I placed an order on November 14, 2012. The message in my email says that it would ship on November 26, 2012. The message also had a link to track my order. I am a patient sort of fellow. I waited six weeks and today I tried to see what happened to my order. I looked at the link in the message and it is now a broken link. I am beginning to think I am out $59.99 and have no idea how to get my product which I truly wanted or get my money back. I love skype phone service. It's been awesome for the last 4 years. I may have made a grave error in buying a product from the skype store though. There doesn't seem to be anyway to contact someone about my order. Unfortunately, "because and error occured" doesn't give you much to go on. Some general things I would try if you haven't already:
Use Disk Utility on your mac to repair disk permissions, then reboot and try backing up again.
Use Finder to go to ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/, then control-click on the Backup folder and select Get Info, then check Sharing & Permissions at the bottom and make sure your username has read & write priviledges
Try closing all apps, then reset your phone: double-tap the home button, tap and hold the apps at the bottom until they wiggle, tap the minus sign on all apps to close them. Then reset your phone: hold the on/off and home buttons until you see the Apple logo (ignore the off slider that appears first), and release
Try a different usb to dock connector cable; ensure that your case isn't interfering with a good connection to the dock connector at the bottom of your phone; clean the dock connector at the bottom of your phone (e.g., with a dry toothbrush); troubleshoot your usb connection (http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1286)
I know this looks like a laundry list, but unfortunately it's hard to isolate the problem without a clear error message. If the problem persists, you might try posting in the iMac or iTunes forums for other ideas.

Remove the song in question from the sync list and see if the rectifies the problem.
If it does, then iTunes believes the song no longer exists on your drive and that will need to be corrected.

I have followed the instructions to delete from the macbook, I selected the videos I wanted to delete and right clicked to delete. Nothing happens. When I double click on the video it still starts playing. I also followed the instructions to delete the videos from the iphone by swiping from left to right with nothing happening. I opened the videos on the ipad and there is no edit selection like in the instructions on the support page. SOA FTP Adapter - nothing happens !!

I created a simple scenario to pick up XML files from a remote unix server, similar to the examples provided under bpel/samples. I created a new FTP connection factory and provided the ftp server info. A simple BPEL process which contains a ftp get partner link, which has logical directory names. I provided the real directory names in bpel.xml, polling frequency 1 min. Added an assign step that just plucks out a few value from the incoming xml. I am able to deploy the process, but when I place a file in the input directory, nothing happens. I cant seem to find any error in the opmn.logs or j2ee logs. Whats going on ? How can I troubleshoot this ?

I increased all logs under BPEL Domain to "ALL", but it doesnt say much in the logs.
In the oc4j-ra.xml, I dont see ftpAbsolutePathBegin as a parameter. I am providing the complete path from the root directory ex. /home/user/soa/inbound

HT1476 How do I get my iPhone 5 charger to charge my phone? Nothing happens when i plug it in.

If the iPhone that you are attempting to charge has the battery completely deleted of all charge it will take a period of time before the charge that is coming from the charging source gives the device enough charge to the device such that the display is able to then display that the charger is charging sucessfully. If you plug the device into a charger (again if the device is completely drained of battery charge) and it doesn't immedateily show that it's chraging that is completely consistent with how the device is expected to work. Please allow the device to charge for a period of at least a couple of hours before determining that the charger isn't working correctly. Hope this helps.

I notice most of them are expensive. I was looking on ebay for some cheap wifi cell phones (non name brand most likely from china). Is it possible to get one of these phones, install skype app and use skype from there without cell phone service???

I would recommend trying a Freetalk Connect Me or Soundwin SP110. I currently use the Freetalk in combination with a normal Panasonic DECT 6 phone system with multiple handsets in multiple story homes and it works rather good in my opinion. I've gone wired and used wireless bridges to connect the base station/connect me to the Internet. The other handsets only require power. The longevity of the Connect Me unit is the main problem as I've had to purchase a few in the last few years. I've found their support to be rather useless as well so it may be difficult to get a warranty replacement. They've ignored my requests on issues dealing with bad firmware updates, which is probably the majority of failure on the units. They provide no way of flashing the units locally, whereas the SP110 does. On average they last about 1-2yrs before completely dying (device gets caught in a reset loop). When compared to the dual phones pricewise the replacement cost is more affordable.

Insert micro SD 6124c nothing happens

I've purchased a new Sandisk 4GB MicrSDHC card for my phone. When introducing the card into the phone however, nothing happens. Nor can I find the card when going into menu -> settings -> file management -> memory. I did not format the card (and can't do so with my phone).
I'm stuck without any solution in the manual or in the discussion I've found.
Any suggestions?

- No possibility to check any other MicroSD cause my phone did not come with a card. I purchased the 4GB card right for that reason.

yes just push it in, gold contacts upside, make sure it is fully in, some people make this mistake, no need to do any restart...

The screen that says "Download Now" also shows the proposed iTunes version number (in the box below):
Be sure it indicates 11.1.3.

You could order the Full Retail Version of OS X (Black DVD with a silver X on it). Regarding always starting up in Open Firmware, in this thread a bloke had the same problem until he disconnected his peripherals before restarting. See if the entire thread helps:

When you set up a voicemail redirection, usually you have to remove that redirection from the account that redirected it. Like Google Voice, if you activate Google Voice to receive your voicemail, you will have to log into voice.google.com to turn it off. If you contact your carrier, they can tell you exactly what program has taken over your voicemail functionality just in case you are stuck, but if you know the name of that App, I'm sure you will be able to figure it out. Hope this helps you out.

Yeah, I'm having the same exact problem - It seems that the thunderbolt minidisplay port is only able to output the analog VGA signal, not the digital signal to support DVI and HDMI. This is a bug that came up after installing 10.7.1. I bought my macbook air with 10.7 on it, upgraded it to 10.7.1 as soon as I got it, so I have never been able to use hdmi or dvi with my macbook air. This is an extremely frustrating problem for me, I used HDMI on a daily basis with my PC. I have spent many hours at the genius bar running diagnostic tests so Apple can get as much information as possible to create a fix for this problem. I have been emailing tech support for 3 or so weeks now, they keep saying that they are working on a fix and it should be out soon, but 10.7.2 has come and gone and I still have no HDMI functionality with my MacBook Air!
