Ordering an iphone 5
UPS says I will have my phone delivered Friday December 14, for a few days now my phone has been stuck in Incheon, Korea, Republic. I am just wondering if this is normal and there is always a delay there. By the way am in Dallas texas.
Probably just playing with your phone, you know, taking pics & calling relatives in the states. Don't worry, when they get done they'll pack it back up & send it on. No big deal.

You don't preorder in the Apple Store. You preorder on-line. It will be mailed to your home address. Apple has not yet announced an unlocked iPhone 5 in the U.S. so yes, you would need to select a carrier.

When I pre ordered my iphone 6 i was told I was going to get an additional 1 gig of data per month for a year. It even shows it on the receipt i received with the phone. When will I see that reflected on my account. I have had my new phone for a week and used tons more data than usual and am hoping that will save me this month.

I have heard of people ordering their iphone 6's and having them shipped out in the next day. I understand demand is extremely high but I don't understand why it has to take this long for my order to be fulfilled.
mattminsch, I know that you're excited to get your new device and we are too. The demand for these devices would most certainly be high and depending on the model that was purchased. Currently for the time frame that was mentioned the ship date would be 10/31 for most models. Once the device has been set to ship only then would you see the order change from processing to shipped. Do you remember what model you purchased?

I have two pnones on my account...my iPhone 4 and my wife's crappy old Samsung. I pre-ordered an iPhone 4S and plan to give my iPhone 4 to my wife and I will use the new 4S. How do I switch the 4 to her number once I make the switch to a new 4S?
Just call yur provider and they will set it up with you.

I pre-ordered an iPhone 6 Plus and the delivery date now says October 14th. The point of the pre-order is to get it on release day (or shortly thereafter). Can I go to a Verizon store to pick up my new phone on release day?

I'm in the same situation. I was up trying to get on the Verizon page at 11:55, kept getting the ECPD error. When finally got through, the Silver Iphone Plus 64 showed arrival of 9-19. At every step of the process, it seemed that I was ordering a phone that would arrive on day1. At no point did it say this was an estimate. At no point did it say it might change. In a big yellow box, it said "9-19". Ordered it, then got confirmation email stating it should arrive at 9-19. Seems like all should be good, right? Order site said 9-19, I've got a confirmation email saying 9-19, done and done.
Then I check the website, and suddenly it changed to 10-14?!?!?!? I feel like this was a bait and switch. I was able to pickup an iphone5 in a local store on launch day, and would not have locked myself into a preorder through Verizon if I had known this would happen!
So, that leads back to the original questions. Lets assume I walk into a Verizon store on 9-19, and there is an available iphone6 plus just sitting there, can I either get that phone as fulfillment of my pre-order. Or, cancel my pre-order and buy that phone right then and there?

I ordered an iPhone 5s in early September from the orange shop in Chamonix Mont-Blanc France.
I needed a new phone as i dropped my iPhone and broke it so it thought i would upgrade.
I was asked in the shop if I wanted a black or white one, I asked for a Black one, as all my iPhones have all been Black as I DON'T LIKE White ones. (sorry)
I was told my phone would arrive in a week so I waited with broken phone for new one. The following week I was told it would be the following week, the following week i was told the same but the assistant in the shop told me they would ring me when it arrived. Three days later i recieved a text from the shop to say the phone would be in tomorrow, when I went in they said it had not arrived and they would call me when it was in the shop.
They called me on Thursday the 17th of October to say the phone was in the shop.
I arrived at the shop at 6:00pm after my work, the shop closes at 7:00pm. I recieved the phone, signed for it and extra unwanted insurance with I was told I could only canceled in a month. I was then told they didn't have any sim cards in the shop, i said no problem the Phone i assume will need charging so i will take it home and charge it and return for the sim tomorrow.
So the Phone remained boxed.
When I returned home and opened the box I realised it was a white one, I replaced the lid put it back in the bag, and returned it to the shop first thing Friday 18th October, to point out the error, only to be told "to bad" ?? I was told I could have changed it the night before but not this morning? They said I had ordered a Black one but as I had signed for a White one nothing can be done. I was angry and left the shop. I returned later the same day with a French friend to try and resolve this problem, as I wasn't sure if something was being lost in translation. I didn't think I was being unreasonable, it is a very expensive piece of equipment and this wasn't what i wanted. They told my friend that the phone was not available in Black, that was the 5, and that the 5s was only available in silver and gold, and that mine was a silver one.
I then thought it was my mistake as it was a new phone. She put a sim in the phone put it in the box and I left for a business meeting only to arrive and see a Black iPhone 5s sitting on the table??
So I then returned back to the shop with the Black one and mine still all boxed and untouched to prove they had blatantly lied to me an hour ago, only to be told that there was nothing they were prepared to do.

A minor point, but it may avoid a little confusion if, instead of saying "black" in reference to the iPhone 5s, say "space gray":

Hi all - I was due for an upgrade with a discount back in May; however, I was waiting for the new version of the iPhone to come out. Now that it is out, I know that you can preorder the phone Oct 7th. I have 3 questions:
1. Will I be able to preorder the iPhone 4S through the Verizon Wireless website?
2. Will I be able to use my upgrade to pre-order the iPhone 4S?
3. If I do preorder the phone, will I have to put a deposit? Or pay for it in full?

If I ordered an iPhone with AT&T, will it take longer for it to ship?
Okay, so last wednesday (July 7th), I ordered a 16 GB Black iPhone 4 from the AT&T store near my house (I live in Houston, TX)-the lady at the store said it would take 7-10 days to get it, but the Apple website said shipping takes 3 weeks...what am I supposed to believe?! lol
I checked my order status on AT&T.com and it is still on backorder
Can anyone give me any info? thanks!
Also-I bought a black bumper for my iPhone on eBay-apparently the phone may not work without the bumper-can someone explain why?Don't know about the back order thing, I'll just share with you about my order with AT&T
July 1st - Ordered my IPhone 4 around 11pm
July 3rd - Status Update: Processing (I've been checking everyday day)
July 11th - Status Update: Shipped (AT&T Premier emailed me that the phone has been staged for pick-up and may take up to 72 hours before the shipping carrier can provide detailed delivery information)
July 12th - Checked Fedex website and the phone's estimated arrival is tomorrow, July 13th around 3pm
A friend of mine ordered the same day July 1st, and AT&T Premier emailed her on the 8th and got the phone on the 10th..

I ordered my iPhone on Friday and it is still on Processing Items?
So i ordered my Iphone on Friday and it still says "Processing Items" and "Delivers Oct 14 via" i got a verizon 16 GB White iPhone!
And i havent gotten any email by apple besides the one confirming my order! And its already Wednesday night Do you think i will get it by Friday? If not when will i get it?well if it will arrive on Friday how come it hasent even passed the processing items stage?

Audiobooks are not displaying in numerical order on iphone. all mixed up.
audio book contents which are in order from 1 to whatever number in itunes are now displaying in different orders on iphone now. how do I fix this? they are already in the order I want in itunes but not on the iphone
I created a playlist (not a smart playlist) for the audiobooks I transfer to the iPod and they're STILL playing as if I had shuffle mode on. I've reported this as a bug, but who knows when Apple will get around to fixing it!
I was hoping someone would have come up with a workaround but nothing works. -

I ordered my iphone 5s on Wednesday. The order tracker says it is still being processed. The shipping was overnight shipping. When should it be here?
