Ordering a Book from/to Hungary

Hello every1!
I want to create a photo book with Aperture, but i live in Hungary, Budapest. Can i order the book to here?
Thanks in advance

Apple doesn't provide any photo services in Hungary. Ask someone in a country they do provide services in to create and order it.

  • Iphoto order a book from Canada

Is it possible to order a Book from iPhoto and to ship it to Canada. My Zip code isn't working when I order.

If you already haven't done so try changing the Print Product Store to Canada in iPhoto's Advanced Preference pane and try again.

  • Language settings in Store when ordering a book from iPhoto?

I wanted to order a book from iPhoto but the language was in French.
How do I change the language settings in the store if I come from iPhoto directly into the store?
note: I was accessing the Swiss store and it automatically defaulted to French

Most likely you have a page with a "grey" palm tree or background on it - this is a background that contains a photo
First go through you book and see if there are any grey backgrounds - if there are either add a photo as the background or change the background to a solid color
If this does not work then you have a hidden photo background and you will need to go through the book again and select every full page photo layout and change it to a single photo layout that is not full page so you can see the background - when you find a grey background change it to a solid background and change the photo layout back to full page
You will find your "missing" photo(s) and be able to order
I also suggest asking Apple to provide some tools to help find these missing photos - iPhoto menu ==> provide iPhoto feedback
I also recommend looking through Liz Castro's web page for additions information on backgrounds and layouts for each iPhoto book theme - http://www.lizcastro.com/iphotobookthemes/

  • I have ordered a book from iPhoto but it has said 'processing your order' for an hour now what should i do?

i have ordered a book from iPhoto but it has said 'processing your order' for an hour now what should i do?

i had the same problem .. and the worse is that i am from middle east where we can not get any help from apple.

  • How can i import and order photo books from older iPhoto versions?

I have made a photobook which i have not ordered at apple yet. It's on another macbook still running iphoto 07 (unable to update iphoto, because to old for Mavericks)... Somehow i can't import this album on my laptop running iphoto 9.5.1 and order it from here...
    Does anyone have solution?

Read again - the word "import" does not appear in either answeer - you never ever import one iPhoto library into another one
books do not actually exist - they are simply database entries - so you have to move the entire iphoto library
1 - rename it on the source machine
2 - Connect the two Macs together (network, firewire target mode, etc)  or use an external hard drive formatted Mac OS extended (journaled)
3 -  drag the iPhoto library intact as a single entity from the old Mac to the pictures folder of the new Mac
4 - depress the opeion key and launch iPhoto on the new mac
5 -  select the library with the book, convert it as needed and you will be ready move forward
    - be sure to
Before ordering your book preview it using this method -http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1040 - and save the resulting PDF for reference - the delivered book will match it.
there may be differences in the book due to a new system
Spacing added for clearity in reading

  • How to order iPhoto book from South Africa - not listed as country option

How do you go about ordering an iPhoto book from South Africa - it is not listed as a country of option?

    I've found an excellent solution.
    www.24hourphotobooks.co.za
I just saved it as a PDF and uploaded it to their website... their prices are resonable, the product is really beautiful and of superior quality, and they are super efficient!
I've since used them twice! Brilliant company... I recommend you try them (also, they are based in Linbro business park in Johannesberg so you can pick up your book if you live in Jozi instead of courier... but for all other areas of SA they deliver to your door! Fantastic!)
    Hope this helps!

  • Re-order a book from the original version of Aperture?

In 2010 I ordered a hardcover book, 8.5 x 11, with 100 pages from Apple, successfully prepared in the original version of Aperture.
Now I need to reprint another one of this book. Can I send it to Apple in the original Aperture version or must I upgrade to Aperture 2.0 or 3.0. I don't want to re-create or re-format the book. My preference would be to only upgrade if necessary and/or if glitches are predictable.

Can I order a book using the trial version of Aperture?
Yes. The trial includes all of the features which are present in the full version.

  • Ordering iPhoto books from Australia

Although a year ago Steve Jobs announced iphoto books were now available "world wide" he left Australia way down under! and living here in Sydney I cant order iphoto books without a US credit card. So, my question, Who would like to be my iphoto book buddy? Im looking for someone stateside who I can send my iphoto files to with money and have them order a book for me from there own Macs. Any one out there?
PS I'll send you my own photos of kangaroos, echidnas, cockatoos etc as a bonus for being a helpful, unseen friend!

