?
    - Also, for the case where there are GR without GI, are there any activity consumptions on the process order?
    Thanks,
    Ram

  • Maintenance Order TECO date must not be befor the Permit Issue Date

    Hi Friends,
I have a genuine requirement like " Maintenance Order TECO date must not be befor the Permit Issue Date ".
The requirement is System shall issue a message if TECO date is before the Permit issue date.
    Guys pls help me onthis.
    Thanks & Regards,
    krishna

    Krishna,
What you can do is use a User Exit: IWO10004 Maintenance order: Customer check for order completionand check that the reference date of completion, also you would need the approval date for the assigned permits in Order by using the table "IHSG" or a relevant function module to get the details of the Permit approval date. After you have the permit approval date, you can compare it with the reference date of  completion and if mismatched then generate the relevant error message.