Although the site says you need a US credit card, you don't and you can use an Australian Credit card just fine, you have to fudge the state and zip code but a bit of crativity will fix that. Helps if you use a different e-mail address and create a new Apple login. So all you need is somebody who is happy to provide the US (might also be possible to get somebody in Canada or Europe if you know somebody there) address, and you just need to send them $10 for express postage.
I've ordered two books this way, with no great problems, just the wait to get them

  • Ordering Photo Book From iphoto

I am finished developing a photo book using iphoto. However, the book only has 13 pages, and iphoto tells me I cannot order a book without at least 20 pages. My book is two-sided, so if I one-side it, it will be more than 20 pages. I see where there are options for one-sided pages, but I cannot tell how to convert an existing project from two-sided to one-sided. It would be a hassle at this point to go outside iphoto and use an internet vendor. Do you know how to convert 2-sided book to 1-sided?

Move them in the page thumbnails so the even numbered pages are blank
And before you order preview your book - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1040 - and save the resulting PDF for reference

  • Can you order a book from the trial version?

I've searched this forum and been surprised not to find this question: Can I order a book using the trial version of Aperture? Got myself in a pickle where iPhoto '09, My Publisher and other methods are not giving me the results I need, and I'm on a deadline.

Can I order a book using the trial version of Aperture?
Yes. The trial includes all of the features which are present in the full version.

  • Ordering a book from Aperture - Quick but important question

I have a book ready to be ordered from Aperture, but I want it to be shipped to a different address than what I have registered with Apple (it's a mother's day gift, which I realize will be late). Do I need to change my shipping address temporarily in my 1-Click settings, or will an option show up during the order process where I can input a new address? Thanks!

    Disregard, I found my answer

  • Ordering a book from outside a designated country

Hi there, my apologies if this is answered elsewhere, but I can't find information.
Taiwan isn't one of the countries supported for book ordering. Canada is. I live in Taiwan, but my family lives in Canada (as for that matter do most of my photo albums.) Now then, can I place an order FROM Taiwan, but have the book delivered TO Canada? (I realize I can't have one delivered to me in Taiwan.) I tested this with a meaningless photo book, and successfully got well into the order process, but bailed once I reached the credit card information stage. I'd like to know for sure whether or not this would work before I spend the time arranging a book I really want.
So does anyone have any experience ordering from a non-supported country but delivering to a supported country? Is it possible?
    Thanks in advance!

  • I've ordered a book from iPhoto 3 times.  Last order was W29631918.  It says the order is accepted and being processed and then about 4 days later tells me the order has been cancelled.  If I call the help line it tells me the order has been cancelled and

CLICK.  I've never had any problem like this with Shutterfly, ever.  And Apple gives you no other explanation.  CLICK.  That was my last Apple order.  What a waste.  Maybe someone from Apple can tell my why they do this.  It was for Christmas and I started ordering November 5 and waiting for it to be delivered each time.  This last one I followed and it even told me that the order had been processed and could not be cancelled.  The proprietary company.  Now I'm sorry I started using iphoto.  I'll redo the project with Shutterfly but I'm wondering if Apple treats many of its customers like this.

i had the same problem .. and the worse is that i am from middle east where we can not get any help from apple.

  • HT1040 I have an iphoto book saved as a PDF file, how do I order the book from the PDF file?

AGGHHHH! I have just finished hours of work, making an album on iphoto. I finally finished placing about the 300th photo, all cropped, edited, etc etc. I wanted to check that all the photos were in, so I hit the "clear placed photos" button, thinking it would just leave me with any I'd missed, & instead it wiped my whole album!! Is there any way I can restore it? If not I did save it as a pdf file. How to I purchase the book using the pdf file?

The way is to restore it is to restore your backup from before this happened - that is why you must have backups
As to purchasing form a PDF - not from Apple - check for web wervices who claim to be able to  - google brings up sites like PrestoPrint - not recommended - not tested - simply found
